I hate to put a 1 star cause the family dollars is kinda big and the hours is great, well the hours of operation would be great if they didn’t close at 8:20 instead of 10 or 5 minutes prior to closing then a fig red guy with black hair looks like Santa talking bout the register is down. Maybe it was down but family dollars gots to do better in business hours or stop false advertising like they open til 9pm or 10pm would they close at 8. After 8 just go to dollar tree or dollar general more professional when it comes to operation hours!

I hate this store!!!! They are really ghetto and unorganized. They closed at 430 on Saturday 03/09/2024. No sign on the door anything. I've came here different times of the day they are closed or under staffed. It's sad!

Just walk out of my car and the guy turn off the lights. This is very sad !!! Now I have to drive 30 mins. Who hires these kind of employee!! It’s saids 10. Not 9:30. Needs to be remove , and replace.. when I drive off they turn the lights back on . Really sad .

This store needs help A.S.A.P, always one register working with 10 customers in line, and the employees be nonchalant about moving at they own pace, didn't know family dollars hired a bodyguard at the door..

Store is never opened young lady inside said the general manager needed to be in the store that they were closing early. This store is a waste of time and they need to get help asap this is ridiculous.

This store needs serious improvements from the manager to the cashier. I took a product to the register after seeing it on the shelf for $5 it rang up $7 so I went back to shelf to get a cheaper product at $4 it rang up $8 instead of manager doing a price check they acted like they would just not sale me either one cause I questioned it. In these tough times for everyone at least honor the price you have listed on the shelf.

Terrible customer service. Each and every employee moves very slow and gives customers nasty attitudes and smart remarks. Seems to barely restock, the isles are always crowded with items that need to be restocked as if it takes weeks to put on shelves. Store needs new management, better management and better employees. It's ridiculous.! It's no coincidence that the service and quality is very poor in this mostly black and poor area plus the prices are higher than more upscale areas.

The cashier is rude older woman. She says anything to your children as if she has permission to do so. Unprofessional. People constantly hangn in front of store asking for money.

They should update their closing hours instead of having everyone traveling to their location for them to be closed at 9pm instead of 10 pm that’s posted online. It’s inconvenient and unprofessional . This is the 3rd time, I’m done with this location

I was there at this location just yesterday and the black lady with the old looking braids and old looking glasses who is the manager is very unprofessional; my mom sent me in to this store to get some dish liquid; the dish liquid wouldn’t scan so the manager laughed and said it was only a dollar; I wanted to make sure I heard what she said so I asked what the price was and again she laughed and said that it was a dollar. She then asked me why I was upset using swear words on the sales floor. After I paid for the dish liquid I left the store upset because of the unprofessionalism that I had experienced. We will be in contact with a close friend of ours who is a city councilman over this district that this Family Dollar Resides over!!! Stay away from this ghetto location some people are a product of their environment and it shows😳

The store manager is the rudest person! She should never be in customer service or management position again. She has no respect for the customers or employees. Shes the reason they have no employees now ! Her name is Pat . I asked her for the district manager or corporate information and she ignored me !

Arrived right now at 9:14pm. As I’m walking up the manager yells “we closed” which is 46 mins before they are supposed to close. I googled the close time so I could try to make it after work and now here we are 😤

Line was ridiculous but moved pretty fast. Cashier's were friendly and helpful.. But the store looked a mess, with most shelves being empty.

The Family dollar on MLK near fair burn rd very nasty employees. They have this policy when you buy something there and have to return it. You cannot get a refund. A customer cannot exchange the merchandise for a different product. It has to be the same product. Their is one big ignorant blk lady work their has a nasty attitude. She needs some customer service training.

When me and my twin brother came into the store to see if they will have some dog food for our new dog that we got.... When we got in the store the MANAGER was very very rude she was HARASSING AND BEING very very unprofessional i ask for her name she refuse to give it to me..... Now im going to call corporate to file a complaint or a lawsuit im TRIED of people thinking that we were trying to steal because we were 2 twins sexy and handsome looking boys!!!!!!!!! But it's all good what's goes around comes around and payback is a B×××H.......

Went two and both walls were empty for socks store was dirty I was told only the manager can put stuff out on shelf push carts with product employee would rather sweep than stock shelves
