Everytime we're at this store, we're always greeted with a smile and people willing to help us. They have a great selection of everything with good prices. We also have our cat bathed there and she has her nails trimmed. I would Highly recommend this store to everyone!

Mika and I always have a great experience at this location <3 they always greet me and offer help and are so friendly with Mika and self serve is a great deal here and I didn’t catch her name but the groomer with blue hair right now did a wonderful job with Mika’s nails. Mika definitely love her energy

I will join others in saying the grooming staff is great, amanda and anna, do great work and they are genuinely nice, this review has nothing to do with them, they are the only reason I will regret not coming back to this store.That being said, store personnel have dropped tremendously in their professional treatment to customers, they have become self involved and rude.My experience, was that me and my wife purchased a tag that did not have a front to engrave the name of the pup, we did not notice this and in this store the cashier sets the machine for engraving so we didn't have the time to explore this further, no instructions were given or anything , well we proceeded to engraving or address and ph info, then found out there was no option for engraving the front with our dog's name, my wife tried asking the cashier, after a few minutes waiting, cashier said no no front name, and left without further explanation, my wife tried again, to get her attention and asked why weren't we told this, cashier replied you guys should've known, we might have noticed if we had it a little bit longer in our hands or had been the ones setting this up in the machine, my wife asked if there was anything that they could do to help us she said no and turned around her back on my wife a 3rd time, things escalated from there, I shoved the tag under their desk, a bystander that came late to the party claimed I threw it at the cashier, not true, why would I go under the desk in to a basket if I wanted to throw it at her, when she was in front of me, well, cashier took this option and refused ti give us the receipt when she couldn't find it and said she wasn't comfortable serving us, lol, serving us she said, what service!, well, during all this at any time was an apology offered for the product not meeting our expectations or for failing to explain how it worked, also learned that the cashier claimed to be the manager, terrible if true, she was more worried to get rid if us than to try to deescalate, anyways, sad, since the only reason we go there is for the grooming, toys and pet accessories can be found at any store, specially amazon. Never coming back here

The absolute best lip service anyone could get right here on Google. But ask for help in the store and you’re treated like poop. Long ago PSP was a good shop to stop at, not any more. I used to never feel unwelcomed here, and now I feel unwelcome every time I walk in. And never mind leaving kind lip service in response to my review. The time to make things right was while I was in your shop. If you an old person, you can count on being ignored while shopping. If you need help, they will look down at you and make you feel like your wasting their time.

4/15/24 Look at all the comments from the owner. They are all the same, just lip service.Sept 25, 2023.Sadly, we feel we had to delete our original review and update our post of Pet Supplies Plus “Winter Park” store to reflect our current feelings.Those days of friendly service from the staff at this franchised store has been replaced with woke staff who could care less about you and show little if any respect for their loyal customers. It has been our experience during our last 3 visits that we are no longer valued customers. We have asked during phone calls to speak directly with Hugh who was the owner and have been told every time that he is not available. It’s funny how when you have a problem and wish to report that issue and the staff prevent you from doing so. I don’t want to report a problem to that person I have a problem with. I guess that is why she or he blocks me from speaking directly with the owner. I used to feel so welcome in this location and now both my girlfriend and I are so uncomfortable in this store. One time I said excuse me miss to what looks like a woman and she barked back at me that she was a man. My eyes said it was a female so I addressed it as a female. I know what my eyes saw, don’t try and tell me a bird is a dog. Now I’m afraid I will be yelled at and marched to the gallows for addressing a woman as a woman.Mr. Hugh Calvin, are you too busy with your Sanford store to manage your Winter Park store and see first-hand what has happened to it? Or do you just not care?Our issues of our grievances have gone on for too long, we can no longer do business with either your Winter Park and or Sanford stores’.5 Thumbs Down4/15/24 Look at all the comments from the owner. Lots of variety and they are consistently have specials and discounts. You can also bring your pet and bathe them here (great if you live in an apartment and washing/drying is difficult). Monday nights there's a car meet in the parking lot, so more than usual traffic after 7pm on Monday nights!

We use the groomers there for both our old dogs. They take such great care of them! Too notch! Amanda is the best and always greats us with a smile and is the reason we keep coming back

I take my dog here to use their bathing area because it's conviennent, cheap, ($25 for a punch card), and close to home. I love their groomer, Amanda, who helps my dog with her nails, all of the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful, and an overall great store. Thank you!
