I didn't actually shop here this time, but stopped in to use the restroom, which was great. My only complaint is why do they always have to keep the temp set to like 50 degrees. Maybe it's to help the people visiting from Wisconsin and Minnesota feel more at home. Other than that, I'd recommend the milk cake with fruit, the fried chicken from the deli, and the lemon poppy seed muffins are pretty good. Also, some locations have a great Chinese food offering.

Constant wait at the sub shop. There will routinely be one employee working the entire shop. They constantly switch out too so it seems like every time there is someone new working there who is learning how to make subs for the first time. I go to check out with 10 items and the cashier bags each item in an individual bag. Like for example I had a small box of crackers and a soap bottle both in separate bags. Why put people who don’t know the job on that certain job? He was good at cashiering but not at bagging the groceries. I don’t need a separate bag for small items. It just makes it harder to carry everything. Put staff in the roles they know how to do.

Today, as I left the dog park and stopped at my local Publix for dog food and a treat for my 18-pound puppy, an associate questioned if my dog was a service animal. Despite my affirmative response, they asked about the services it provides. I calmly asserted my right not to disclose that information publicly due to ADA laws. Despite this, a manager later approached me with the same inquiries, making me feel harassed and humiliated. As a general manager for a Fortune 500 company, I understand ADA laws, and my well-behaved puppy didn't disrupt business. The manager claimed my puppy barked at a customer, which was untrue. This was an unprecedented and disappointing experience at Publix, and I won't be returning to this location.

This has been my Publix since 2004. Over the years, they've changed some things, but the level of service has always been excellent. I love this store. I wish the parking was more plentiful and they could expand to take the entire building to offer a cafe.

Clean place and friendly cashier and bagging associate. I love that this location always has my Chantilly cake!!! I miss the Udon soup that is pre-packaged in the deli section! I can not find this soup at any location anymore.

Bakery and produce staff have decided getting ignorant with customers is there new policy. I was looking for something and was approached by a bakery worker who asked me what I was looking for. I told her she says we don’t carry that. Ok thanks I’ll get it somewhere else. Big bearded guy comes up and interrupts. I tell him that they don’t sell it thanks anyway. He keeps pressing. He tells me we don’t sell that but we sell this. Nope not what I need. He proceeds to tell me I’m lazy and stupid for not wanting it and yelling at me as I’m saying no thanks and walking away. I’ve never had a problem here before but he can restock my $200 worth of groceries bc I left my cart and I won’t be back. Shane to see a great store turn nasty

Customer Service: -0/10 ZEROI wish Google makes it possible to put ZERO.Living in the area more than 7 years and nothing has changed in this Publix location. Today is the day when I stop coming here. I always tried to avoid specifically this location and today it was just really convenient on my way to grab a few things.There were many times when service was just meh at this Publix and with their basic assortment of products and overpriced prices Publix was balancing it off with their Customer service. Not anymore.Very rude guy at customer service. Do better Publix. If the person doesn’t know how to do his job let him go or at least teach him how to fake Publix customer service.

Will go to Aldi's or Walmart from now on (even though Publix is literally across the street). Went to Publix yesterday, based on their signs, bought both chips and pasta (store signs indicated they B1G1 free, neither wrung up as this). So do yourself a favor and check your receipt - it may not ring up as advertised.

Sucks. Most produce such as veggies, milk and eggs are for some reason always close to expiration date (as if this is some sort of second grade publix out of all of them). More expensive than other publix stores nearby. Baked/fried chicken always gives heartburns (because most likely they use chicken that's within few hours of expiry). Too bad they are not on par quality wise. Good thing there is Aldi nearby with much better quality and cheaper produce, although not much choice. Service and employees are always amazing at this location though.

First time I bought freestyle libre 2 diabatic sensors and reader I brought it last week from the pharmacy the reader come to $65 and the sensors come up to $40 after my insurance for first time. I found I can have the app on my android phone so it save for me the $65 which it expensive for the reader , nobody from pharmacy said not returnable and l tried to return the reader they won't this is ridiculous and not acceptable you need to feel by people struggling to get the money what can I do now by something I'll not used it horrible bad even on the rec no written anything for not returnable.

This Publix is clean and neat.Parking is usually available as people come and go quickly.Plenty of staff on hamd for assistance as necessary.Enjoy real, live cashiers!

Very friendly and helpful team members at this location. It is always a pleasure shopping in this clean store with stocked shelves. The online order from the deli is VERY useful on saving time. Ordering subs, cut meat and cheese online saves me time when shopping. I enjoy the feature that I can order and pay for subs through the app, so I can just go in the store pick up my order, and then not have to wait to check out.Also there is always Winter Springs branded clothes and items at this location to show your support in the community.

This Publix is normally very well run but today it was difficult to get down any aisle while they were stocking shelves around 5:30 pm. A few employees were kind enough to step aside so customers could get by but several employees blocked the entire aisle, on multiple aisles, and customers had to turn around. Also, The quality of subs have gone downhill. The bread is too hard to eat, and employees agreed and said they’ve been trying to get management to listen. Other than those 2 issues, employees are usually friendly.

Just not a friendly place - the employees always act like they are un happy as opposed to the Springs Plaza store in Longwood/Altamonte Springs store. To be honest with you I dread going in there I will drive all the way to Springs Plaza store.I moved to this area 3 years ago. I’ve just now decided to speak up!

I ordered groceries from this store through Instacart! One of the groceries I ordered is sausage Patties. The meat tasted funny so we went to another Publix to buy another one to make a comparison. Same brand, same flavor, and same expiration date. Look at the picture you would be shocked! The one from this store looks brown! Apparently, the meat has been spoiled! And they put it on the shelf to sell them to customers, how disgusting！

They messed up my balloon order on the morning of my daughter's bridal shower. The manager immediately took responsibility for the error and resolved it by giving me free balloons and even offered to deliver them for me.This was the intent of George Jenkins, their founding father - "where shopping is a pleasure"

This Publix, I decided to stop in because it was convenient on my way home from the gym. I then proceeded to go up to the customer service because I only had a few things. I put my stuff down and then moved it to the right to another register because that’s where the employee was using the cashier . I do not know the girls name. I know if she had brown hair in a bun. Working on Tuesday 8-22-2023 around 11 am . She notice I had brownies to pay for also, so she grabbed it and put it to the right of the register , near the other register I was originally .I paid for everything and left and went home. I opened up my bag and only two things were in it. She never handed me the other bag that she moved . I got back in the car , drove all the way back , walked in and again she was standing in the corner talking to other employees . I said hello and she looked and I said you have my food? she looked at me and said oh yeah, she walked away and came back with my bag with an attitude because she knew I was pissed, never said sorry after I said yeah, you never handed me the bag she said it was over there. I said first of all you never said you were even sorry second of all you’re the one that moved it then she proceeded to tell me that that wasn’t her job to hand me my bags and or make sure I grab it . I understand things happen, but I also understand saying sorry goes along way . I take care of somebody with Alzheimer’s. I had time to go to the gym and go home and then had to go back out which I didn’t have time for.

I stopped there to cash some lottery tickets and the people at the service desk were very fast and efficient The pleasure to see for a change. Eyebrows around the store a little bit it was nice, clean and the workers were friendly two of them asked if I needed any help finding something which is great if I needed to find something. It always seems when I do need to find something I can't find anybody to help me. It was kind of funny this way! Overall I give the store five stars

It's a supermarket. It's my favorite supermarket, but it's still a supermarket. Not really a lot to say. They have the stuff I want to cook, occasionally have some new and interesting beers, and the staff is friendly. Sometimes too friendly. They see me often enough they act like we're friends, which I know done of you like, but I'm a sociopath... so... anyway, yeah good place
