Moved back to the area in February (lived here 2 years ago) and every single time I have been to this target since moving back the self checkout has not been open. My husband and I just ran by to pick up two things and we walked out today with nothing because there were 3 cashiers open with long lines and self checkout (which is supposed to be for 10 items or less now) was closed, yet again. Safe to say we won’t be returning to this target again. What is the point of having a self checkout section if it is never open?

4/3/24 Update - Turns out I had to return my purchase since the person I bought this for already had the exact same item. This was by far the easiest return I have made. The young lady at the counter was super pleasant and helpful. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes. Way to go Target.I recently placed a pick up order at this Target. I didn't go to pick up my order until the next day. The person at the pick up counter was very friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed when she had to go to another area of the store to get my order. I expected it to be at the order pick up counter. This delayed the process by about 15 minutes. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

This Target looks great now after the remodel! I wish they had more fresh food but I do love the selection they have in all other departments. I also love the Starbucks that’s inside it and I go there all the time. All the people who work there are so wonderful, they have a great team there! Carter is great and knew exactly how to prepare my drink from the beginning, he gets it perfectly right every time! Thank you!

I was very disappointed tonight and very uncomfortable. I shop at this location all the time for years ,drive up as well. Employees were on me like a hawk. Couldn't even shop how I would have wanted to. Got to the register and the cashier rung me up and put my bags in my cart and looked at my 8 yr old son like he had something on him. Mind you she didn't do the same thing for the women before me and after me. It's a shame that people have to judge you on how you look and what you have own. I will not be back!

Changed the self checkout to an express lane, then closed the express lane permanently. During busy hours in the store, they have 3 lanes open, each backed up by 4 people or more, so if you have 1 or 2 things you will be stuck in line for 20 minutes. Brought my things to the front of the store, saw 3 lines backed up with the express lane closed, and I set my stuff down and walked out. The local Walmart hasn’t closed their self checkout once so I guess we’re a Walmart family now

Finally! It has been remodeled and now looks like the store I visit in Oviedo. Spacious and bright aisles, mannequins with clothes display and the usual merchandise in a great presentation. Even though they still have some leftover trailers in the parking lot that will be removed the store deserves five stars. And the drive pick up is the fastest one you could ask for. Kudos Target.

I don't ever wait for my prescriptions. They're always filled in a timely manner. The staff is excellent and I feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend trying this location in Target.

I went this morning and was disappointed that despite seeing many young staff members walking around the store, not a single person was working at check out. All customers were directed to self checkout. As a younger adult that was fine but I saw at least 4 seniors with mobility issues who were directed to self check out - and not a single staff member offered to help them scan their items. It was honestly very sad to see. They need to have at least ONE person working in check out who can scan items for those that need assistance. This is customer service 101.

THE DRIVE UP ARE JUST EXTREMELY INATTENTIVE AND INCOMPETENT.. YOU PLACE A DRIVE UP ORDER, THEY WILL MARK IT AS “OUT OF STOCK” AND IF YOU GO IN AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT.. ITS THERE AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT TWICE BECAUSE THEY ARE “NOT ABLE” TO ADD IT TO THE SAME ORDER… IT IS JUST IRRITATING..

I had an absolutely amazing experience on the evening of 7/30, all thanks to Brenda and Donna! These two team members went above and beyond to provide exceptional support. When our e-coupon didn't work, Brenda went the extra mile, conducting thorough research to find a solution that satisfied my expectations and Target's interests. Many agents might have given up, but not Brenda - thank you, Brenda, for your dedication!Not only that, but Donna also exceeded my expectations when she helped me load our new not-so-mini fridge into the backseat of my daughter's tiny vehicle. I thought we'd be stuck with the box at the curb, but Donna made the impossible possible! Thank you so much, Donna.As the leader of a Member Experience group, I'm not easily impressed, but Brenda and Donna indeed left a lasting impression on me. I was harassed because when I enter target I sometimes ask the guest for their opinions on appliances before I purchase. According to the security guard. We shouldn't talk to the guest, just shop and leave. Horrible experience.!

Target Drive-up option is always conviene and fast, I have never waited for over 5minutes (usually less than that) to get my products brought to the car. Staff always nice and helpful and now I just found out I can order a coffee from Starbucks (the one inside Target) and get it handed to me in the same drive-up spot while I am waiting for my items.

It’s turning right into WALMART.Do not go here EMPLOYEES are RUDE DISRESPECTFUL, SECURITY DOESN’T DO THEIR JOB AND LIE TO YOUR FACE, MANAGERS DON’T CARE.I had my whole family enter target multiple times and there be issues from expired food, molding food, lack of food on the shelves. You constantly hear employees throwing the curse words left and right.Never thought I’d write a review but this has to be the last straw after security let my 3 year old get cursed out by full sail students didn’t kick them out because they were “ calm”.When I told them to check the cameras I was being followed & harassed .DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE DO NOT SHOP HERE

The remodel is really nice! I’m upset that they got rid of the food area! One of the best endings to leaving target, grab some breadsticks and cheese or a hot dog… alas! It is what it is. Despite, the store looks nice and everything is easy to find.Ulta, really!! 👎🏼Shout out to Tim for being awesome and looking up other stores for me! Many thanks!

Me and my husband came here to get a few items. When we were doing self checkout the worker start accusing my husband of stealing as we’re ringing up our food. Making comments she shouldn’t even of said. You workers really need to stop acting like police and do your job that’s to be nice to people give good customer service. Hire new professional people and stop being cheap!!!

TARGET is our go-to, big box store. Generally well stocked, clean and staff are helpful. I’ve noticed they’ve made a lot of renovations to the store recently. We shop at both the WP location and also colonial in Orlando. Where is the 10 STAR BUTTON🤩
