Good, clean store. Where are the đźš»?I'm telling you this so you don't have to experience what I did. The first time I visited the store I did a whole loop in the store and finally saw it next to Starbucks.They are very proud of the prices for some of their fine wines. They have a good selection of most other varieties of wines yet their craft beer choices are not very good.

My experience was awesome with Kroger manager and gentleman that does the pick up orders. Kroger customer service told me they closed at 9pm but they closed 8pm to pick up my groceries. They when above and beyond even after they closed that department. I’m so grateful I was able to get them. Thank you so much. As a mom I would have to wait until the next day I didn’t have enough money to feed them. Thank you so much!

This Kroger is pretty big and is mostly clean. This Kroger location also has gas pumps outside which makes is pretty convenient. The prices at this store are generally pretty competitive too so that’s good. The only con is that there are not that many manned checkout counters and you have to use the self checkout version

Management is a tad rude. One of their employees was helping me figure something out with my Kroger plus card and one of the managers rudely interrupted and told her she had other customers waiting. A little surprising coming from management. She also was rude to the employee as well. Doesn’t seem like a good working environment if you ask me.

I actually like this store. It’s way better than the one near my home, which I’m hoping it’s up next for a renovation.My only issue is when I order for pickup (again, the one near my home sucks), I’ve been given nearly expired items for 2 separate pickups. My spring mix expired 2 days after pickup and a box of variety chips were about 6 days out from being expired. Chips are usually shelved 2 months prior to expiration so yeah, very upsetting.I was provided a refund but that meant I had to go back for another box…inconvenient af.

this is a great store for anyone not handicap. Every time I come to this store the motorized carts never are charged. This is exhausting and frustrating for someone such as myself who needs them. this is appalling I sincerely hope Corporate fixes this immediately!!

Newer remodeled Kroger. The staff is nice and it is well maintained. Please keep it this way!! It’s a massive upgrade from before and thankful we have such a nice Kroger in the area.

This is a newer Kroger. It is very nice and clean on the inside. The individuals working seems to also be very helpful. I like the open concepts. I also enjoy the size. I didn’t feel like I had to walk a football field to get what I needed. I don’t live here but I should be back.

You call the store and speak to customer service to ask if the Georgia tag renewal kiosk is working. You are told by the customer service representative over the phone that they do have one, and it works! You then drive 10 miles to this location to only find out that the kiosk doesn't work. You ask an employee if anyone knows what is happening with the kiosk, only to be told that it is broken. Why not put up a sign saying it is broken! This is the standard of people these days. People don't know how to do their damn job! This is a joke. If your employees don't care, terminate them.

I had a great customer service experience at Starbucks with Kaylan! Not only was she friendly, but she was very professional and was able to get my order quick and delicious! I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area and please go see Kaylan!

Store is clean and stocked well enough but allowing AT&T sales reps to set up inside and hassle people in the aisles is unacceptable. I shouldn’t need to avoid solicitation while buying bread.

I drive all the way from Stone Mountain to Embry Hills Kroger just because the store has friendly employees and is always well stocked. And they have checkout people running the registers plus self check toom

I just recently moved out to this area and boy did I realize what I have been missing out on! This Kroger is so beautiful. It’s always SUPER neat, organized, the staff is very friendly and always on point. I mostly love it because they are never out of products and they have EVERYTHING you need including Aquafina water (this is the first Kroger that I’ve seen who has this.) I think it’s safe to put this Kroger location up there with Publix.YES!! It is THAT nice lol! I most definitely recommend this to be your grocery store home!

Terrible store. They made it all fancy and shiny, but they’re constantly out of stock on multiple things every time I shop here. I’m talking common items, nothing obscure.The security people at the front of the store are unfriendly and uninviting. They glare at anyone who isn’t white and wearing business professional clothing.Speaking of, the incredible lengths this store goes to in the name of security is clearly because of the POC population that lives around it. They aren’t even trying to hide it.What finally set me off though is in the photo I’ve attached. I went to shop for some frozen vegetarian goodies and an employee has clearly filled the case below the “vegetarian” sign with pork sausage. It not only feels malicious towards vegetarians/vegans, but also feels malicious towards religions that might avoid pork (and might also lean towards vegetarianism).I only shop here when I’m desperate. Buford Highway Farmer’s Market isn’t far away and is far superior in terms of produce. Shop there instead if you’re able.

Beautiful new store. Very large clean store with great selection, especially the deli nd bakery. Lots of sales with card nd digital coupons. Great service Cashier very patient showing me how to use the app.

I get coupons once a month in the mail and I receive some coupons at check out. One coupon was for a free bag of Kettle Chips 8.5 oz, the store doesn’t carry an 8.5 oz size, so the coupon was worthless. Another coupon was for Freskies 5.5 oz can / 40 cans, the coupon did not work, another worthless coupon. And yet another coupon was for a 20 # bag of Freskies dried cat food, the coupon did not work. I bought the exact same product as on the coupon and I was told they have to be the same for the coupon to work !?!? And good luck on the fresh berries section, some don’t even have a price, while one is in pints another ounces, it’s rediculous, to figure out the price. Then you have to have a card and / or a virtual coupon, it’s madness. Stop grifting customers into buying a product with a coupon, then the coupons don’t work.

My local Kroger , I was buying patio furniture a few days ago and I was by myself with my truck when one of the managers (Myrnice) was walking in I am assuming to start her shift and asked me if she could help me load. At that point I didn’t know she worked there because she was just walking in like a normal shopper I’m pretty sure she was not clocked in yet. She proceeded to go inside and helped me grab the missing pieces to the patio furniture. I really appreciate her taking initiative to help me when she saw I was in need. Things like that it what keeps me going there . Great customer service.

Just an ok Kroger. The parking lot entrance is a disaster on the Chamblee Tucker side of the lot. The produce selection is more limited than at some Kroger locations, but it does have a good Mexican food selection compared to some other locations. The meat and dairy sections are much more limited than some of the other Krogers, and on Sundays they seem to have a difficult time keeping up with maintenance as things get knocked over, spill,l or get moved around. However the checkout line is consistently better than some Krogers in the time takes to get out of the store.

2nd time here. This place is located off of 285 & Chamblee-Tucker Rd. Newly renovated and it's amazing! They gave this place a great makeover and it's incredible. Over 40 aisles, well lit and a great variety of everything. Check out my video and pics for more info.

Excellent service! "Guest Services" had just closed down (8 pm) but gentleman at self check-out and young lady nearby still graciously assisted me. Made my night!... Enormous store also - looks like an amazing selection!

10/5/23 came here, self checkout, Starbucks creamer top popped off dropped on the floor, i pick it up look around to see if an associate will let me go and get a new one, no one was around. So I kept scanning my things. At the end, they thought that I was stealing. Associate shows up, played back the entire video of the top popping off and me picking it up. So so so embarrassing. People were looking like why are they watching a video of her, she stole? No I don't steal... horrible experience. Guys bring back real cashiers. You're looking at innocent people when you need to be catching the real people who are stealing your products not the ones that are actually buying them.My Old post- Came here this morning with 2 manufacture coupons from the office website for Tide products and the store manager looked at me like I was breaking the law. She said they don't take printed coupons. What's the point of coupons? Website states u take them... won't be back here.

This was my first time at this store, and it was awful. It was a Sunday afternoon, so crowded. Fine. But why were there NO carts or baskets when I went in (and also when I left)? I had to physically carry my items, which limited the amount I purchased. I was using the app to try to find things, but what a joke. Something in the "Dairy - pasta, sauces, grain" section? What does that even mean? And forget trying to find where that section is using the app. I realize this might be an app issue and not a store issue, but why doesn't the store make it easier to find things? The real issue was when I went to check out. I decided not to use the self-check-out and went to a lane where the bagger was finishing with a customer, and there was no one in line. I placed my 10 items on the conveyor belt and noticed the cashier was not there. I asked the bagger if the lane was open. He said the cashier had just been there. The light was on, indicating the lane was open. I waited and waited. Another employee came by and asked the bagger where the cashier was. The bagger shrugged, and the employee moved on. After several minutes, I looked at the bagger again, and he mentioned that there were other open lanes. I then had to scoop up all of my items (remember, no cart or basket) and move to another lane. I mentioned to this cashier that the lane I had been in was not being covered and the light was on. She looked over and said, "She was just there." When I left the store a few minutes later, the lane was still not being staffed and the light was on. And as I exited the store, customers were walking coming into the store and then leaving to go find a cart. While employees stood around outside. Terrible customer service and absent management.

Once again the cashier forgot my coupons even though I made a point of getting her attention and setting them down in front of her before she started scanning. So, I then had to go cover to customer service and wait in another line to get my coupons scanned and money back on m credit card.
