I stopped in from out of town. First time experience and it was wonderful. I was greeted by a young lady named Brittany. Who was super sweet and helpful throughout the whole process and showing me around the store for everything I needed and my puppy wanted. Even taught me a few things to help better my dogs health. I highly recommend. I will be back for dog grooming and they have dental cleanings too that we might try Amazing!

This is an excellent Woofgang Bakery. It's clean and well organized. Their pick your own cookies have a great selection and my dog loves the flavors. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Haley does a great job on my dog's nails every time!

Hayley at Woof Gang Winter Park is the best. I found her through a friend and she has been grooming my Australian Labradoodle his whole life. She does a fantastic job and was very patient with his initial anxiety and quirks. I highly recommend her and the entire team at Wolfgang Winter Park to anyone looking for a groomer.

The worst experience ever. I had an appointment for my dog to be groomed and I even had to give him meds to calm him down the night before and morning of my appointment. I presented my rabies vaccine shot certificate and the person there said that couldn’t do the appointment because my certificate expired. She was totally wrong and didn’t know to read my certificate and said they couldn’t groom my dog because of it. It was totally her fault and was not accommodating at all, they wanted to reschedule me for a week later. I even called my vet to confirm over the phone while in the shop that they were totally wrong. They need to train their staff better. I will never recommend them for anything.

Beautiful store, very nice friendly owner, huge assortment of quality food - treats- toys. Even doggy ice cream in the freezer. Very nice area, the store is in the same street as many pet-friendly restaurants with patio/outside dining. Great to combine a visit to the store with a lunch or dinner on the patio with the pooch ;)

We drove 40 minutes only to be turned away because we arrived 12 minutes after our appointment. We called 25 minutes before arrival stating we were estimated to arrive about 15 minutes late. The groomer came out to say we told you on the phone that you would have to reschedule if more than 10 minutes late. To lose a multi-year customer that was loyal enough to continue patronage even after moving from Winter Park to Lake Nona. Anyone have non-woof gang recommendations?

Showed up for a grooming appointment, they refused service because I showed up 9 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The employee went to the back of the store to “notify the groomer” that I have arrived, waited 2 minutes, then came back out to the front to tell me that I arrived past the 10 minute grace period. What?! Very disappointed, I was a loyal customer for years and this was extremely nitpicky, especially since their policy says there is a 10 minute grace period. Staff was unsympathetic and rude, even though I had to transport both dogs in the pouring rain. There are a ton of other local grooming businesses that I could be supporting, which I will be doing so in the future.

I'm very happy with grooming services for my papillon. They expertly shaved him so that his ears displayed as desired without trimming down to the skin. He looks 8 years younger and a pound lighter.

Store is quite beautiful. Unfortunately, the employees seemed very unmotivated. They didn't even really acknowledge us when we came in. They were obviously there to do the bare minimum and get their paycheck. If you want friendly employees who actually like dogs, I suggest going to a different Woof Gang.

We love coming here! Our dog has been coming to get groomed here since she was a puppy and absolutely loves it, it’s a nice stress free experience for both of us. Their selection of treats is great, we especially love the pumpkin bites. The staff is always so welcoming over the phone and in person.

I've been going to this establishment for 5 years until the groomer we frequented had to take medical leave from a wound she got at work. Since then I was canceled on the day of for two consecutive appointments, which is frustrating. I decided to make an appointment at a different location and they too canceled the day of the appointment. I have been trying to get my dog seen for 3 weeks now and sadly have to say I'm done with Woofgang Bakery. I am very disappointed.

This is probably the first time I’ve ever picked up my dog where she looks and smells the exact same as when i dropped her off. This location is also way more expensive than others, parking is nearly impossible and you will be charged $15 an hour if you don’t pick up as soon as they’re done. Would definitely recommend the other WP location.

This is a very cute store and they offer great treats for pets. I have had both my dogs groomed here several times. They have all been good until now. I was ok with my one pet having shorter hair but they shaved her down so much it is similar to a men’s buzz cut or shorter. That was not necessary. The groomer never even came out or called to explain. It is upsetting. I did 3 stars because this was a one time offense. The last few have been good. The staff is always friendly and kind as well. My husband and I were both disappointed with the results of this groom. If you book a groom here I would advise over communication and clear expectations of what pet should look like. Needless to say we are bummed out about this.

We just took our pup to get groomed by Erica and she did an awesome job. We had previously had a bad experience at a different groomer in Winter Park that was traumatic for our pup and he was incredibly nervous to get groomed today but she was calm and so kind with him and made him as well as us feel at ease and very grateful for her warmth as well as professionalism. She’s as wonderful a person as she is a grooming expert and we will taking him to her from now on. Thank you so much. Also, the front end representatives are kind and great at what they do too and are always making sure it’s a positive experience for all in providing information as well as product knowledge.

i went to woof gang bakery for the first time today to get a treat for my dogs birthday (she turns two today). I got one of the happy birthday bone cookies and a toy. When i got home to give her the cookie, first i took pictures which turned out amazing, but then after taking pictures i tried to give her the cookie and it was SO HARD. She couldnt really bite into it so i tried breaking it into pieces and i couldnt even do that. I was scared she was going to chip a tooth so i had to throw the whole thing away, which sucks. i dont know if the cookie was super old or what but pretty disappointed. Overall, i do like the store. Theres a variety of toys, clothes, and treats, but i think in the future i might try a different store for dog treats because that kind of freaked me out. (to contest to how hard it was, i pushed it up against my counter top to break it and it wouldnt break, it was as hard as a rock)

Just had my dog’s nails trimmed ($10-15)! This shop did a FANTASTIC job! Their quality of service, an adorable shop to celebrate your pets (chandeliers and decorated treats) is absolutely worth visiting.It’s said: “You get what you pay for!”I say: “You get so much more here!”IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG—Treat it to a visit!
