Stopped in on a whim and now I’m a customer for life. Rachel is a blessing to this store: friendly and shares her excitement about birding every step of the way when helping you make a purchase. Her excellent recommendations got us set up with our pole system and we already have lots of birds visiting. We’ve expanded already with her guidance and branched out into different seeds. We enjoyed the bat presentation and now sit on our lanai watching our neighborhood bats come out each evening. Every staff member we’ve interacted with here is amazing but Rachel has that extra A+ personality that makes me excited to visit the store. If you are remotely interested in birds… this store is a must for reliable info and quality supplies.

My family and I just love this store! It had been a while since we had stopped by because we live a good drive away, but I really wanted to replace our old bird feeders and get some recommendations from an expert. Heather went above and beyond to help us walk away with the best solution, asking what type of birds we wanted to attract, educating us on the best type of seed/food/feeder to purchase, and even looking in the system to see what our previous purchase was so that we could add to what we already had vs. purchasing a whole new set up. It's so great to shop at a store with real experts, who are passionate about birds and helping people set up great backyard habitats. If you have any interest in purchasing anything bird related - a bird feeder, bird bath, the best binoculars, books, super high quality bird seed, even adorable bird plush toys - this is THE place to go!

We drive all the way from Ocoee to Winter Springs to buy our wild bird supplies. Top quality merchandise and bird food. Jason and Laura are excellent in helping you decide what you need, Poles and feeders are very sturdy and well made to last a long time. Always an enjoyable visit and they have everything you need along with a ton of knowledge about feeding wild birds. You can also order online but we love visiting their store. They have some beautiful gifts too. Great place to find a nice gift for your nature loving friends or yourself.

Wild Birds has always been our go-to place for bird feeders, baths, seed and gifts for our nature loving friends and family. During the pandemic, we have been doing curbside service and it has been a godsend. The owners and their employees are caring and helpful people. They are always happy to answer questions and to give helpful hints re: bird habits, feeders and foods. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best shop in town for bird feeding and birding supplies. It has an incredible selection of bird feeds, even mealworms. They have excellent birdfeeders that are worth the price because they are exceptionally durable. Mine are almost 10 years old and are still in excellent condition. The shop carries poles, feed hangers, and squirrel guards that can be custom assembled for your yard and bird needs. They also carry bird baths and lovely gift items. And the knowledge of Laura, the owner, and staff is excellent. They can provide valuable advice and assistance to get you started or further your birding pursuits. Highly recommend.

I have purchased several bird feeders on Amazon that were useless. Wild Birds Unlimited really know what they're doing and sold us a bird feeder which is totally squirrel proof and the birds love it.

I'm a long-time customer that just started ordering online. In my order I mentioned that I was ordering two 10 lb bags of the same seed on purpose because I can't lift the 20 lb bag. I got my order, and the wonderful people at WBU had sent me four 5 lb bags! So kind and considerate - they're great in person but pretty awesome online, too!

My wife and I drove across town to check out Wild Birds Unlimited. After visiting once, I know that we will be repeat customers due to the store's quality of merchandise, selection of products available, and superb customer service.We came in to see if an old bird feeder could be repaired, and the owner was extremely helpful in coming up with ways to squirrel-proof it. In the end, we ended up going with a new feeder with a lifetime warranty.Whether you have just a passing interest in birds, you want to get into bird watching, or you want to make birds feel welcome in your garden, Wild Birds Unlimited is well worth a stop!

The day I walked into this store I met a girl who works here named Heather. Anyone can tell that Heather not only loves her job but she's very good at it.. almost TOO good! She spent hours with me putting a pole system together that would work for my backyard and its challenges. She educated me on everything that I purchased; the why's, the how's and everything in between so I could get the most from my feeders and see birds... Lots of birds... Everybody that works here is amazing. They are super friendly and really helpful and they are so patient with me! The staff here all share tips and tricks that they and their customers have used. They share their experiences; what works and doesn't work. The customers as well as the staff all share photos from their cell phones with each other all the while oooing and aaaing with bird envy. I could go on and on about Wild Birds Unlimited... I honestly cannot say enough about this place and the people who work here. Everything that you need and everything that you want, is here at this store. Now I finally have birds coming to my backyard and Heather knows my name every time I walk in the door! How have I never rated WBU Winter Springs? No matter, better late than never! My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now and passed by it one day on our way home from church. We wanted to get into the whole bird feeding and watching scene and this was exactly the right place to come. Amazing staff who are very knowledgeable, excellent well-made products and the only feeders I've seen that keep squirrels and other animals off your feeder, and keeps the birds coming back. We'll keep coming here as long as we're living in the area and feeding the birds!

Had never heard of this place until today. I had a baby bird fall out of a tree and wasn’t sure what to do so I called for advice. The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helped me a ton while they sent their manager out who went above and beyond to help rescue the bird. While I wasn’t shopping, I can still say customer service was incredible and I’m looking forward to visiting the store soon!

They hosted the audobon society on the day we went, so that was a lot of fun. They had a great array of kids products and educational items as well. There were a lot of different options for bird feeders, birdhouses, and bird feed.
