Store opened on time (7am) and by 16:15 all five replacements were done. A mere 12min walk from home, I chose Pep Boys also because I was pleased with their service in 2023. Battery replacement was $285, but that's still almost $200 less than AAA quoted some months ago, and the two new tires were a good deal.

Rick is the best! Was in the area and stopped by to ask a question regarding resolving a vehicle repair. He not only answered my question, but he fixed my vehicle…quickly! Rick is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rick at Pep Boys! He’s absolutely awesome!

I needed an alignment done on a car that is a bit complicated, and other shops either had trouble with it or said they couldn't do it at all. They had a can-do attitude and got it done for me with no trouble. It seems like they might be a bit short staffed (not surprised), but i didn't mind the wait to get it done. Thank you!

Rick, the manager, was extremely service oriented accommodating everyone on a Sunday, despite being short staffed. Although we were there for several hours, he remained calm and steady helping everyone and we all got taken care of. Thank you, Rick!

I had a nail in my tire, but I had a very short window of time that I could get it patched, because of my work schedule. Shelby was amazing and got me set up with an appointment at the perfect time after multiple attempts of trying to go other places. The customer service was top notch and they finished it in a very reasonable time as well. Would definitely recommend!

I thought I needed my headlights replaced so I went in to Pep Boy’s on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, GA to find out which bulbs I needed to order. Saul greeted me immediately to find out how he could help. I told him. He checked the lights and said I needed low beams. I returned with same. Once he pooped the hood, he did something and both lights came on. He said I didn’t need to replace the bulbs and I could return them to the store, which I did. He tightened up some wires that he showed me and he confirmed I didn’t need to replace my bulbs. Saul was courteous, professional and his honesty was much appreciated. Pep Boys will be my go to place for repairs from now on.Why can’t we give 10 stars?!?!Thank you, Saul!

Chelsea and her crew are AMAZING! After getting a flat tire close to the shop, I pulled in as they were closing, and Chelsea still was tremendously helpful in getting me 2 tire.....FAST!A1 service. Very professional Chelsea!

One of the best if not THE best experiences I’ve had with a pep boys and general mechanic team in the metro area. Saul and team are phenomenal and take a customer first approach. I really appreciate the time they take to build trust and the care they have for your vehicle. Saul took the time to explain an issue with my tire(s) and fixed an issue at no cost to me. Highly recommend!!

I’m new to the area and needed an alignment, some new tires, and my headlights replaced. I met with Rick at the PepBoys at 6521 Roswell Rd and man I have to say; he’s GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go talk with him if you need ANY work done on your vehicle.

Took in my car for over heating , They claim they repaired it but it overheated literally the same day. I got it towed again only for them to claim it was fixed...It wasnt my car overheated again and now I have engine damage and they are acting clueless.

I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants auto parts and auto care. I came by this location with my kid to check and see what they had in the store to fit her mirrors. We were looking for some spot mirrors that would not melt off the side mirror as the previous ones did fall off. We specifically needed one for each. We found them and some air fresheners for her vehicle which she loves. The store manager was helping us at the cash register. He was very friendly capable and provided us excellent service and information.

I returned from vacation to a dead car battery. I brought it in to Pep Boys for a diagnostic and recharge but after review they ended up swapping for a new battery under warranty in under 20 minutes. This was the second time I’ve been pleasantly surprised by above and beyond customer service and genuine honesty at the Sandy Roswell Rd shop location. Highly recommend.

Overall good service appointment for oil change. But at the end had to ask for check up report, and didn't inspect and mark the brake status. Also had to ask for a window sticker for next oil change due, etc. Just a little sloppy overall.

I had to arrive earlier than my appt due to needing a tow and arranging it around my work. The location was able to take me early and also gave me a deal when they found out the item I had wanted was out of stock. Excellent service!

Great location. The manager was so patient with me. Even though he closed at 4pm on a Sunday, he kept patiently helping everyone that came in even up until 4pm.
