Several managers and cashiers at this store have to be the most UNFRIENDLIEST people I've ever met.I was in the store one day when a team of managers or executives where doing a walk-thru...no one spoke, smiled or moved over when I passed them. Just ignored me.Customer service needs some work. Just in case it matters to anyone, here is some advice:*smile and greet ALL customers*ask ALL customers if they need assistance*teach employees that people who don't look like them, dress to their liking, etc...still deserve to be treated as valued customers. Everybody's money is green.I'm hoping to see changes.

I've shopped at this location quite a few times but yesterday (Sunday) I ran into a situation & it was never resolved even after I spoke with the manager working that shift. There was a simple solution but no one wanted to or wouldn't listen to me. AT ALL... He made me feel as if I was being a bother... Very unprofessional. Left there very dissatisfied & not wanting to go back...

Me and my husband went in to get subs for dinner and the lady making the subs put way too much mayo on my husbands and too much oil and vinegar on mine along with about 50 pickles and banana peppers. Instead of the lady babying everybody she should have paid attention to what she was doing. Called the store manager and asked about getting the subs replaced and he had the nerve to tell me to take pictures of the subs and bring in the receipt. And what exactly is that going to prove?? You cant see soggy bread in a pic. Never had this issue before. He was the rudest jerk of a manager i have ever dealth with.

I dropped off an envelope with the bakery so they could do a gender reveal cake for me. This is my first pregnancy so I was super excited to do one. I went to go pick up the cake and there was blue frosting on the outside. My bf tried to give the benefit of the doubt and say it was from like another cake they made and it just got on the outside. However, there was blue icing that was visible on the inside of the box as well, giving away what gender we were having before we could even cut into the cake. It was super upsetting especially since it’s my first kid and I wanted it to be special. I ended up not doing a party or anything. Really disappointed that their carelessness and lack of attention to detail ruined the gender reveal…

We love shopping at the Southeast Plaza Publix. The staff is so friendly & helpful. Managers really go out of their way to make sure you get the products you want. And their flowers are lovely.

We love coming here for specific things. We love their deli, including their freshly fried chicken, sandwiches, seafood salad and stuffed salmon!!! The staff is friendly and, if you want, they'll carry your groceries to your car!!!

Went to get sushi for sushi Wednesday, the sushi was great and the chef was plesent as always.BUT!!The seafood/produce manager was ripping into one of the workers who was in charge of the fresh fish in the display, he had no regard for any customers around him, nor did he have any regard for his worker he was berating, he was putting him into abusive scenarios and questions instead of explaining what he was doing wrong in a professional manor.Poor guy was barely responding to his boss, he looked distraught.This is not the publix I know, and I feel as if it may be common knowledge that this dude is an A-Hole!I will gladly remove this rating as soon as soon as I know this has been handled.

Normally this is one of my favorite places to shop. Today 08/12/2023 I went to the deli to get some turkey. There was 2 gentleman ahead of me while I patiently waited. Antonio was super helpful and doing what he could. I noticed several employees walk by and not even offer to help. You have a line forming and 2 other customers walked away due to the line and slow service. Antonio asked for helped and it took a little bit for another employee to come assist. However Dan just greeted us and said he would be right with us. However he just continued to get to go other's ready. Antonio did an awesome job and deserves a raise. I can't say much about his other employees other than to learn from him and when you see customer needed to be waited on don't be so hesitant to lend a hand.

Inflation prices and supply issues.Bought 2 of a regular cream cheese, and 2 vegan cream cheese. Cashier almost had a mental breakdown not understanding the purchase limits. Sign in dept says limit of 2 of EACH item per customer. She tried to say it was 2 period. Even after pointing out one was vegan and one was regular it didn't matter to her. Luckily I had my granddaughter with me. I said fine, handed her my credit card, and said she will buy those 2.

Publix has the friendliest and most knowledgeable people. They are always willing to assist from finding an item to loading your purchases into your vehicle (no tipping). The stores are well stocked and if there's a particular item you are seeking, ask - they may get it for you.

I always come here due to convenience, overall quality of the workers, subs and bakery. However, I did not encounter such pleasantries this time around.When I got to Kristinas' line I was met with reluctance, no smile no greeting nothing. It would be one thing if she lacked customer service entirely. Yet, I watched her smile and chat with the consumer in front of me.I advised her i had 2 waters at the bottom of the cart, no words, head nod nothing but a sigh as she put it in the POS(register). After ringing up a few items of pure silence, I said to her Hello, How are you? She jumped as if i yelled or she was lost in thought and mouthed a "Fine" still no sound came out. I shook my head, at least the person bagging my groceries spoke.I could understand if it was super busy or she had an off day but it wasn't the case. She deserves a coaching and/or be demoted to get carts, bakery or stocking.

Do you know I like Publix? It’s nice clean got good carts, but I tell you there’s a young man that works there as a customer service and he is fantastic. His name is Hunter. I don’t know his last name but I understand that he’s moving to another area in Publix, all I can say is do not lose this fella because he’s the main reason I come in there

Went to Publix today to pick up a few things, ended up getting some fried chicken and some pickle loaf.Marilyn also wanted some rolls so we got a package of those and made some sandwiches with the pickle loaf.It wasn't until later when we tried the fried chicken and it was really good.We will definitely go back there for some more of their fried chicken and deli meats.

I have an important question. My daughter just started getting WIC. She had a preemie baby. We live in the town of Winter Haven and there's 2 or 3 Publix here. We went to get the baby formula and they only had 1 can. So we get the rest of the WIC and what do you think? They charged us for everything. With the the vague explanation that it wasn't in the system. Why? Who's job is it to put it in the system? And no we didn't have the money for everything. My daughter just started working again after her C-section. Not everyone cheats on the system! We couldn't get the WIC and we have to go back tomorrow. Please a legit question ❓ Sept 16 2023
