It's like this company only hires the most hood and ghetto people to work at these types of stores. I really don't get it. I'm always left saying, it's Family.Dollar...what do I expect?!?

I always go when I think the patronage is low so I can get in and out. The cashier tonight was sweet and helped me to help a couple of the homeless people that frequent this particular store.

There is this one employee there and she is just a literal ball of sunshine every time you enter the building. She has such amazing customer service and it’s just a sweetheart. She’s so warm and welcoming, always willing to help. We need more employees like that. I pass several FD’s on my way to work but refuse to go anywhere else just because I know she’ll be there! She’s amazing you go Rock.

That s is a very nice Family Dollar. But it has a very high turn over rate and a 75% of the staff are EXTREMELY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY'RE VERY GHETTO. And how many managers do the have???? Had a problem one time. Asked for a price check on some trash bags, the guy added to my life purchases and never took them off when I seen it I asked for a refund was given attitude and told that I could not get a refund until the manager came back who is on vacation for two weeks. But they all managers why can I get a refund????? Family Dollar needs to evaluate some of their employees more before they hire them. But overall they stay stocked up and the prices are good.

I Stacey ducksworthy went into this family dollar. I had my purse across my shoulders , time I walked in the managerINSISTED i leave my bag upfront. I told him it's my purse, with personal stuff. He said,if I don't I would have to leave the store . I started taking my important stuff out, he yelled saying Its looking so suspicious 4 me taking personals out. It was disgusting. I'm feeling like a common criminal. I sware I would never walk a foot into this awful 😔 place again.

It's a very decent store it carry thing for ur house to cook or clean for ur yard inside an out for ur wash clothers or dry for personal things in bathroom like pamper , or pass deodorant to shampoo it's a very up to date store where I go every now and then

WORST LOCATION EVER!!! Do not go by the hours stated online OR on the door. This location opens and closes at the shift worker’s discretion. I hope the owner makes managers more accountable for the purpose of the chain. This is unacceptable & unprofessional on all levels. The store has hours posted and closes early without notice which inconveniences patrons. The owner should pop up and check the hours on occasion.

This is absolutely ridiculous. The store is either constantly closed or closes at 5. They have hiring days but won’t hire honest hardworking people. I live less than 100 yards from the store and I have put in two applications and did two background checks for them. I’m concerned that the only people they want to hire are the ones that will steal from them or they hire people who have nasty attitudes.

Shelves NEVER stocked so appears as if they ALWAYS outta merchandise. Pallets upon pallets left in aisles so their blocked. 1 of 2 family dollar stores within 1 mile of eachother and THIS location is total opposite of other. And why is it that this location is the only 1 that offers cashback but NEVER allows you get cashback?!?!?

Really happy to have another family dollar back in the area. staff are friendly and stock is decent the only real complaint I have is the weird hours, walked up there today to see a handwritten note on the door saying it closed at 3

I liked my visit to Family Dollar but management needs to be more responsible and not hold up customers from getting inside busy themselves with other cast like unloading semi trucks and stuff

Family Dollar stores closes at 9pm now even though it shows it closes at 10pm on Maps and says closes at 10pm when u call the store directly
