"My" CVS! Years ago when I first moved to the Eastside, my boyfriend (now husband) said, skip the flashy new drug stores and go to the CVS on Lexington. He said the pharmacist is great, and it's the best drugstore in the area. He was right! I love the caring store staff and pharmacy team, they know me when I come in, the crazy lady with all the coupons and extra bucks. Good selection, nice seasonal isles, and my go-to for cosmetics and basics. The best!

Awful experience, staff was rude to me and another customer with a baby for no reason. Waited over 40 minutes for a prescription and couldn’t even get it because they ran my insurance improperly. They made another gentlemen in line wait for far too long when he said he CURRENTLY HAD Covid. Rude staff and long wait times- horrible

The employees were so nice and helpful; they greeted me as soon as I came in and offered any assistance. The cashier was so nice to make sure I got all discounts/coupons applied. The store was clean and organized inside. Thank you!

I haven’t had anything personally wrong with the people who work there, but CVS clearly has left this pharmacy criminally understaffed. There are always long lines, and often I will leave a prescription to be filled at lunch, I will comeback after work and they tell me they will now get started on it while I wait another hour for it to be filled. I recently called to discuss a prescription and my call was not answered after half an hour of waiting. I don’t blame the pharmacists there at all but CVS needs to stop understaffing this location.

I have been trying to get my prescription filled here and have had some terrible customer service. I was told my medicine would be ready on a Friday, it hadn't been ordered yet. So I came back Monday, and it still hadn't been ordered. I called Tuesday, and still it hadn't been ordered- they said there was an issue and they'd call me back. Now it's Thursday and I had to call them back, and still my medicine hasn't been ordered- they're now saying it was already filled somewhere else. Which isn't true or else I'd be using it! I just wish someone would be professional enough to help me out here!

The workers go above and beyond to help you. They're such great people, I absolutely adore them. They make you feel welcome and want your business!! Best place I've ever shopped at when it comes to customer service!

I'd highly recommend this place. The store manager is genuinely willing to help customers. Also, the guy in pharmacy Mr. Viraj was very kind to tell us about the discounts that brought the total bill from $60 to $20. I never would have thought about that otherwise. Great experience!

Pharmacy never answers their phones. Trying to get all my prescriptions transferred to other pharmacies has been a nightmare because they don’t even answer for them. Was on hold for 20 minutes this morning and when they answered they were unhelpful.
