OMG! This place was such a godsend for my 4 fur babies. I needed a day just to relax and I dropped them off here & they had a wonderful experience! Staff extremely friendly. I watched them on camera and they were having a blast. When I picked them up they were so tired but happy! Highly recommend this place!

Great place to board your dog. Even when we picked him up, Lincoln had his tail wagging super sonic looking into the pool area. Great staff. Also had him quick cut and blow. He looked terrific. Loved the webcams as we could check up on him and watch him play. After we picked him up he sleep all the next day. Highly recommend pet paradise for boarding or day care.

I would not I repeat, I would not let my dog be groomed there ever again might as well went to a butcher. Shame on them for not reading the notes. This is the third time this happened,they try to make it up with giving us credits, but at the end shame on me for going back there.we asked to not touch her head. BTW it was a mini groom so it should have not been cut anyway.

I will never bring my dogs anywhere else. I do not even trust my family the way I trust pet paradise!!!!!! They are AMAZING. Peterson and Rover love their friends here and I am always confident and happy when dropping them off for their vacation.

I love bringing my dog here. She’s always happy to spend time with her friends. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The only problem is the wait time for drop off/pick up. It can be long and slow at peak hours. Other than great it’s a great facility.

I brought my previous dog here before she passed away and loved it! Over a year later, we got a puppy and decided to bring her there as well. We did not have the same experience. Our 4 month old America Bulldog is a rambunctious puppy, full of energy and excitement which is why we wanted to bring her to doggy day care. She was placed with the smaller dogs (she was under 20lbs) but they moved her to the medium dogs because she was too energetic. She was too hyper for the medium dogs as well and ended up getting bit and was punctured on the top of her head. They brought her to the internal vet and then charged us $140. It wasn’t until after the visit, they called us to inform us. Our dog was bit, and WE were charged for the visit. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Pet Paradise and found better care at other local locations.

Crazy expensive. Terrible service. Took our pup in to get some help with some bugs he’s had and they said he didn’t have anything. Sold us a $400 prevention and 2 weeks later we took him in to get groomed and they said they couldn’t do it unless he had more treatments. So they charged us twice. Nothing has changed. Grooming has never been what we asked. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

This was our first and last experience here. We boarded our beloved pup for six nights while we went out of town. Since this was our first time boarding, I called multiple service providers in the area to compare prices and schedules. The reservation “specialist” informed me that our pup would receive 3 potty breaks plus 2 one-hour play sessions with a human per day. (We understand it is industry standard to isolate intact dogs, this is why the duration of her interaction was so important to us; she was locked in solitary confinement outside of these sessions) This hour long interaction sounded great compared to the other companies which only offered 20 minute play sessions! I repeated back the schedule to the reservationist whose scripted voice confirmed… unfortunately, it wasn’t true… halfway through our trip, we received a text asking if we would be interested in a “departure bath” because our dog “makes messes” in her room; this was confusing news since she was supposedly going out 5 times a day. At this point we were informed it was only an AM/PM potty with 2 fifteen minute human interaction sessions. Outside of this, she was in solitary confinement. We cut our trip short, picked her up 2 days early, thank goodness we did! Poor thing was a disgusting mess!!! I declined the requested departure bath, I wanted to see the REALITY. Her paws and belly were drenched in urine, it was clear she had been in a space where she could not get away from her “mess”. Her white fur had poop stains and she wreaked! *** We had to wait in a carline and drop her off without ever seeing the size of her “room” or bedding provided by the facility.***Supposedly she only ate her own food which we provided in portions but she has had liquid diarrhea and rancid gas all day! I have no idea what she ate there.We NEVER saw her on a webcam although the kids were checking at all different times every day. We asked the staff what times she would be out so we could see her on the camera … the only response was “it varies”.We are so sorry we put our pup through this!They did send a couple pictures of someone petting her after we asked repeatedly about play times, but we still have no idea what her “room” looked like or why she has such terrible gas and diarrhea.

Do NOT bring your pet here for training. Your dog will not get trained. They will be abused and hurt and shut down. Their trainer Molly does nothing but shut down and hurt dogs. They barely spend any time actually “training” dogs. Instead, she will shock and tug on your dog until it’s complacent enough. It is not at all effective and traumatizes your dog only. She will tug on your dog and shock them no matter how much that dog cries and yelps. She does this to all age dogs, especially puppies.

This place has no consideration for its neighbors. Everyday I wake up to dogs barking their tails off before 6am. I live across the nature preserve and everyday before 6am they release the hounds to bark their little tails off. It's extremely frustrating to wake up to this everyday before 6am. Did I mention everyday before 6am dogs bark everyday nonstop? Yeah this place is totally inconsiderate of noise ordinance. I plan on escalating the situation.

They don’t answer the phone call! Super disappointed I took my dog for the first to do grooming took 4hours (because my neighbor recommended) they never called me to let me know that my dog was Done! When I called they said they had the wrong phone number on file! Since I filled out the paperwork and sing up online! Horrible experience. I spoke to a manager called Courtney she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience! Horrible customer service!

I have no complains regarding Mollie the trainer, but I would never recommend pet paradise to anybody. It's nothing like they tell you how it is. My dog was kept loocked because their staff is not trainer certified, so what's the point of me leaving my dog with them? Besides, my dog got sick there and they didn't notify me. Seems the last thing they care is about the dogs. They look like they are taking as many dogs as they can, and when I visited my dog the smell was terrible and the place had a very strong smell too. Seems the staff is more trained to treat the pet owner to convince you the dogs are treated well than trained to actually care about the dogs.

My “Charlie” has been here threetimes for day camp and he loves it!! The staff here is really great. I will be boarding Charlie here for 12 days while we visit my son in Ireland (02/09/2023- 02/21/2023) Hopefully I will be able to watch him on camera and I will be getting messages and pictures . Charlie is only 1 year old but he is my shadow my best friend he is a great dog. For me to leave him at Pet Paradise for that long, you know I have to trust the facility and staff. I truly believe he will be in good hands Yes I am an over protective DAD!!

This is the only place my Dog likes going more than home. The staff is outstanding and the dogs have an incredible time. They're very attentive to any dietary concerns and offer veterinary services on site. Really grateful to have them so close to home. I cant count how many tight spots they've gotten me out of by being able to watch my woofer on short notice.

After spending $700+ for boarding we are very disappointed in the quality of service. Did not follow directions well, they literally soaked everything we left them; harnesses, leashes, even bags of food. We expected the dogs to smell a bit when we picked them up, but they smelled rancid. The drop off staff were rude and pick up took an excessive amount of time. For spending over $700 this feels like another company that has grown too big and focuses more on the margins than the service. They’ve missed the opportunity for efficiencies and service that would have easily made us lifetime customers. Be sure to take a tour and do your research before boarding.

Love that from check in- the staff knows our pups!It’s never easy having to leave them behind, but knowing that the option to watch them on camera and the personal reports, makes it a little bit easier

Memorial day weekend was the first time my puppy stayed the night. It was for 5 nights and he absolutely loved it. I called several times during his stay there and everyone was so accommodating with my worries and put me at ease. I highly recommend the wash-and-go bath after being there for a couple of days. I absolutely loved the fact that I could check the web cams and watch him play during his stay there. I would give this more than five stars if they had it. I highly recommend the one in Winter garden

Pet Paradise is amazing. I have been taking my fur babies here for you years and have always had a good experience. My dogs love the day camp and always come home exhausted, but happy. They are always our first choice to board our pets anytime we go out of town and they have a veterinarian on site, should someone need it while you're gone. And we have had that happen. The staff was super attentive to our dog when he injured his paw while we were out of the state. They were in contact with us every step of the way during his care. I won't take them anywhere else.

They are SCAMMERS. When I came to pick up my dog, they didn't cut his hair and they told me that they charge $1 per minute because my dog ​​wouldn't let himself be combed. What dog stays still when bathed? They don't know how to treat animals.I attached a photo of how my dog ​​is today (monday). That's how they mistreated her yesterday to give her a grooming. since yesterday the dog is sad. the least you deserve is that they close that place

I am so happy with Pet Paradise!!My sweet baby Wynter has never been without us. Someone is always home with her so we were scared to board her for a few days. But we needed somewhere to send her while we got married and had our honeymoon. Pet Paradise was awesome!!! They sent me daily updates with pictures and it really put our minds at ease. Wynter came back to us happy and healthy 💕 we even looked on the cameras and saw that she was playing with other dogs!!! (Wynter is very submissive and afraid of other dogs)I will totally be using you guys in the future!

Just got back home from our second attempt at Daycamp. Sent in our pup healthy and she came out (after only 4 hours) looking like this. We’ve waited on hold for a supervisor and no one is addressing this. The appeal of the facility does not make up for the lack of care with the dogs.

This was the first time we left our fur baby with someone he doesn't know. He was pretty sheltered through COVID-19 and I was a little hesitant to leave him in a new surrounding. Pet Paradise took such good care of Bullit. We absolutely loved getting our email updates and photos everyday and it put my mind at ease knowing he was doing just fine without us! He had one instance where he hopped a fence out of his suite and they called right away to let us know they moved him to an inside only suite where he would be safe. I'm so happy we found Pet Paradise so I don't have to worry about leaving him in the future!

Our dog seemed very content from what we can tell. He doesn’t like to socialize with other dogs, but the staff are used to that. A little pricey, but well worth the piece of mind. Our other boarding facility let us down at 4:30pm on a Sunday (Mother’s Days), and we were supposed to be leaving at 10am Monday morning! Thank God that Pet Paradise was able to get him in, or we would have been out a couple of thousand dollars!!!! Thank You Pet Paradise, we know where to board from now on! 🙂👍

I just returned from Christmas vacation and am HEART BROKEN at the condition of my dog after leaving her in your care for a week. She was beautiful, happy and healthy when we left her, and is quite the opposite today. Her entire demeanor has changed! My hope is I can prevent your dog from this same experience. To say she was neglected is an understatement! We would NEVER under ANY circumstance trust Pet Paradise with our pets. They say a picture is with a thousand words…..

Made a reservation for Day Camp and drove 40 minutes to the facility since we would be having a day in Orlando. Upon arrival the facility would not accept dog's medical records since the chart was hand written from the Humane Society he was adopted from. The records were on Letterheaded with the shelters information and his rabies certificate matched stating he was a Humane Society dog. They had asked me to email the records over which was forwarded from the shelter's email address directly. The same records have worked for him to go to board and train, this vet, and other facilities.

Nice facilities and staff, but do not recommend grooming services if you want reliability. Appointment was canceled 30 minutes before with just a text notification. I was told to reschedule, even though I already scheduled this 3 weeks in advance. Never leave customers in a bind like that, especially for services that take weeks to get.
