i don’t like being away from my dog or leaving him for long periods of time but he comes here for baths and he loves it there! the owners and employees are really nice/welcoming. he comes back super soft and smells a lot more better than when he left to visit them. they also did a bath for my dad’s dog and he gets dirty really quickly/a lot and they were very patient with him. i highly recommend them, they always try to help!!

We have a 63 lb baby. He came to us at less than a year old, SEVERELY abused & running amok for 2-3 weeks in the woods behind Pint & Pistol. He was dumped. We've tried three times to get his nails done. Saying he's NOT a fan is a complete understatement!! I was recommended to Canine Villa by another groomer who was unable to pick up more than 40 lbs (temporarily). I let C.V. know that our boy, Chief, was very skittish & scared. (We've been working with him for approximately 9 months with VERY slow progress, but PROGRESS!!) They confidently assured me that everything would be fine & working with difficult doggies was, in fact, in their wheelhouse.When hubs was getting Chief ready to go, I was the proud, but worried, Momma. I took pics like it was the 1st day of school!! Chief & Daddy strolled into Canine Villa. It was VERY clean with a nice pet store area full of collars, leashes, toys etc. Chief went to the back with no issues. We got the call around 11:30a that his bath AND nails were done. I peppered them with questions concerned about how our boy did. Well... according to them? He was great!! NO ISSUES!!! He even hung out in the sun room with the other large puppers!! WHAT?!?! MY BABY?!?! (I later cried as he crossed a MAJOR hurtle & we were sooo happy for HIM & proud!!)When hubs went in to get him? Chief came strutting out like he owned the place!! 😍 Our baby came home fresh, clean, handsome & tired. NOT the most important, but this wonderful place charged us $30!!!! YES!!! $30 FOR HIS BATH & NAILS!!!! Btw? We LOVED the KC Chiefs bow you put on his Chiefs collar!! ❤️💛TO THE STAFF OF CANINE VILLA... You have made our Chief a HAPPY BOY!! The stress you've removed from us?!? I can't even tell you!! You have our sincere gratitude for your kindness & patience with our special guy.❤️ I've already sung your praises & you will soon have 2 other friends joining your clientele!!!Hugs & furry cuddles,Your Client for Life ❤️

I read the reviews prior to bringing my two senior dogs here Sophie and Daisy and the reviews were correct...it is a 5 star kennel. Everyone here has the right attitude, professional, caring, and courteous. My dogs stayed here for 4 days and everything was orchestrated to run smoothly and it did. These people have figured out the process of taking care of animals and have perfected it. We will gladly bring our pets here again.

Was in the process of moving and my Scottish collie was looking pretty rough so I took a chance with the Villa. I was so pleased with the results that 34 dollar felt like I was ripping them off. Tipped 16 dollars and fell it was worth every penny

The staff is always friendly. They have been watching my Labadore for a couple of years. Never had an issue. Dog is always excited, had a bath, and nails trimmed before pickup.

We love Canine Villas, we've used them for years for both our Kenneling and Grooming needs. Our dogs are extremely furry and the people at Canine Villas take such good care of them, they always leave happy and beautiful. We love the service here so much that we pass at least a dozen other businesses and drive our dogs 30 minutes each way for their "spa days". We recommend Canine Villas to all our friends and family.

Our sweet GSDs stayed the weekend here after our neighbors highly recommended this local kennel. They both came back happy, fed and smelling great. Our boy nikko stepped in poop on his way out and they cleaned him up for us. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I called for checkups they were attentive and honest. We will be using them from here on out for boarding and grooming.

I can’t even begin to describe how happy we are with our dog’s haircut! We’ve gone through our fair share of groomers, trying to find one that not only does quality work but also treats our dog right, too. We found all of that here at Canine Villas and I couldn’t be more happy! We didn’t have to have them correct a single thing (no one ever get’s Oliver’s ears or tail right) and I could tell right off the bat that they treated him so well based off of his demeanor when he got home. I highly recommend Canine Villas! Best in town ;) Great customer service, great quality, and great price!

Don’t bother talking your dog here. They are extremely rude they think they know best, but they have obviously never dealt with high and show dogs. if you have any sort of expensive breed, long-haired dog, for please find anywhere else in town. Refuse to work out knots on tripe coat dogs. Say that they must be shaved but with the breed of dog I have it can cause black skin disease. Said that it is inhumane to brush out a dog and remove the knots only option is to shave. They will refuse to cut out the knots and leave the hair that is not knotted & try and force you to shave your dog fully. I took my dog home, called another groomer, explained what happened and they said no problem and got my dog in that day to get his knots taken care of and did not have to shave my dog.

We took our 2 young pit bulls to be boarded between Christmas and New Years, based on the reviews. We've never boarded any of our dogs, so I was extremely nervous about it! The staff was amazing (everyone is a new friend to our boys, they don't know a stranger!), extremely friendly, and very professional. After dropping them off, my mind was completely at ease! The place was extremely clean, they handled our dogs like their own.However, when I picked them up, I noticed 1 of them was rubbed his face pretty raw (chain link on the run possibly), after a day or so developed a limp from a sore between his toes and had to go on antibiotics from the vet. This being said, my boys looked very healthy and happy after their experience and had no reservations about loading back up for the vet trip, so I am sure it was some type of accident. Our local vet even raved about this facility!Our babies very clean, smelled great, and otherwise, you'd never know they were away from home. We will definitely board here again, and are even considering taking there for baths, so that perhaps the next stay there will go a bit more smoothly.
