I visit Ace at this location quite often. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in assisting. It's a smaller store but they have plenty stock of all type hardware needs.

Horrible store ! They sold me 15 lb of propane for the price of 24! They told me they don’t care how much they sold me.. they also gave nonsensical stupid policies like you have to removed your tank from the cage & the muscle it back in even though the tank is made to be filled while it’s in the cage from the top, explaining to them the fact that every single propane supplier do it in cage make no difference. On top of that those guys are rude. Daylight theft & bricks of employees, terrible!

I will always go back to this Ace Hardware no matter what for any of my supply needs. I've always encountered people who are willing to go out of their way to help me or are knowledgeable for the job that I have. These guys are the bomb!

They don't always have what I need but they always offer amazing service. Plus, if you want a bottle of specialty soda or hot sauce, they have it. I almost always pick up a bottle or two of a birch beer on my visits.

This is my favorite Ace Hardware location. I drive out of my way to shop at the Temple Terrace store because of the amazing customer service. Also, the older cozy smaller store is stocked full of the products that I need from any Ace Location. The place has a country store feel that I fine appealing.

Very kind and helpful employees. The man who greeted us right as we walked in helped us find exactly what we needed and then went out of his way to help us some more. The lady who checked us out was also very friendly. Best customer service I have received in a long time, highly recommend this place!!

I really like the sales associates & customer's attitudes at this location. It's the nearest hardware store to our house. But, unfortunately 90% of the time THIS location doesn't carry the item I'm looking for. (Like, no SINK plungers? REALLY!) I typically I have to drive all the way to Lutz or Carrollwood! If I have to go that far, I may as well hit up Home Depot. What a shame, because I love that small home town feel with personalized associates & if they carried more "everyday" items, I'd spend alot more time & money here!!! As it is now, I can only depend upon THIS location for our propane refills.

This ACE is very conveniently located and has a good selection. The people here say hello and provide help as soon as you walk in. Good prices. Easy to locate products. Parking is easy.

When I say everyone that is staff here is amazing, helpful and welcoming. It was a very nice and generous women from the Bronx that help me out as well. The prices are reasonable made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer spending my money I will be back again.

Location is easy to get to, plenty of parking especially if you’re coming in with a truck and trailer. It really has an old town hardware store feel. You forget the chaos that awaits out in town.

My girlfriend came here to get the battery in our key fob for our Prius changed. I don't recommend anyone else do this, if they aren't sure how to open the fob they won't admit it, and tell you to take it elsewhere.Instead the guy who worked on it didn't know what he was doing and he broke key fob into two pieces, and messed up the threading on the internal screws. The guy gave it back to my girlfriend and said he was sorry it broke. He also took a personal phone call while he was working on the key fob.My girlfriend isn't confrontational so she just left and came home to show me the key fob. I went back down to the store and and asked for the manager on duty and spoke with Dave, an older guy.Dave looked at the fob, confirmed his coworker broke it, and then gave it back to me. He asked if I still wanted the battery replaced on the broken key fob. I didn't see any reason to put a new battery in a broken key fob.I asked what they were willing to do since they broke the key fob and now I have to go buy a new one and get it programmed.Dave said they weren't going to do anything about it and "that is just the nature of the thing." As I walked out he said "this kind of thing happens."Well I have never been to any other store where they will agree to try and replace a part, break your possession and then shrug and tell you "that's the nature of the thing."I've always preferred Ace to the big hardware stores, but this was a terrible experience. I will keep using Ace but I will probably never come back to this store, and I will never trust Ace to touch my keys again.

I just purchased my Weber grill from them. I didn't know they had such a great selection of grills. I got the grill from another store and they put it together for me as well as delivered it to my front door. I shop at Ace all the time. Very helpful and friendly staff and I always find someone to help me. Thanks Ace.
