The pharmacy here as well as the retail store is pretty bad. The pharmacy lacks sufficient staff, professionalism, and customer orientation. The retail store is small and cramped and the store design and layout is still of the 1980s. Nothing about it motivates you to shop but rather to quickly exist. CVS business management should at least understand this. Hard to understand with the nearby development, and such a shame for the local senior age demographic. A classic example of how big corporate interests and a profit driven Healthcare system combined with systemic racism completely fails a community. COMPLETELY!!

Do not get your medication thru the drive thru. The customer service was trash and they will have you wait for over an hour. No consideration of time of remorse of wait time. You don’t even get to see who you are speaking to nor do they offer have a wonderful day etc. If you don’t like your job find a new one.

They'll just refill any prescription you have had on file from months and fill that over one you need then tell you its your fault...
