Second FD going in in the AM. Went to door it was locked, the guy inside ignored me. I began calling the store while returning to my car. No answer. A second person came to the door and was let in. I won’t be shopping with FD going forward :)

Antoine showed great customer service. I felt like I was in a high in store. He offered to give us a basket and spoke to us just to make us feel comfortable. Wow!!

Horrible customer service from two young males. Talking on personal phones. Walking off on customers when trying to speak with them. Horrible just horrible. I asked for corporate number that said they don’t have it Google it. This store deserve a zero star but unfortunately you can’t give a zero star.

I found a 4ft tree here.But the cashier sucked.She talked to her female coworker the whole time while dealing with the customers.Aparently she gets off at 3 so there was no need in putting effort into her job. But I got a nice tree.

What’s NOT right is seeing and hearing employees saying that they’re holding essential items like Lysol and Disinfectant wipes for their friends and literally looking at the boxes while the workers tell you to come back in a few hours cause they’re not opening them yet. I understand the drastic measures that people are going through to get their hands on these items but if we are PAYING customers, abiding by YOUR rules, what makes you think that OUR families are not as important as YOUR friends? If you’re not gonna sell to the customers but to YOUR friends then I don’t deem your business as “essential” at this point

The store was clean. The guys that checked us out was really nice. My only downside is the note posting. The postings about attitudes and no change could have been posted with more tact. Still was good experience.

This particular family dollar has a female manager that pick and choose on greeting paying customers for her job store messy can’t roll a cart thru a full aisle wrong prices and the under privileged cashiers fall under her spell of nasty customer service energy practice on your character might get you a better paying job🤣😂🤣😂

Very bad customer service.Cashier have no communication skills with customers! Price was not ringing up correctly. Ask for price check and every thing went badly. Want go back to this store. ☹

This is the 1st Family Dollar store I've ever been in and it's clean, shelves well stocked, you don't have to step over or around anything that is laying on the floor. It's so big you could call it a Super Family Dollar. You can step in the aisle and see what's on the next aisles. This store is located at 2925 Headland Dr Atlanta Ga 30344

Very hostile environment Poor communication with Customers. Cashiers /mgmt.. on edge due to recent Burglary. Doors are locked, Family Dollar needs to provide Security For their Employees.Long lines due to One Cashier On register with 7 to 10 customers.
