I absolutely love this place but more importantly my fur baby loves it! They knew him by name on day one! They are so caring and loving to all the dogs. Odin has been going here for doggy daycare for over a year and we haven’t had one single issue with the staff or other dogs there. They have strict protocols and give the dogs breaks when needed. I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place!! Charlie is always happy when he leaves and we are always so well received. In the 3 years I've been using their services we have never has any incidents with boarding or his grooming. I will add that their service is excellent they recognize us when we come in. We have also taken their training classes and Jen has always been so helpful with tips and informative sessions. I'm so happy i found this place.The picture below is charlie and how they went above and beyond on making that days special.

Our boys love this place! They are always so excited to visit whether it is to board, play in the daycare or go to the groomer for a nice bath. However, my fiancée and I love this place as much as they do. I had called a few months ago to schedule the boys for "baby watch" boarding. We were expecting and were supposed to go sometime mid to end of September. However our baby ended up coming 9 weeks early. This was completely unexpected not to mention I also had to be admitted for a month as well for health reasons. We called Rangers and explained the situation and they made accommodations right away. I also had to change our pickup date twice because I still wasn't able to be discharged from the hospital as originally planned. I can't thank Rangers enough for always making my boys feel right at home, and for what they did for my family. You seriously will not find a better place to take your fur-children. Thank you Rangers!

I have been taking my dog to Rangers since he was 6 months old. He is currently 6 years old. The reason I’m so committed and dedicated to taking Guinness to Rangers is the level of care and attention the staff dots onto him and all the other pets in their care. The staff are some of the most welcoming, accommodating, consistent people I know. Rick, Mike, and staff, thank you for providing such a high level of service and care. My mind is always in a state of relaxation knowing that the best care is being given to my beloved Guinness in my absence.

Our puppy Neo-Moja who is 10 years old now has been going to Rangers since he was 3 months old. Till today i have never been able to say good-bye to him. He sees Jenn and Rick and goes crazy- Happy !!!!!! I feel very comfortable with him boarding and can enjoy my time knowing he is safe and happy. He does come home very tired from playing.......and that makes me feel good

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rangers. They take such good care of our dog, and make everything so easy and organized. Our dog is so excited when he gets to go to doggie daycare. We also did one of the training classes with Jen and saw really great results, and have had him groomed there as well. They are just awesome people that you can tell care a great deal about your animals and the service they provide! We've been to few doggie daycares in town and Rangers is far and away the best of the best!

The owners and staff are very well organized and the environment is very clean. I own high drive dogs that need space to run, be engaged, and safe; Rangers checks all those boxes and more.

I reached out to this place for day care, after my dog started showing signs of separation anxiety. Living in a condo, having a barking dog can be frowned upon by neighbors. I have been going now for a week with my dogs. Not only do I love it, but the greyhounds come home exhausted... I’m so grateful for the opportunity to go here and go off to work and not stress. Rangers is THE place to take your pet for boarding, grooming and day care. The staff are well versed in animal care and treat them as if they were there own. I have been taking my dog, Austin, here for 10+ years and wouldn't go to any other place.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Ranger's. My Italian Greyhound loves the staff. Capone starts wagging his tail the minute we turn the corner and he knows where he is going. He goes right to the staff and does not even look back. They make me feel as if Capone is the most important dog there, but that is how they treat every dog that comes in.

This place is great. My Doberman loves it here. I swear after every time we bring him home he mopes around for 2-3 days. That being said it is hard to get your pet on the list. That is right they have a list and once a year you can apply to be on the list. The application is simple enough but there is a 5 day period once a year where you can turn in paper work and spots fill up.

What a joke. Called to ask about lodging, and because I hadn't been in a while they told me I could call back in 9 months when it was "open enrollment" then the person hung up on me. I guess they only provide courteous service and basic phone etiquette for those they deem worthy. There are hundreds of quality and even less expensive pet places in this city to groom and board. Go there. Rangers and its ego has gotten too big for their britches and have become elitist snobs. Take your business elsewhere; they don't want it anyway.

I had no issues with Ranger's until I brought my dog home with kennel cough. My dog is fully vaccinated and was healthy when I brought her in for boarding. My Vet told me several other dogs had come through their clinic from Ranger's. They said I should call them to report it and when I did the girl on the phone was flippant. She said "well we use filters and you signed a waiver knowing that this could happen". So I am not freaking out that I spent $165.00 after the boarding stay (so far),to try to heal my dog, I am furious that my dog is miserable, ill, coughing, lethargic and taking an antibiotic, a cough medicine I had to get from a compounding pharmacy and my Vet had to give her a shot for inflammation, she is quarantined at home and is still wheezing. That is why I am so upset.

My 3-legged 9 yr old pooch is very comfortable here, she plays with the other doggies so much she comes home and passes right out! She loves to party lol! And they bathe her and trim the nails so she doesn’t come home all stinky.

We are new to the area. Called to find out about this place because I want a good place for my dog to stay. Woman on phone said oh we are not taking dogs right now for new clients, enrollment has passed. Wow I have never heard of a place that is so rich they don’t want your money.If everyone’s attitude is like that, I am horrified of the care or treatment they would give my dogI didn’t realize that Altamonte Springs was a rich area. I think I moved to the wrong city. Too uppity up. What happened to human kindness. How about referring or helping find a place for the dog instead of cutting me off

If you truly love your dog, you'll try out Rangers at some point. My dog loves going to "school" to hang out with her friends and its improved her quality of life and happiness. She told me so herself.
