i stop here a few times every week and have been doing this for a few years to get food for my animals, mostly crickets for my reptiles. employees are always friendly and i can tell the animals are taken care of well! the selection of animal care products is great and the variety of animals is very nice! i got my veiled chameleon from here in 2019, and he has thrived since then. i recommend cindi’s for everyone with a pet, especially exotic animal owners!

YES, I had a receipt. And NO, I am not a member. I shouldn't have to be a member to get good service. So, when one of the cherry shrimp I purchased on Dec 26th died, I went back to the store for a replacement. The clerk tested my aquarium water, it was fine, but when it came time to get a replacement, he told me the store policy was to credit half the price of the fish, not full credit, and no refunds. I simply wanted a replacement. Clerk appeared annoyed and irritated, and this was not a happy experience for me with this store. I'll not go back.

They have a good selection and variety of freshwater fish, however on the two occasions that I've visited the store there was a couple of dead or dying fish in many tanks. Their dead fish policy is also only a 50% store credit (for a member, with receipt, and a clean water sample from your tank).

The woman was nice enough and she had lots of birds, some fish and supplies. The shop, however, is not very clean or organized. The fish tanks were badly in need of cleaning.

The store itself is fine and has lots to offer. However, I dread going because I somehow always see the same very rude staff member working. In any interaction I've observed or encountered, she is neutral at best but more often than not she is rude and confrontation with every customer. Every other staff member is pleasant and helpful. The older woman with the pixie cut has made me decide to look into another pet store for my pet care needs.

After talking to someone at Cindi's about a Yellow Crown Amazon Parrott . We drove there and we're ment by a very friendly and knowledgable sales person. She answered all our questions and we purchased Thunder the Parrott at a very reasonable price. We were extremely happy with our experience at Cindi 's and looking forward to a long term relationship with them.

I love this pet store! Usually I buy fish online or at the chain pet stores and they've died before even getting home. I live in port st lucie and will only come to Cindi's for my aquarium needs now. I bought 20 fish one day and all made it the 30-45 minute drive back home looking amazing still. I'm extremely happy with the quality and price of fish and supplies.

Cindi’s Pet & Aquarium has quickly become one of my favorite pet stores. They have a great selection of items for your aquariums, a great selection of freshwater fish (my hobby) along with different choices and sizes of driftwood. Their prices on the freshwater fish are definitely affordable, for example 4-5 in Oscar was seeking for $29.99, any other pet store would easily have it listed for $60+. I didn’t see any dead fish floating around or polluting the tanks like most chain stores have. The staff is friendly including Cindi always with a smile. Super impressed

Do these people know anything about reptiles at all? I went into this place trying to get advice on Agama lizards and reptiles in general, and also was trying to buy crickets for my new baby agama that I found. I got this short haired employee who really didn't wanna help me. She claimed they were out of crickets, said my lizard was invasive and pretty much just shook her head the whole time while she's talking to my dad, she's ignoring me, and had absolutely no advice regarding reptiles except that my Agama was invasive and I should let her go because I can't take care of her. Well it's been a week and she's alive and well. That place was useless, you people don't know ANYTHING about reptiles. Also, have some respect for your customers. Look them in the face and TALK! So unbelievably rude. I won't be coming back, there are much better pet stores around that can actually help!

I happened upon this pet store in search of salt for our home saltwater aquariums. First and foremost, I know whether a pet store is good by what their beta cups look like. Are there dead ones, tons of sediment at the bottom, drab colors? Those are the ones I walk right out of. THIS shop has them in aquariums with live plants looking healthy and vibrant! Their selection of saltwater fish and corals is impressive, they also have great fresh water fish selection.The staff are very knowledgeable and ready to help. My husband and I have gone with questions regarding our corals and cohabitation within aquariums etc and they really know their stuff.They have beautiful exotic birds, a couple that are out and friendly, and some furry creatures as well.Thankful to have found this amazing pet center!

Woulda bought some stuff if not for the snarky old short haired woman who works there. Came over to see if she could insult some people i guess and both of my dogs are in psd service training (which is noted on their vests that they’re IN TRAINING) and my puppy struggles with barking at people who get too close to me when I step away from them and they then step towards me and she made a nasty comment about it not being a service dog not only exhibiting her poor customer service skills but also an inability to read. Id rather continue to drive 15 mins out of my way and go to the nice and friendly pet smart.

Been going to the same pet shop since 2009, they have the best selection for exotic animals and has a varied inventory for all of your pet's needs. I often come in to hang out with the friendly staff which are all enthusiastic about their job. A very friendly and personable business that truly cares about their work.

Got detritus worms from their plants which is understandable but annoying nonetheless. They have been doing better at removing dead fish since I was last in. Average selection overall and they are willing to take special orders. They have been great at calling me to notify when special orders arrive.Got an ich infestation from their otocinclus. Very frustrating that I’ll have to delay further stocking to treat my tank for a few weeks.Isles are single file only…Rewards program is very uncompetitive and not worth the money at all.If you want healthy fish and to prevent disease outbreaks, I suggest Imperial Tropicals. They have a massive selection of fish, better prices, and our area qualifies for their $14.99 local shipping rate (typically $30-40 for air).
