I always have a great experience when I come here. The curbside service makes it easier on me if I'm in a hurry and don't have my Zariah with me. The order is filled quickly, usually while I'm on the way to the store and I just run in and grab it. Due to a recent injury I actually had to have them bring the order out. I called into the store Allison answered, found my order and brought it right out to my car. Thanks so much Allison I really appreciate it! Oh yeah and the harness you recommended is working out great!

I had an incredible experience at this location. We walked in not knowing anything about the brand or the company and were greeted by extremely knowledgable staff. Amy looked up the ingredients in the food I'm currently feeding my animals and provided an alternative to address some concerns I've been having, taking the time to walk through the entire ingredient list and educating me on what each one was and how it would impact my dogs. She was quick but thorough and the most knowledgable person on canine nutrition I have ever met. We ended up purchasing a large bag of food, several bags of treats, a new toy or two, and a mat for our back door. At the end of our transaction she even threw in some food samples for our cats, who are (of course) picky eaters. All four of our animals gobbled up their new goodies.THANK YOU to the staff at Hollywood Feed. We will be back when it's time to stock up again!

If you want to feed your pet with quality food this is the place to shop. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out and even got some great toys my puppy is in love with now.

I loved this pet store! They had everything you could possibly want with great price points and reward programs. I really enjoyed shopping with a smaller business rather than a Petco/PetSmart, they staff was super engaged and friendly!

Manager Amy is truly "the puppy whisperer!" She's knowledgeable about dogs and proper training. Certainly informative about the store's vast food and treat product line. AND she's really nice and helpful. Clone her and give her 5 starts and 10 raises! My dog likes her too!

Always great service here and great willingness to help you get whatever food you need for your pet. I love this place and everyone who works there has been nice every single time. They hold a pack of canned food for my cat just so it's not sold out when I go in!

I'm from Memphis, the birthplace of Hollywood Feed, so when I saw that a store had opened near my apartment, I excitedly dragged my boyfriend and cat over there to check it out. From the very beginning, it was an amazing experience. The two women working there were incredibly friendly and gave our cat Bojack so much love and so many treats. They answered all our questions about cat food and toys, and by the end of the trip, Bojack trusted them enough to jump out of his backpack and take a stroll around the store!The great thing about Hollywood Feed is that they'll take any returns if your pet simply doesn't like your purchase, and they donate all those returns to animal shelters so you have absolutely nothing to lose by shopping here. Just come here once, and I promise you'll never go to another pet store. I know I sound like an advertisement for them, but I just love Hollywood Feed that much, and so will you!

Prices similar or lower than Amazon, friendly and helpful staff, and great collection of food, treats and toys.Oh and the best part - if your pet doesn't like something you purchased, the store will refund you!also - store points, lots of free stuff

Personal and knowledge driven service! The associate actually comes down the aisle and touched the merchandise she was describing to me. She also asked details to understand what my pet's needs were. She was right he is doing well with the new wet food and adapted to the lick mat quickly.

This store is so great!We were impressed with their selection of toys/accessories for all size animals. We usually struggle to find large breed dog toys/clothing. Great selection of treats. I wish we had one closer to us. The ladies running the shop were incredibly helpful.

I love this place! The store setup itself is so homey and eye-catching and the staff is so extremely helpful and kind. I asked them for recommendations based on my puppy's behavior and they set me up with the perfect tools and treats. When asking for a harness they won't hesitate to help fit your dog and are super patient. And it's right next to my vet so I can have a ton of fun perusing their items while waiting on my puppy to finish his exam.

My go-to pet store. First visit about 3 years ago. Lots of high-end brands. Great suggestions for senior dogs. Parking is very, very, very tight. At least 4 businesses share about 15 spots upfront. Don't discount them for the bad parking system though, it's a short walk to the larger parking lot.

Great customer service. This place is right by my house too so it makes it super convenient to shop at. Brooks and Kristen helped me during my visit and made great suggestions throughout. I usually buy most supplies online but just wanted food here. Knowing this is the kind of service here makes me want to shop instore a little more. What a wonderful 1st impression. I'll be back next time with my puppy to visit!! :)

I ordered my dog's food yesterday for same day delivery. I placed my order before the 6PM cut off time. I was emailed my order was shipped at 6PM but it did not arrive. My dog had to go without a full serving due to this. I've called customer service 5 times and they aren't answer. It won't let me cancel my order.

I'm not sure of the cashier's name but she's a short AA lady.. She's delightful and is very helpful. She's helped me the 2 times I've come in. They have a huge variety of food, treats, chews and toys for your fur baby!

Have been shopping here for past 2 years since we moved to Atlanta. I love their exceptional customer service, competitive in-store prices and inventories. Hollywood Feed is much smaller than commercial pet retailers like Petsmart, but I spend at least 40min< just looking around their cute inventories. Sales section is small but stocked with bunch of stuff with reputable brands leash etc. The discounts are amazing, I always grab something from their sales section “just in case” 😂One thing I wish they had is pet from Farmina. I can purchase from other retail stores or Chewy, but I want to keep supporting this local business! 🙌
