Pharmacy takes an extremely long time to fill basic prescriptions and you can’t get anyone in the phone to get a status on how long it will be.Overall decline in service the last couple of years. Will go to CVS in the future

Our family has been going to this Walgreens for 9 years. The past year it has become unbelievably unorganized and we've encountered many employees to be not only apathetic in their jobs but it's as if they don't care if they tell you that a prescription will be in and it's not. On multiple occasions the online service says that our prescriptions have been filled and are ready for pick up only to find out that in fact they have not been filled. The average wait time when calling is over an hour long. I've been on hold for two hours more than once. The drive thru is just as bad. It makes me wonder what the heck has happened to this location. Does management even care. After a year of this poor customer service, I do believe it's time for us to look elsewhere.

i have had extreme difficulties at the walgreens in oviedo off lockwood blvd. the pharmacists there DO NOT care about the patients. So getting in contact with this pharmacy off Red Bug in Winter Springs (and esp. with the quickness and concern for their patient’s needs) and my experience here has been THAT MUCH MORE efficient and positive. Specifically due to Kayla, Mr. Max, Wayne, and whoever answers the phone Monday evenings. I have been in dire need of my medication to function, take care of my children, and keep my job. Thank you SO much for being so thourough and prompt! Following your word about filling my script and listening to my doctors orders, that means so much more to my family and I, than you will ever know! HIGHLY reccomend. Thank you so much! 🙏

I really like this specific Walgreens. They have most of the stuff needed during a quick trip to the store. They have a great selection and have really cool finds, always actually. I can end up spending a surprising amount of time there, for a Walgreens. I'm always pleasantly surprised at how cool and nice products are that I end up bringing home from there. Great finds! Kept clean and organized. Pretty well stocked. I use their reward point system which really comes in handy and I actually save money there using it. It's in a nice location. Been going here for years upon years and I hope it never goes away. This store has saved the day so many times I lost count years ago. One of the main stores I shop at most. They usually hire decent people as their employees and they usually end up working there for a long time which is really nice to actually know your cashier. Overall a great Walgreens and I definitely suggest it if you're in the area or live in the area.

I prefer Walgreens over other walking pharmacies. The store is clean, tidy, well stocked and organized. Employees are friendly...you will run into one that is either having a bad day or whatever, I can overlook that.The pharmacy department is a totally different ballgame. Whether it's inside or outside...there is always a line to pick up meds. 4+ people or vehicles. I do realize they have employee shortages in the pharmacy dept which is adding to the issue.So I didn't knock off to many stars.

Hours posted are until 11pm m-f, called at about 815pm to check on a script I needed tonight after paying to go to an after houra clinic. After 32 mins on hold hung up and called the store again this time asking to speak to the store and they informed be that they closed at 8pm tonight!!! I tried to call walgreens customer service and no solution except wait till tomorrow.

Extreme long wait for pharmacy to answer phone. Prescription out of stock Friday, called Monday an Tuesday still no medicine. By Wednesday you would think they would have the decency to call you with a status update. Currently on hold for over 20 minutes.

I think the retail employees here are wonderful, but the pharmacy is a joke. From my first experience talking to an employee in person to my most recent phone call- just the worst. I’ve been consistently treated as an afterthought and was literally left sitting and waiting for almost an hour for my prescription to be filled because initially “they had nothing for me”, and then proceeded to ignore me despite the reassurances that someone would assist me. Go elsewhere for your prescription needs if possible, hopefully you won’t have to feel judged and ignored like I was.

I went to pick up a medicine by the drive through, it was only 2 cars in front of me, but it took 45 minutes to pick up my medicine. I noticed the person in the window was ridiculously slow,doing papers. Cleaning around and took her 7 minutito ask me what I did wanted.I don’t recommend this farmacy.

Do not make your child's covid vaccine appointment here. They are very slow and unless you ask they don't give you an ETA of how long it will take. Made an appointment and the person administering the shots has multiple jobs to do. Please get more help or at the very least have one dedicated person to administer shots.

It's sad to see all these horrible reviews due to the vaccine appointments. I've been coming here for close to 5 years now and the staff is always friendly. Prices are a little higher, but the convenience of being able to pop in and out in under 5 minutes is always worth it when you only need a few things.

Had a vaccination appt, they made us standing there at counter for 2 hours after as the person behind counter couldn't figure out the system.. others with later appts went through fine with other pharmacist. Who eventually decided to help out and got us jn, in 2 min .2nd appt was cancelled the day of by pharmacist phone call... 20min before as we were heading out the door. Can't reschedule on the site and phone system keeps hanging up as we try.I'd say this place is a joke, but it aint funny. This place is a mess.

This location has gone down hill since covid. The drive through is backed up with people taking covid tests (despite them being free in Red Bug Lake Park). If you are behind a covid car you could wait 15+ minutes. The pharmacy also now closes 2 hours early despite the increased business. The actual employees are great though. Corporate/management needs to step up. If I didn't have to use them for my pharmacy benefits I wouldn't.

This Walgreens has gone down hill over the last few years. I have been having multiple issues with the pharmacy just not receiving orders that are sent to them. Even when my doctor shows me the timestamp on their systems and that Walgreens received a prescription, the Walgreens pharmacist will not look it up and refused to assist.The main Walgreen is fine, thats why I’ll give them 3 stars.

a literal joke. do not get your COVID-19 vaccine here. My appointment was at 12:20, but after an hour they told me they didn’t know when they’d take me in. Not to mention they took in 3 people who had appointments AFTER me. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The man giving the vaccines was extremely rude. That’s probably why they have so many available appointments here!!!! Go somewhere else like I am! (:

The pharmacy is getting worse as time goes on. Always messing up my prescription. I called at 6pm and they said it was in stock and would be ready at 7pm. I get there at 7 and they say its not ready but the ticket was printed and would be ready soon. Then they tell me its not in stock. They are responsible for making sure people get their medication when needed and more and more they get irresponsible. I've been a loyal customer for years but I will not be getting prescriptions from Walgreen's anymore. Very disappointed!

Showed up at 6:30 for my prescription. They said they wouldn’t have it until 7:30. I arrived again at 8 and have been in line for 1 hour waiting. The pharmacist gave me an attitude as if I was inconveniencing him and not vice versa.If you have your prescription here and don’t have time to wait 2 hours just get your meds sent to another location.

I usually have no problems w this Walgreens but I spoke to someone insanely rude earlier. I’m trying to get my prescription transferred and they’re not able to view their voicemail box to see who’s called them, even if it’s a prescriber? Doubt it. It’s not hard to be nice

Photo department lacks something to be desired. I received an email that my order was ready. It wasn’t. They said they were going to call but didn't get around to it. They know they have a problem, but haven't fixed it. Very disappointing. Rite Aid was never like this.

I have been coming to this Walgreens locations for many years. I particularly like the Pharmacy Dept. The employees are very efficient & professional. Also, LaDale in the photo department stands out tremendously. He is always helpful, polite & provides great customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS.They use what looks like a gray hello kitty digital camera from the early 2000's. The photo will get rejected, and all the money you spent to get your passport quickly can be thrown in the trash.

This is by far one of the worst walgreens I have ever been to. Their custome service is awful, particularly their male regular checkout Clerk. Andy Walgreens health clinic Personnel are ridiculous as well I would never recommend people coming to this health clinic go to a different Walgreens avoid them it will just make your blood pressure rise they really do not care about people there

This Walgreens Pharmacy at Red Bug and Dodd is extremely helpful and quick to fill scripts. Since moving almost a hour away,I still drive back every month for my meds. I can't say enough good things about them.

Horrible customer service!!! The store manager refused to sell me some item that were on display in the store. Stated that he could not sell them for another week and a half. Even though some had already been sold. He took down my name and phone number and said he would hold them until May 1st, which is when he would be able to sell them to me. Well,guess what. He LIED!!' Did NOT keep them aside for me, did NOT tell other managers so they would know anout it, and then he DID sell them to someone else during the time that he told me that he could not sell them! Total BS! So customers mean nothing to that piece of crap store manager! Hope he gets fired! If you're going to lie to customers them you have no business being a manager of anything.

Be warned if you fill a prescription here. Two of my prescriptions(11/4/2016) had EMPTY capsules - I received no medicine and when I complained the pharmacist referred me to the drug manufacturer. We have lodged a complaint with the corporate office but I would NEVER fill a prescription here.
