Outstanding experience with Decker, our 4 year old chocolate Labrador, on self-service bath. Nicole was extremely helpful, polite and courteous during our first visit here. We will return!!

I’ve been bringing my sweet dog to PSFP for almost three years, and I can say that they are integral to our life here! Our dog loves all of the staff, and they are so accommodating to his needs. Highly recommend!

I stopped by to get cat food. The employees were extremely rude and dismissive. Had to ask twice for them to just show me where the cat food was. Very stand off ish employees. Never coming again that’s for sure. And the place smells HORRIBLE

My dogs are my family and I treat them very well. I pay very close attention to my dogs mood and demeanor after they have been to the vet, groomer, kennel etc... One of my dogs, Sarge, is a very sensitive dog and we can't just take him anywhere. He's extremely picky. This place is one of very few that he actually looks like he's happy to go inside. That says so much to me.I read through these reviews and it's typical to see the gripes from people that you just know take advantage and complain about everything if they aren't treated like they're the most important person on earth. They are the complainers and love giving bad reviews. We all know who they are.If I've ever needed anything Pit Stop didn't have they would order it for me and it arrives within a few days. They've waited for me to arrive when I was running past their close time. Kitty has even dropped off food when we couldn't there in time.I feel like the staff and owners of Pit Stop embody what a local small business is supposed to be and what makes me keep coming back. Yes, you're gonna pay a little more but this is Milton/ Roswell/ Alpharetta. This is a small boutique with high-end products and high end service with a personal touch which is exactly why people move here. I appreciate having a local supplier that has the knowledge and patience I need to get what's right for my dogs.

I get my two pups groomed here every 6 weeks. In addition several of my neighbors do also. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The girls washing the dogs are so good with my two little guys. The groomer is wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They seem to be the same price as everyone else in the area. We buy all our healthy dog food here also.

We have been taking our dog to this place, almost every week, lately! We used to originally go to the Petsmart on Crossville (great location, and always great service! ), but started going to Pit Stop, thinking we should support a local business.Today they repaid me for it, by delivering multiple unpleasant surprises - starting with a late fee of $10 (seemingly for being an hour late in picking up my dog) and adding in another $10 charge for a service we didn't ask for (dematting).Overall, I felt like I made a mistake trying to be a regular at a local business that treats its regulars like this!I would never go here again!

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and my fur babies looked beautiful when I picked them up! One of my sweet girls has anxiety and cries when I take her to the vet because she thinks I’m leaving her. So, I have always bathed her at home. When I picked them up they were so happy and relaxed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Sooo glad I found this place! My elderly dachshund- mix dog has chronic skin allergies and needs weekly medicated baths. These folks are so kind and always treat her with extra special TLC. I know she's in good hands when I drop her off there.

Took. my doggies there 5 weeks ago.Groomer and manger very sweet. However…not the best grooming done on both my dogs.My husband kept asking me if I’m sure they actually groomed my 17 year old doggie , he looked the same as when we took him in.Did not even brush him after they so called bathed him.I will not be going back there.Plus very untidy grubby behind the front desk. Seems the owner is hardly there.

I love Pit Stop for Pets!! Everyone that works there are so nice! We take a 85 lbs lab and a 30 lb puppy and they love everyone there too. We have washed the dogs ourselves there and had them groom both dogs and they did a great job! I highly recommend them!

Bevin and the entire staff are awesome! They are very helpful, offer great customer service, have a wide variety of options from different foods to supplements and they're able to order if they don't have things in stock. My favorite place to take my dog for a bath, buy his food and anytime I need advice for any new things my dog has. Thank you for all you do!

I discovered Pit Stop for Pets when I needed a place to bathe my large dog when my usual spot closed for Covid. Awesome service, and everything you need is provided, shampoo, towels, aprons and hair dryers! I love the 1/2 price Yappy Hour Monday-Friday 2-4!!! So awesome to see they carry premium foods and products. Molly Vonn enjoyed a yummy beef stick after her bath 😋 The best part is no clean up or mess at home!! I will remain a loyal customer.

I've been to a few Pets supply store, but Pit Stop for Pets is the best place ever. I was greeted at the counter by two of the best staff members ever.... You have to see them for yourself... what a great surprise to see..... They have a selection of supply that is hard to find anywhere else.Their grooming service, to me, is top notch.The owners are friendly and helpful. They made me feel at easy and like I was part of their family... Thank you guys for such and awesome experience.You have to see the greeting staff... I promise you, you will come time and time again.

The best there is!! I love them for the great care they give my three dogs and how quickly they are able to get them in and out. I don't drop them off for them to sit in a cramped kennel and wait around all day for their turn at a bath. They are the only place we will ever go!

Patient and professional. My dog has really bad anxiety, so I know he’s difficult to wash. When I came back he was being petted and chill, and really clean. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place! The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and they sincerely want what's best for your pet. Plus, with the self wash stations, the grooming, and the wide selection of products it's a one stop shop!

Rude, facilities not clean, staff did nothing to deal with a client in the waiting area whose dog lashed out at three different dogs even though they were standing right there. Plenty of other options in the area for dog food that have better service and better prices.
