Excellent! Not sure why it's taken me this long to leave a review. I can't say enough about this place. 5 🌟 my dogs 🐕 's love it here. They are in great hands. I have three Dachshunds and they always look so beautiful. We have been coming here just over 10 yrs and our dogs seven of them have gone thru this amazing salon. My dogs love it here! First of all, if you’re looking for a BATH (no haircut), this is your place! I’ve taken my dogs to groomers all over Central Florida, and there is no one who is better at deshedding!! I don’t have a photo of them from that day (shocking to anyone who knows me lol) but I’ll add a different pick of my pups. ALSO the VALUE is great! Take your pup here!

Quality Groomer- we had difficulty finding a quality groomer for our Great Pyrenees. We were were recommended to D’tails and found the ownership and staff are very pleasant and easy to get along with. They did a masterful job not only with the grooming but also building a bond with our dog. We highly recommend them and will continue to use their services. Thanks for all you do.

I’ll start off by saying that overall I have been highly satisfied with the quality of grooming I received from D’tails, my groomers have been Chalo and Tyler and each time I have been ‘wow’ed with my dog’s cut. I have been going every month since last summer. Last year I noticed his ears hadn’t been trimmed or plucked in a couple sessions, subsequently getting an ear infection that cost me hundreds of dollars and several weeks to recover from. Goldendoodles routinely need this taken care of due to the amount of hair that comes with them. After he recovered I brought him in and let the person know who was checking him in. I explained he hadn’t been getting his ears done, it had been months at this point, please have it taken care of. I got him back and once again his ears weren’t plucked. I also requested when i dropped him off to include all of the upgrades- she said she forgot and apologized when I asked if they were done. I asked about his ears and she told me he wouldn’t let them do it. I took him to another groomer and paid $5 to have them pluck his ears without issue. I had also asked at that time, you are expressing his anal glands right? To which she said ‘no. he’s a big dog (55-60 pounds). You can take him to your vet for that.’ I was under the impression this has been taken care of every time I have dropped him off because that’s what the website advertises and there’s no mention of a size limitation for this to be done. I took him last month and asked, again, please take care of his ears- they are hairy again, and can you express his glands? They told me the similar thing, refusing to do his glands. I picked him up, and yet again his ears were not plucked. I just had to take him again to get them plucked from another groomer, and watched them do it, not even needing a plucking tool. I also had to go to my vet to get his glands expressed which cost another $60 to have done and they let me know it was very easy experience with him, and D’tails made it seem like it was going to be a burden for them. On top of that i was charged $20 more than I have been paying, and didn’t receive the service that was advertised to be included in the full groom when i specifically asked for these services to be provided. Why the increase of price for services not completely rendered? I am sad to have to find another groomer because my baby always comes out looking so good, but i cannot continue to pay— especially at an increased cost— for services that are advertised but not provided to him. I appreciate the fantastic haircuts he has had with D’tails but I will find another groomer that can meet his needs.

Madeline looks GORGEOUS after her groom with Jaime! I gave notes for exactly how I wanted her to look and he followed them down to the letter. Jaime and the rest of the staff were so kind and courteous, it was such a relief to see given how nervous we were to try a new groomer after ours of four years moved. The front was super clean and organized and we also bought Madeline a cute bow. I could not recommend D’Tails more and cannot wait to see Jaime again in six weeks!

My shih Tzu suffers from severe anxiety. Due to covid his only grooming for the past year came from me. I did some research and decided to try D'tails, booked on line and Turbo was off to the groomers a few days later. Our groomer was Amy. She greeted us and asked about Turbo, his age, personality, his past grooming experiences and if there were any areas of concern i had. I was able to explain length, type of cut etc... I was told he'd be ready in about 90 minutes. I went out to lunch and 90 minutes later i went to pick up Turbo who looked like a new dog. He was cut just as i had asked, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, paw pads conditioned and his bath was done with a hypo allergenic shampoo just like at home. The service exceeded my expectations. Turbo is usually traumatized after a grooming but he just pranced around as if showing off his new look. The service and the attention to detail was wonderful, Amy was wonderful and explained making appointments and what to do if i need a last minute groom for a special occasion and also said if he needs a nail trim between visits, feel free to bring him in for a quick nail trim. This was by far the best grooming experience I've ever had!

I just brought my Shih Tzu here for the second time. The staff is amazing and did such a great job with him. My old groomers used to cut him so short, he would get nicked and he hated it. Now when he comes home from getting a cut he’s still happy and playful. So even though I pay a little bit more now than I did at my old place, it is worth every penny.

I cannot say enough about this grooming salon! Not only did Amy agree to groom my mother-in-laws difficult dog, but she did my difficult Murphy the next day. She is absolutely so fantastic! Been taking our yorkie, Manny, here for a long time (I believe it has been 6-8 years?). So many reasons we love DTails. 1) The staff know you by name. 2) efficient and meticulous 3) so kind and loving to our baby. I always know our dog is in good hands. Tyler is our go- to groomer and she is absolutely THE BEST! She has fit us in her schedule last minute and will even call same day to move our appointment up sooner if it fits her schedule.

I give D'Tail 5 stars because of the way they treat my babies. I have gone to other groomers in the past and have not been as pleased with them as I have been with D'Tail. They do a great job with my three babies. I have one named NaNa, she is a Dalmatian mix with a Pitbull Terrier rescue and she is afraid of her own shadow. She is 3 yrs old. They have been seeing her ever since she was 3 months old, but the people at D' tails treat her so lovingly that she actually looks forward to going there for her baths and etc. Trust me she won't go with anyone else or let anybody near her. They are reasonable in price and work with your schedule. Wonderful place. I've been with them for a couple of years and won't take my babies any where else. Love these guys.

This place is amazing, I took my dogs here because they were the only ones I could get an appointment with and thank god. Amy was fantastic with Molly. She gave her a wonderful groom. My husband even said she looked gorgeous! Amy heard that Molly's brother Murphy had gotten us fired by four groomers because is very nervous about grooming after being mishandled by the first groomer I took him to. When I picked Molly up she spent a lot of time with me discussing Murphy and offered to give him a try. I told her to do whatever she could. Well, I came home with a brand new dog! She did an amazing job with my grumpy old man! I cannot recommend D'tails enough. Super nice staff and so very patient.

Exceptionally good dog-grooming salon, always welcoming with friendly staff and affordable prices.They offer online booking service, which is convenient for those of us too busy to call 📞 and wait on hold for an appointment. They also offer military discount, a extra prop for disabled vets with service dogs 🐕‍ .Jaime always takes care of my nervous, difficult Goldendoodle always doing a wonderful job with him. But in reality all of the groomers in the team are excellent 👍🏼. They always leave my two standard doodles looking wonderful 😊.
