This store is horrible. It’s not clean. There was a cashier with green hair eating Churches chicken while waiting on customers. It’s obvious that management don’t care. I will be contacting the fire inspector. Products are all over the floor. It’s an health hazard and the customers of Adamsville deserve better than this. The elderly and handicapped are unable to move through the isle.

Needs to be restaffed and deep cleaned stay was horrible. Line was to the back wall and the cashier girl wasn't helping. And she had an attitude. I kept MLK word of peace in my head.6-13-2023 in the evening

I just went to this store from Cascade road which is the opposite way of my house to come to the MLK and Fairburn rd Dollar tree and it was locked. The lady inside was stocking stuff and said that they were closed. I saw at least 15 people walk to the door while I typed this message whi were turned away. It's ridiculous to close a store 2 hours early and not even put a sign or explanation on the door. Very unprofessional, but we have come to expect this from the dollar tree.

Serious problem keeping the place neat. It was hard to find things in some areas. I did see people unpacking & apparently they straightened shelves as they worked. Got some of what I came for but not others.

1. They we're out of bags2. There were 2 women3. And 1 of the women kept complaining about she isn't unloading a truck (that was in the back waiting to be unloaded)4. The same individual didn't help at the checkout.5. But they did have nice cups

I had to give a star to comment, this place is a ghetto hood mess, the managers don't care. They give you your items in trash bags, they don't even think our community deserves respect. They keep putting bout product but never have bags to bag up your bought items. Most of the employees are rude and seem to not like brown complexion of person's, I say that because of their comments on what only happens in the black community and if they where in a white community the guys say.. this is a super unprofessional place. Then there is no one of authority to speak to, to resolve issues

This is the worse store I have ever been to not enough employees at this location customers having to wait along time in line only two registers open weekends at this store needs 3 cashier and as for black people in the community we needs to try and respect each other it's sad that black people can't get along with each other at all😭😭😭and cashiers needs more training when it comes to coustomer service don't know how to give coustomers the correct receipts this location just needs to close it's doors for good.

The store was out of bags for weeks, the Assistant Store Manager, I think her name is Shamira is rude and impolite. She refuses to open a second register after 8:30 pm stating she's following her job policy, she locks the door at 8:50 pm when the store closes at 9pm, she sits in the office everytime I'm there and walks away when you try to inquire about the lack of customer. There are always boxes unpacked in the ailes, and you never know what's there because it could just be in a box.

Your store needs to be stock up. Iam sorry i visit this store often. Either you have sorry workers or you need to employ more workers. This is a busy store. Your business started out good. Dont take it for granted.

Very dirty in certain sections of the store and not all seasonal items are out in the store. You can expect to walk in and find new summer items in winter.
