We bring our mini dachshund here and Sophia does an awesome job with him! He looks and smells so much better when we pick him up. They take great care of him and it gives us such peace of mind knowing we don’t have to worry. The rest of the staff is great too, but we always ask for Sophia!

We have been taking our Maltichon to Steven at the Hamin Woofgang since she was a baby and she LOVES him. Steven also is so kind and makes sure to listen each time we visit (we only book with him) to see what kind of cut we’re looking to get this time. Highly recommend!

I meant to post this sooner but last Friday 2/9 we had our standard Golden Doodle waffles groomed by KAYLA. She did an AMAZING job. We have used Kayla numerous times and we are never disappointed. Waffles always comes back beautiful and looking literally like a stuffed animal. We bring her in with mattes and I don’t know what Kayla does but she manages to clean her up and doesn’t need to shave her down. Super happy!!! And waffles also comes back happy and looking good!

I normally take my dogs to get groomed here. The groomers do a really good job, but the customer service at the front desk is horrendous. I have never experienced such incompetence and level of unprofessionalism by someone at a front desk before. The young ladies and men that are supposed to be the face of the business are completely disinterested in helping the customers. Communication is non existent and they tend to ignore customers when they are trying to have a legitimate complaint. Instead of listening and being kind, they laugh in your face. They lost my dog's rabies and name tags along with the leash today. They didn't even call me to notify me. Only after my daughter pick the dog up and arrived home, we found that the leash and collar did not come with her. When I called the grooming place they were extremely rude. When I arrived the leash and collar were placed on top of the front desk. No apologies or anything was offered, instead I received attitude from the two young women at the front. The only thing they said was that they misplaced it, but "here it is." Last week, they lost my other dog's rabies' tag, and I only noticed a few days later, which it was too late to complain.I appreciate the groomers, but whomever owns this place needs to hire people that genuinely care about their customers. They are not professional at all. For this reason, I do not recommend this place. Find somewhere else to take your dog's.

Thank you Woof Gang for being so fantastic! Monica went above and beyond to order in our food and treats for our Cavaliers (Steve’s Raw and Coco Therapy treats). I also had one of my dogs needing a quick partial grooming and they got her in right away and did a beautiful job. Sophia was so gentle with our little cavalier and made sure Belle was comfortable and at ease. Monica and Sophia are absolute sweethearts. We will be long time customers. Thanks again!!!!

I dropped the dogs today at 1.45pm for their 2pm appointment. I showed the groomers the pictures of what we wanted (posted) and we they totally butchered the cuts (posted). But not only that, I was supposed to get a text when the dogs were ready and after going at 4pm (not ready) I called at 6.10pm and the girl was like "oh, did no one texted you? Yes you can pick them up" like WASN'T THAT YOUR JOB? Then she asked for a tip 3 times and I finally said, this was AN AWFUL experience, we are NEVER coming back, NO TIP!! First image (the body I wanted) Second image (the face) everything else is what my beautiful dogs look like. Last image is what they looked like before the grooming. They even cut their eyelashes completely, like what?

I wish there was an option for no stars at all. My yorkie was at this location for the first time yesterday and we left him under Steven’s care. He told me the service was going to cost $70 including teeth brushing. So far so good. When I came back to pick my dog up the front desk said the service was $85, I asked why and she said it was a “handling fee”. I was never charged for a “handling fee for my dog” before, he is sweet and never gave any problems to any groomers in his 14 years. If they had that fee they should’ve disclosed before the service as a possible charge. Since there was no previous disclosure they should’ve not charged this at all, as a first time courtesy for not telling me this in advance. On top of that, the grooming was not that great. Steven didn’t do a good job, he chopped his hair uneven and getting home I noticed my dog had the white part of his right eye completely bloody red, like someone hit his eye with something and a blood vessel burst. That’s why he was scared when he came home. OMG! I’m really upset and this was the first and last time I take my pet to this place. Be very careful who you leave your furry babies with.

We've been customers since 2014, at this business owner's various locations, i.e., Windermere, Winter Garden, Horizon West, & Dr. P, with 3-exceedingly high maintenance pet pals.If we're going to pay these prices, we'd like trusted professional service fm all shop staffers, not passive aggressive condescending behaviors.So, we've made new arrangements & have added mobil grooming for less.We're sad our long-term support, patience, & generous patronage was not appreciated nor given the benefit of the doubt, as relates newbie staffers.Mobile groomers come to you, no travel, no long wait times, no tacked on fees, no surprise costs, no unqualified novice personnel, no fluctuating random costs...Dr. D, Windermere, FL. I do not recommend.

Our two dogs are groomed at this location. There is a female groomer (can't recall her name) who has groomed them on occasion and has done a great job. Stephen usually grooms them, and our dogs love him. One of my dogs has severe separation anxiety but has grown quite comfortable with Stephen, so we don't have issues when we leave. Also, Stephen listens to what we want done, makes recommendations, and ultimately does a fabulous job grooming them. The store is always well stocked with treats, food, and other pet products. They carry calming treats for holidays when my nextdoor neighbors set off fireworks.

We have been taking both of our dogs to Sophia for quite some time now. We find she consistently exceeds our expectations. Her grooming skills have exceeded anyone we’ve had in the past within central Florida. The not so new manager, Monica, has a vast knowledge of nutrition, and goes above and beyond to ensure your pets needs are met. I am a not so easily impressed pet owner, yet they continue to impress me with every visit.

Nice place but beware of the prices they offer, my small dog full grooming came out to 98 dollars, when price suppose to be 50.They offer full grooming for 50 for an small dog and charge 55, plus matted dog fee 15, plus handling fee 15 and a tip of 12.75.This is crazy.Sumamente costoso.

They are kind and caring. Especially Sofia.My dog is a huge diva BUT she has neurological issues that reflects on her mobility. So when she is in the middle of grooming and she gets stressed, they stop and wait for her to feel better.Nothing better then knowing my little baby is so cared for

Took my dogs for a nail trim. The manager and the gentleman groomer were very kind to me and my dogs. However, the receptionist and female groomer (wearing pink scrubs) were not friendly at all. I went up to the counter to pay and the receptionist ignored me/didn’t acknowledge me. The manager stepped in and acknowledged me. I used a card to pay for the dog grooming and other items. As I went to sign for my transaction, the receptionist flipped the device and signed my transaction. It was rude and unprofessional. I will drive out of the way to go to the other woof gang locations to avoid this receptionist.

Bad experience. We have tried on multiple occasions to give them the benefit but 3x now we brought our pup and the groomer is a no show, late or they have no groomer on site. It is a waste of my time and I am not going to put my pup through it again. Granted the front staff are super sweet and have always tried to apologize for all the mishaps in the back but I have witnessed the groomers reprimand the staff for not charging more, being incompetent, other families experiencing the same, etc. I will no longer tolerate the unprofessional conduct. When they first opened they were efficient and we wish Gabe was back on staff, she was amazing and is truly missed!!!
