Horrible service here ! The prices are way too expensive and it’s basically a knock off of Whole Foods, the customer service here lacks just as much as the owners attitude I will not be back here ! She also has a lot of expired products on the shelves which she clearly does not do a good job with keeping it up to date. This store is a mess all around, not much of a selection and you can tell she taxes heavy on popular goods… I bought her seamoss because I felt like supporting a business and it was mediocre at best the consistency was bad and she does not do a good job at labeling the freshness of the item perhaps to keep selling old products.

Let me tell you! If you want the honest truth and you want to feel better!! Run not walk. This woman knows her stuff! I'm down 5 lbs in a month and I'm so glad I listened to her honest thoughts about me when walked in.

Just went in this store which is most certainly well stocked with ur holistic wellness needs, however I am assuming the owner, started to holler at the young man working the register who allowed my 4 year old granddaughter to use the restroom, telling him that we don’t have public restrooms and you know what happened last time we allowed someone to use it, all those spirits and such. Then as my daughter and granddaughter came out she asked my daughter to clean the restroom with bleach, and they did not make a mess and were confused by the request, so she walked past the owner not saying a word. The woman then started to say things to her friend that my daughter just walked past her not saying a word. Which is what she should do. I had three 20+ dollar items in my hand, and told my daughter we are taking our business elsewhere. Which at that point my daughter was telling the woman she left the bathroom the way it was when she walked into it, I told the lady thank u for ur time, but we will never patronize ur shop again! And we left as the young cashier apologized to us on the way out! Why wouldn’t someone just put a sign telling people no public restrooms???

BAD PRODUCT AND BAD SERVICEI’m currently sick and can’t really eat. The product was supposed to be smooth enough to eat but instead was chunky, dense and not well blended. It also had a strong fishy smell which made me feel like it wasn’t washed throughly before being blended and was also crunchy. The first attendant was nice but When we took it back the owner was extremely rude. She wouldn’t let us return, exchange or get a refund. She proceeded to get into a shouting match with my husband.*Refer to pics to witness that consistency isn’t smooth like gel. SeaMoss gel is supposed to be jelly like.The product was 27$

My experience over the years has been so helpful. Dr. A is a well informed person. I highly recommend this shop. I’ll be 80 years young on my next birthday. I wholeheartedly believe that my visits to this shop has helped to lengthen my life.

Dr. Pierre and her staff are absolutely stellar 💯! The staff are extremely knowledgeable about any health issues that you may have. The store is stocked with every essential product you may need! I love the aura of shopping there because it’s very inviting and warm. I’ve not experienced this feeling very often from shopping. Great products poor customer service from the owner. This was not the first time. Great products. Poor customer service. I think i will go back to the Asian Store.I would not recommend. Sad I rarely write bad reviews. In this case it was earned.

I wish I knew the type of service I would receive before driving half an hour to get this store. Upon entering, there seemed to be no one in the store, until I found two ladies discussing products. I found another lady that asked me if I needed help, and I happily said yes. I pulled out my phone to begin asking where the products were, until she interrupted me, pointing at my face, “You need to stop eating the cheese and milk.” She then repeated herself, pointing at my guts this time. I just kind of brushed it off because she was an older woman, and thought I probably wanted the “advice”. I said okay and continued asking her where her products are. She pointed me in the direction of where the items were and I grabbed a few. I returned to the counter shortly to purchase the items. She once more told me to lay off the dairy and cheese. I responded, because of my financial situation and mental health, I have no been able to keep up the proper work. She referred me a medicine I was already taking and proceeded to tell me about “Milk and Cheese.” I payed for my things, and as I am WALKING OUT OF THE DOOR, she once more tells me to “Stay off the sugar and milk remember..” and there are others in line. Unsolicited advice or Genuine Concern? I don’t remember asking for remedies to things such as weight lost when I am clearly in there for just a few herbs..Also, this lady is just as big as me. And the shop is honestly overpriced, get your herbs and such from authentic indian and asian markets and from off of AMAZON. Remember to love yourself darlings, so projecting workers like this do not interject with your journey. Blessed be. 🖤

Stopped by today seeking information on CBD oil. The Dr was very attentive but had a meeting which left a young lady who was not worth the salt you put in bread. Very unprofessional. I'll never go back.

I absolutely love this shop!! I feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping here. They provide above and beyond service to their clients to make the experience a positive one.Not to mention, the audio alert that inform customers and potential customers that the parking lot behind the location is private and will boot your car, if you are shopping in any of the stores in front of the parking lot.This saves so many shoppers from getting their automobile booted, for simply running into some of those stores to purchase items.The individuals that are booting the automobiles, literally be in covert mode seeking to find automobiles to boot.If you are ever in this area please stop by and support this location. If not to just get quality service and goods, but to show appreciation for the audio alert informing people that their automobile will be potentially booted if they park behind the building.They dont have to inform us, but they do to save us money we not seeking to spend to get our automobiles unbooted. This is the only herbal store in my community. And we want to help our community. People come from far to go to this herbal shop. We deserve better.

Well, a friend of mines turned me on to this nice little health food shop. She said that they make some really good smoothies. I live in Austell, but I work within Atlanta city limits. I had her to give me the address and I typed it into my GPS and made a trip there. So, the thing that makes her smoothies sooooooo good, "in my opinion," is that they do not add ice in order to get the smoothie cold. Instead they use fresh frozen fruit, so when you blend it all together, its just naturally cold because the main ingredients are frozen. After a couple of trips to obtain smoothie, I started to look around and noticed all of the other goodies on the shelves available for purchase. Its like a one stop shop for all of your health care needs. I am proud to have meet the owner and will continue to do business with Nature's Own as long as possible. I give them a thumbs-up.

I’ve been going here for atleast 2 years. The owner is not rude as much as she is flustered/overwhelmed by an unorganized business in my opinion WHETHER SHE SEES IT OR NOT, it’s the truth. I believe if the store was more organized and the register was more.....up to date or efficient she would have room to be what she does best which is being a knowledgeable and helpful natural healer.Business skills and Knowledge/wisdom are not one in the same. The store could use a PERMANENT AND DEDICATED MANAGER. A manager who will get the store up to date as far as organization and customer service, leave Dr. A to do what she does best. I will admit thePRICES ARE HIGH, L-Arginine in her store $30+, online or GNC $23.50 or less.Just an example but if the store decided to not only carry the biggest size of certain vitamin there would be more affordability, however they don’t and they mark up by 25-40% on certain items AND only carry the larger quantities so it’s not often I walk out spending less than $85 on 2-3 items, I’d honestly spend $200 if I felt I could really get an array of items.It really actually does rub me the wrong way almost every time and I’m NOT one living on a fixed or small budget. So with that being said, I ALSO cannot always depend on the same items being in stock consistently either, I may go one month and it’s there, then over the next 2 months it is not and promises to order are not full filled, well I’ll just order from amazon myself then😂However this place is very convenient to have on this side of town and there is SOME reason that it is still open. I wish that SHE WOULD GET A REAL MANAGER and just own and consult. Wearing too many hats takes away from your good vibe and even better skills. The shop would get more business with better prices.

I am a psychologist that prefers to refer my clients to herb, natural foods and vitamin shops as opposed to referring them for psychotropics or mood modifiers in certain cases. I used to refer many of my clients to Natures Own Herb Shop. The shop has many well stock items. However, many are overpriced and you can find at other natural herb and foods outlets significantly cheaper. The other issue is the owner, she is very rude and disrespectful. If you decline a item she suggest its like she takes it as a personal affront and acts as though you are getting on her nerves. She becomes very terse lacking respect for her customers. I had a experience a month ago during a phone call. She recalled me calling before asking if she carried a item i needed for a particular ailment. She stated yes.on the initial call I stated that I would be there in 30 mins. When I arrived she was not available and the clerk that was there guided me to the section of the item in question. However, he could not elaborate on which one was the right one and was at a loss for knowledge of the effects of many things in the store. I chose to leave and return when the owner was available, m which brings me to to the 2nd call. before I can elaborate on what occurred during my first visit, the owner became rude and then stated she remembers my call and that I had not come in when in fact I did. However, she refuse to listen she went on a rant telling me she can't tell me each item or its price over the phone. None of which I had asked. She wouldn't allow me to complete my statement. I have spoken to vendors who state there is a high turnover of employees based on here rudeness and lack of people skills. I have seen in forums where folks have had the same experiences with this rude woman. Even a couple other herb shops knew exactly who I was referring to when I told this story. If good customer service and respect is important to you, I recommend that you stay far away from Natures Own Herb Shop

The owner was super offensive. I came with 2 other friends. My purpose for coming was to be proactive this fall and winter against Covid/Cold and flu season. I purchased what I knew to be tried and true and another recommendation made by the sales associate and purchased. As I ask the owner are there any more recommendations for prevention. She gave promoted a product near the register nothing more. As I join my friends in the rear to wait for them to get there smoothie. She walks in the rear and pointed at me and said did she have CORNA. We looked at her with a blank stare. And proceeds to continue our conversation. So as I exit I see her near the entrance and asked her if I asked you questions about preventive measures to assure that my immune system would be at a healthy state, why would you ask my friends do I have Corna. She then goes to say people come in all the time with Corna. So I said my direct question was based on preventive measures. She goes on to mumble something. So apparently another older woman was helping her to take things out the vehicle had to have said something. I said thank you and have a good day. She changed her tune to suggest try vitamin C and D. But I was over it at this point. But initially when i first asked her she pointed to a product on the register. No true recommendations. So saying this to say I will NEVER PATRONIZE THIS STORE OR LOCATION EVER.I concur against the owners response at no point while serving me did you ask or show concern or made a statement of "the many people whom you service had or have Covid before." My questions were very direct I asked about preventive measures for cold, flu, Covid season and what could give my immune system an extra boost. At which point I left the register area a left to go to the back of the store. You stopped and pointed and ask my friends did I have Covid. Apparently you rub a lot of customers the wrong way. Including the friend who introduced me said you were nasty for no reason including to her on occasions. You were not use to a customer that would question your judgment as to why would you think to say or accuse anyone of having a life threatening virus while patronizing your store? Nevertheless I think that you have a wonderful store but back you lack customer service that's needed to leave a lasting impression on your customers to make them want to keep continue to patronize your store.

Ms. Pierre I was disappointed at your rudeness today. My family and I have been shopping in your store for many years. My sisters and I are nurses (just as you are) and it's ok for me to respectfully decline what you have in your store. Let's continue to be humble and grateful for our many blessings as we've seen so many of our businesses fail. I will order my Vegan B-12 drops online, which is the very reason a lot of brick and mortar stores are out of business. Woke up to excruciating pain radiating from my lower back and left kidney area, I knew immediately what it was. First and foremost I have to say, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. It's pain a man had never felt before and I genuinely hope you never have to! I work in retail and needed to get this process of passing nipped in the butt as quickly as possible, with minimum days of work lost. I reached and concluded I needed Potassium Citrate to aid in the break up of my stone(s). I searched every available retailer with no luck and my pain became more persistent even though I was drinking water like a camel. I stopped by a health food store a block from my residence, and even though the retailer didn't carry said product, she recommended I visit Nature's Own Herb Shop. I decided to go, give it one last shot... I walked in, and didn't even have to ask the owner if she carried the product, or where to locate it if she did carry it. I found it immediately! I shared a chuckle with the owner and felt right at home in her presence. Seemed to be a very genuine kind welcoming business owner. I used the product for a couple days consecutively, and I was able to pass my stone from my ureter , onto it's next stage for evacuation, the pain subsided and I'm convinced it was because of water intake, and the Potassium Citrate. Thank you, you have no idea how much you helped me just by carrying that one simple product. My experience has been painful, but from what I've researched and absorbed I may be visiting again soon, my poor diet choices and poor beverage choices are the immediate cause for all the torment my body was subjected to.
