Amazing deals. I've never been here before but would definitely come back! They have a return policy, and if let's say your child outgrows the gear, you can bring it back and use the credit to up the size. Old gear you can also bring back and they'll buy it from you. I do recommend if you don't wanna buy new gear for something your child is starting to get into.

Bad service, not honest. I was told that I can come back anytime to get my store credit when I came back they told me that it had expired.. not good business not customer friendly. Stay away

Perfect place to get sporting good! We just wanted my grandson to try to play tennis. This was a perfect place to get him started! The people were VERY nice and so helpful! Got him started for only 27.00! Hopefully he will enjoy it! We will be back for upgrades!

I've been there a few times with my son to buy baseball related stuff. The crew is so knowledgeable and caring that they helped us to find exactly what we needed for a very friendly price. I go there every time my son needs something before we go somewhere else. Totally recommended.

Update: So you’re telling me that I’m wrong about your staff not talking to me the entire time I was in your store?? That’s a very bold statement to make. No one talked to me or my girlfriend the entire time, we both experienced it. Maybe if the two guys weren’t so interested in their personal conversation they could have helped me understand the confusion about the dumbbell price. Honestly with how poorly the store is laid out and organized I’m not surprised that I made a mistake about the price. Try cleaning up around that place and making the displays nicer instead of having staff just sitting down on the clock.Interesting concept, but the pricing is a little crazy. For a beaten up 25lb dumbbell they want 37.25, when you can get it brand new for $40. They have a bench that’s brand new in the box for $130, but you can simply buy it on Amazon and have it delivered for only $100. Even right next store at 5 Below they have a 10 pound dumbbell brand new for $5, compared to like $15 for a used one at this spot. I’m sure they have deals hidden throughout the store, but they also have a bunch of overpriced stuff. Also, not a single employee spoke to us the entire time we were in the store.

I bought an Inversion Table the other day, and tried it for the first time today. Within 3 minutes, the boots broke, and I almost fell. I called the store to see if I could still return it, and the employee who answered the phone sounded like his only concern was that I was ok. They asked multiple times if I was alright, told me not to worry, that they'd take care of the refund even if it was just past the 7 day mark... the staff at this location are friendly, knowledgeable, and really care about their customers! I won't shop anywhere else!

This is my favorite spot to get sporting equipment. They have the best prices and almost always carry what I need. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. They are open a little later for being a small business which always helps. I've never sold here so I don't know how that works but I do by here fairly often. Not only do I get sporting equipment for myself but I also consistently buy tennis balls for my dogs because you can't beat the price anywhere and it's much better quality than you can get at the pet stores.

Hubby and I visited like 2 months ago and I started my review but I guess I forgot to post.Tucked away in the corner of a plaza but fairly easy to find, is Play It Again Sports. It is very apparent that this is dying chain. The hubby and I went in to see if we could snag a good deal on any golf clubs. We went in and the employees were friendly and greeted us (which is what earned any stars). The store is packed to the gills with overpriced equipment that, for the most part, looks like it belongs in a garage sale. They had clubs with rust and were charging borderline mint condition prices. I don't see this place lasting very long.

Keep in mind that this is probably not the place you want to go to if you you're looking for the top of the line stuff. That being said, it's a perfect store for people just looking for quality items from tennis racquets to baseball gloves. Defiantly worth checking out on more than one occasion.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would do so. I have rarely encountered a ruder staff or a less caring management. No one greeted me at the front or even as I walked in, and in fact I had to walk up to the counter and say hello to them and they still barely acknowledged my presence. In addition they acted like the equipment that I had for sale was disappointing and subpar (items that currently retail for over 1k and were in near new condition). In addition they implied that I had stolen the equipment and that I was white trash. Then when my boyfriend told them that they were rude they literally just made snarky comments and said “ok bye bye now”. If you want to be treated badly and lowballed then this is the establishment for you, but if you have any desire to be treated like a person and receive any level of customer service then avoid this place.

Would not recommend this location. I went there twice and both time the people were not helpful and was more interested it talking to each other. They also didn't seem to have any decent equipment. I would not recommend this location.

I don't think you could squeeze much more into this store, there is soooo much! Biggest lacrosse selection of the PIAS in the Orlando area. A bunch of water sports including things to use in your home pool. They had stuff set up out front and a clearance table. Numerous gear bags for every sport and lots of golf stuff too. Great location with plenty of parking

I've been in a handful of times, and never found the staff to be helpful or friendly. Get the feeling they're just doing you a favor when they "help" you. If you want info, you have to ask exactly what you want to know because they don't elaborate on anything.

Items are only $5 to $10 dollars less than buy it new in a regular store but they do not offer warranties and have a very poor return policy. Store smells like an old house and most items are severely overpriced.
