Short staffing they are paying less then 12 a hour employee's are allowed to be called nasty names!!!! they don't treat the worker well 15 cents off gas so they know you may be able make it to work. I loved to quite but really hate changing jobs! And I'm only part time so that helps. Shout out to the few hard workers who keep it running 🏃‍♀️ 💯

This is a converted Wilco bought out by Pilot. That's why the place is less than ideal. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Staff may need to be retrained as far as cleaning etc... The bathroom was clean on this visit...Food choices are Wendys and DQ. DQ has hotdogs and artisan sandwiches/wraps with chips, no fries.Wendys was on their game, but DQ was really slow. I think their soft serve machine is on its last leg. Decent sized lot. Had no trouble finding parking at 7:00pm.

Decent sized truck parking. Didn’t see very much trash all over the lot. Fairly clean.Inside cashiers and other employees were friendly and welcoming. Shelves were stocked and everything organized neatly. They have big restrooms and they are very clean. Showers were also clean. All in all, fantastic pilot. One of the better locations.

Stopped and used the lotto machine and the machine kept my $30.00 ticket cashier couldn't help! That's the same as theft! Do not use their Lottery machine. You have been warned!

Sometimes the floors are dirty and sometimes they have rude people at the register but most of the time it's pretty decent. I just can't give it 5 stars because they don't keep the lines down when trying to cash out by using two employees and truck drivers have a hard time with being in line for a drink or a scale ticket and it takes alot of time for something so small

Pilot never disappoints and this location was no exception. Very clean store with spotless bathrooms and plenty of things to choose from in the aisles. Workers were fast and friendly with a professional appearance. Have never had a bad experience at a Pilot and i doubt you'll have one here ever.

Bathroom was dirty. There was toilet paper shredded all over the floor and toilets had pee all over the seats. Aside from the bathroom everything else was great. The attendants were very kind and helpful. Donuts were delicious and there was a good variety.

This Pilot was great. Used the shower facility, and it was immaculate. Appeared to be recently renovated, or just well kept up. The custodian asked me on the way out if I enjoyed the shower, and I said definitely. He was very nice and does an awesome job! Stop by this one if you need to rest before continuing.

There is zero reason for this place to have less than a 4 star average review! It was super clean when I visited, the restrooms looked great and the staff were friendly. Plus there's a Wendy's and Dairy Queen, so if you want a Blizzard with your Baconator you can have at it!!

This is more a review of the Wendy's restaurant attached to the Pilot than the Pilot Travel Center. The Pilot is fine, no complaints. The Wendy's is a different story. Why have signage all over your restaurant saying use the Wendy's app if your location does not accept the app?!? That's incredibly misleading. Fine, whatever. I asked to substitute my fries in my #7 combo for a side salad also, something I've done many times before at many other locations without issue. I am even okay with a slight up charge to do so. This location cannot do that because they don't have a button for that option. Then the debit card reader malfunctioned and needed to be reset. When the first woman walked away from the counter she said she would be back in 2 minutes. We NEVER saw her again. Ten minutes later we were still waiting to pay. We finally said just take cash because we have a loaded semi sitting outside waiting for us. The staff member who initially "helped" us couldn't be bothered to get off her cell phone. The one who finally took our cash even complained about her coworker who wouldn't get off the phone. A spiky haired blonde named Katherine was the one with the cell phone permanently attached to her ear. The other woman finally came over thinking she was coming to take our order. Lastly, after getting back to our truck we realized that while we weren't charged for it we also didn't get everything we'd ordered as items requested in addition to the two combos ordered were not in the bag or on the receipt. That escaped our notice inside in our frustration with the other nonsense going on. We pulled out in a loaded semi very agitated and my husband, who was driving, was also left very hungry still, after this stop. Not a good way to be when you're driving down the road after midnight with a loaded trailer behind you.

With one exception, this Pilot meets the high standard I have come to expect from Pilot. The restrooms were clean, modern, and well stocked. The service at checkout was attentive and friendly. The store was well stocked and spacious. It has the distinction of having two restaurants - Wendy’s and Dairy Queen. My only complaint is that they have the Dunkin’ Donuts Express coffee setup instead of the typical Pilot coffee bar. They did still have the Pilot coffee beans and roasts, but you couldn’t do a fresh ground cup. That being said, the coffee was fresh, so I can’t complain too much. I guess I have gotten spoiled.

If you go in their in the evening they are very helpful and smiling with you.very clean,oh yeah they had great music playing. I was there all night and it was pleasant until my car battery died or something.roadside assistance still wasn't there after an hour and a half so I tried the key and car started what go you know. I was really tired so I didn't leave right away.was on my laptop not bothering anybody then this dark skinned man driving the cart for trash kept staring at me and giving me dirty looksIf he looks that way at everyone he's going to make you lose business I promise you.

Got new pumps in recent months and still can't manage to keep them up and going. At any given time, at least 4 pumps is always down. When it was the old wilco Hess, it was good. Now that pilot took it over, it's a joke. Wish my company would allow us to fuel at Love's instead

I stopped in for my 30 minute break I used the restroom and I went to get a strawberry sundae from Dairy Queen and the girl that took my order and I both noticed what look like sex trafficking she went and notified the manager but they kind of really overlooked it... We both seen what was going on and no one seemed to care. And did not care what I had to say very disappointed it's probably a safe haven for sex traffickers while they travel.

You might be tempted to go a little further down the road to the bigger Flying J, but I must say this might be one of my favorite Pilot locations. The truck parking is spacious(unlike most Pilots), the lot is clean, the bathrooms are immaculate and the staff is super friendly! Completely enjoyed my stay over Thanksgiving

This was a good pilot location. There was an eatery and a dq. The bathrooms were really clean and they had a built In baby changer, but wasn't big enough for my two year old. Lots of snack options and drinks as well as a shower location for truckers or long travels. Very friendly staff.
