This family dollar needs a good store manager!!!I was a customer in this store this morning on April 26,2024 and I was very appalled to see and hear a manager in the store being rude!!I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a red family dollar jacket and he's very light skinned black young man...I don't know how family dollar runs their business but it reflects bad on them how a manager talks bad while customers are in the store.I walked around to try to listen more and I asked for a corporate number but I was given a wrong number...The cashier's and the staff was so nice and polite and the store looks really nice every time I visit this store!!This store is definitely a five star every time I visit but I took one point off cause of what I witnessed but I suggest you family dollar just do better!!!!Always your#1 shopper👍🏾💯

There is always lots of trash around this store. The trash generated by this location is messing up the whole business corridor. They have containers in the back where the debris is pouring out of, and the wind is blowing it everywhere. This has been going on for years and despite several requests for improvement they never seem to care to get a handle on their trash.

Found what i needed. Good to see them stocking the shelves. What i really liked was the cashier's energy ... Enthusiastic ... Friendly ... Considerate towards all customers ... Just a joy to shop!

Well the clerk lurked like she thought we would steal. But all things considered..why not offer to help? The behavior was offputting. Racial profiling by your own? Anyway. We got what we came for but not at all discounted imho.. If not for the neighborhood convenience, they'd be out of business. No competition.

One of my closet location. I walk in the store to pick up some detergent. There is nothing on shelf, people run around trying to get those last items on the shelf .... The store was closing for good. Not a good experience. Mary

Living in the neighborhood, this store has gotten broken several times, The manager there Mr.carlos is determined to keep this store going and looking nice, Me being a customer there ,his customer service is great, I really Enjoy going there, and seeing the store has made such improvement.

Went in around 9:10 pm 1/30/19 found what I came for and bought more than I'd planned. Staff and manager down right hospitable, made mental note to return to this local.

First off...Family Dollar is a slave wage plantation. If you go to this Family Dollar on Cascade, bring an extra dollar for the homeless beggars standing in front of the store..The employees are barely surviving on the plantation, as expected, they're stressed and unprofessionl at times, it's a tiny dirty Walmart type store..They have to deal with a lot of mentally unstable people. However the inside is well stocked with everyday essentials and staple grocery items. Best time to go to the plantation is first thing in the morning, before the workers get irritable. Good luck

I experience bad customer service the cashier Felicia was on her personal phone and had it on speakerphone holding a conversation with a friend. Felicia didn't greet me when I approach the counter to check out.

Store is too junky and poorly staffed. Crates of shipment are all over the floors. Aisles are too narrow for two customers to pass. Just sad. Really...sad.
