It is Saturday night and they have literally one cashier! 1 Cashier! This is the worst Kroger I have ever been to! I don’t understand why on any given day they don’t have enough cashiers! This is ridiculous! This is my last time coming here, even though it is three minutes from me! Every time I come, they got maybe two people ringing people up! And the lines for the self check out are always 10 people deep! This is ridiculous!

Enjoyed time in a BIG store entertaining my granddaughter while my daughter shopped. Employees and patrons were all very nice. Daughter saved $68 in coupons and careful shopping on a bill that would have been over $300. Everything is expensive, the store was well stocked and clean.

I placed an order for grocery pickup the day before I needed to pick up. I scheduled the pickup for a 3-4 pickup window, I got a call at 1:30 where they told me that it would not be ready until 5. I got a notification through the app that it was ready at 3 but called to confirm that it was not. I showed up at 4:55 and they tried to tell me that it wouldn’t be ready until 7! I don’t understand how they would end up 4 hours behind, and in the hour and a half that I waited with my kids in the car for them to fulfill the order, they did not bring out a single order to a pickup customer. It says the average wait time per customer today has been 8 hours on the screen?!Either get it together or stop offering this service.

Supply chain issues. Unreliable for produce. Usually 1-2 items on my list are out of stock or moldy. Other Krogers don’t have this problem.Employees often stand and chat in front of things you need and block aisles with carts. Otherwise convenient and clean.Have to give 3 stars because I don’t think I’ve been able to fulfill my weekly grocery list in several months.

Great selection, clean store, found everything I wanted (and then some). However, I will not be returning. When I go grocery shopping, I do not want some random idiot trying to sell me internet. This is absolutely repugnant behavior and will ensure that I never return to this location again.

Customer Service- Most of the time I‘be visited this Kroger, there’s problems with their customer service. There is rarely anyone at the desk. I’ve stood at the counter and called the store. The customer service extension was going straight to pharmacy. The last time I visited, 2 females were sitting on crates so you’d have to be standing at the counter to see them. One occasion, I was standing behind a woman and the male employee at the counter served 2 men. He then walked away from the counter. When he returned he made himself busy as if no one was standing at the counter. He helped the woman before and then opened a cabinet beneath the counter and started working under the counter. When I complained to him about me standing there and him not helping me, he claims that he didn’t see me. One employee hung a back in 30 minutes sign. I shopped close to the counter. When she hadn’t returned, I asked for help. The employee spoke to me rudely. Another customer came to the counter and said that they’d been waiting longer than myself for the person to return. The employees love to be in the back behind the deli.This store is great, however, there’s a lot of management problems which makes shopping in the store unpredictable. If I want quick shopping or customer service help I just go to Publix down the street.

Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to check out. They only have half of the self checkout aisles open after 7 and the line wraps around the building. Utterly pathetic...

Best Kroger in Atlanta! BIG and Clean...Truly love going to this Kroger, not only do they have a wide selection of vegan/vegetarian options but floral and wine! Now beware of the Self check clerks some are very rude. I bought some Gaja apples which were posted for 66 cents and they rang up 3 apple $2 so I not only told this women I took a picture. She told me I had to go to customer service! I told her nicely that workers have adjusted the price she again told me that I had to go to customer service. I was already running late but I went to Customer Service and waited who told me she could change it. Of course so I went through a real line and Tyrone helped ended up paying $1.12 for 5 apples. Love you Kroger even if some employees don't meet or reach your standard. I took a picture of her since she was covering her name tag and laughing at me after. This Kroger is a nice store, but seems to be understaffed and having a lot of issues with keeping shelves stocked. Kroger needs to spend less money on stock buy backs and more on compensating and retaining hard working employees. Whenever I have gone in the last month whether morning or evening shelves are empty with many things out of stock. I also attempted to use the online pickup service and a whole bag was forgotten so I had to go back and get a refund later. Additionally, several things were reported as out of stock but I walked into the store immediately after pick up and found them.

I visited Kroger to renew my car registrations at the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles tag kiosks. It was my first time using the kiosks. There was no one waiting. Renewing four vehicles was almost faster than writing a check and stamping an envelope.

I regret coming here every time I do actually come here instead of the Publix down the street. This is the worst Kroger I've ever been to and nothing like most Krogers. The produce section is absolutely garbage with half the vegetables never being in stock and what is in stock is bruised, flimsy, limp, and should be thrown away or given as animal feed. Most of the staff is also unhelpful or rude, except for one person I've ever come across that was smiling and helpful. They also close one ends entrance earlier than what seems reasonable or expected. You will just be hard-pressed to find anything good to say about this location.

Nice big Kroger Supermarket with a nig parking lot in front of the building. Fresh food such ad fruit and vegetables sell out quickly so make sure you go shopping early in the day. They have a good selection of cheese and wine and big fresh food section too.

Not sure if it's me or the holidays but the staff has been noticeably friendly! Not to say they weren't hospitable before, but several employees are going out of their way to say hello or share a smile. Ricky in particular helped me at check out twice this week, on register and as a bagging assistant. He recognized me and we briefly chatted about weekend plans; putting up the tree and enjoying hot chocolate and eggnogg. Really nice shopping experience lately and I wanted to share/give a shout-out.

This location has gone down in quality in the last few years. At my most recent visit, 70% of the self checkouts were closed for some reason and the lines were 15-20 people at every other checkout point. Even the renovated murder Kroger on Ponce which is in a far busier part of town doesn't have this problem.

Pretty nice grocery store that's well stocked in a variety of food. Best pricing in the area, you'll often see sales. Service is fine enough never had any issues with them for as long as I've shopped there

Pretty well stocked, and a little bit better maintained than the Moreland one. Tyeshai was super helpful and save me 30 bucks with the Kroger card at self check out.Please restock the Elizabeth keto granola!!!Armed security when you enter, but hey, I guess that’s the world we live in now. Worst Kroger ever. Not a single employee manned register so everyone is forced to use the self checkouts… and none of them work so be prepared to spend as much time at checkout as you did shopping.

Disorganized and hard to navigate. Obviously, this store is designed to maximize impulse purchases or maybe some brand aesthetic. It is not designed for the customer to find what they want. And when you can't, don't count on getting any help. I used the in-store info phone and sat on hold for 5 minutes waiting for the rep to research one simple question before giving up.I'm sorry if this is the store in your neighborhood, but it's probably worth driving a bit to go elsewhere.

Honestly I understand that Kroger goods get stolen because a lot of people have no respect for them, but that still doesn’t give security or workers the right to belittle teenagers and harass them. I went to the store like I always do, got a drink and my friend grabbed some snacks, and yes I went to the sitting area and we opened are drinks because we didn’t plan on staying for long and he went to go see what else we could buy with the money we had, just for a security man who’s there everyday to come up all in the window then came inside saying more stuff to me. I bought our drinks we opened but I had my friend put back the snacks because for Kroger to be a “line of business” their security and staff have no respect for ALL their customers, and we were the only ones he said something to. If you were insinuating that I was going to steal it then you could’ve asked for my receipt at the door or kept a watch on me instead of coming up to me and trying to pressure me into buying everything including stuff that wasn’t even open. While also following me to the cash register and then harassing my friend to. Then the other worker who helps with the cash register was also rude, but I’m sure if I was grown adult or with one then it would’ve been a different story or maybe if I was a different race to. In a line of business as he said to me, every customer should be treated with respect and I’m sure they’ll share that respect to you, that whole situation made me very hot headed and uncomfortable because I felt like I was being excused of something that I didn’t do while also embarrassed in the store. I also wonder had I been waiting for a adult such as my parent would he go and find the parent and harass them like he harassed my friend.

Nastiest bathroom I've ever seen. No toilet paper, urine everywhere, and full trash can with trash all over. Just because it's a grocery store doesn't mean the bathrooms get to be a nightmare. The store is pretty ghetto anyway.

Beautiful experience. Very helpful customer service. Had a nice conversation with my checkout clerk about inventions and writing lol it was early a.m. so nobody else in line...Haven't been to this Kroger. I've been living in LA the past 10 years and I think it got built during that time period.

Clean, Bright, Beautiful and safe! As a woman in Atlanta you here of crazy things happening in town at certain Krogers…. So I like to keep it safe. I feel comfortable here walking to and from my car at night. The food is fresh as well!!! I can’t say that about all of them.

This is some organic kale I bought last week - infested with aphids and flies. The same thing happened 2 weeks earlier on a head of broccoli. I understand that a few bugs here and there is normal on produce, but this is clearly a sign that this store is lacking in quality control. The produce section is also riddled with fruit flies. After this purchase and 2 previous purchases in which we came home with expired food (pretzels and applesauce), I won’t be returning to this store.

I am just appalled. Due to me shopping at this Kroger for years. The other day I went in to grab a couple of items. At the time I needed hair gel for my hair. And yes I am Black. Something struck my eye when I went down the aisle and it was named hair care for all the other races but they had a secluded section that stated the word “ethnic”. I felt like this was highly inappropriate due to the “ethnic” section only being sectioned out for a specific race. While the rest of the aisle says hair care. It did offend me and I think this should be taken down because this was beyond disrespectful to the black community. I’ve never in my life have seen a store have a specific section based on the color of your skin or texture of hair to be so secluded from it just being regular hair care. Kroger I do need you guys to do better.

Dirty, way too many non grocery store items (huge store), never enough lanes open, terribly stocked and messy aisles, indifferent or rude employees. Did not take long for this store to go to heck in a handbasket. Thankfully the Publix up the street shines in comparison. Yes, Kroger is slightly cheaper but is it really worth it? Horrible and depressing shopping experience. I like the cheaper gasoline and lower prices on beer wine, so I bumped it up from 1 to 2 stars. I'm only going here now as a last resort. The managers here should be fired.Waited 10 min before anyone would help me in the always failing self checkout line. Only one register open on a Saturday morning.Wegmans - PLEASE come to Atlanta

This location is busy and well-stocked. We visited on Thanksgiving and found multiple open registers open. Check out was a cinch and super efficient. Having a Starbucks is a plus.

Horrible management. Things are repeatedly out of stock for long periods of time. They seem to not be able to keep track of what is in stock and what is not. There are items that have been out of stock for weeks at a time, and there are never any signs or indication that they are even aware that the item is out of stock or have any intention to order more. Also, during peak hours they have large amounts of outside stockers (they appear to be independent contractor) and other workers blocking isles yet things are still repeatedly out of stock for long periods of time. The meat section, in particular, is inconsistently stocked. For the past several weeks, it has been very sparsely stocked. Also prices and markdowns are often not updated so that when you get to the register items do not ring at their listed price. Large amounts of items often do not have visible price tags or updated prices. Additionally, there are many days that all the carts are left outside all day and no one brings them inside. It is difficult to find a manager or supervisor walking around the store or any one that is willing to answer questions.
