“Shift lead” Marjory, had a bad attitude and worst customer service. If I could do zero stars, I would. I accidentally put the wrong number for my rewards and she wouldn’t go back or cancel the transaction because it was already on the “payment screen”. So I ended up paying full price for everything since the coupons weren’t clipped.

This pharmacy is horrible. I made an appointment for a COVID shot. I had to wait and then because I only have an insurance card and not prescription coverage, they said they don't accept cash payments for the shot and refused to give me the shot.Just a horrible horrible experience.

Very helpful employees. I have used 4 other Walgreens, 1 in MI, 2 in FL and 1 in AZ. This pharmacy was rated #1 in providing prescriptions in a reasonable time. They definitely have a clue on how to help their pharmacy customers.It is nice to be asked, by other store employees if I needed any help finding something. Happy Days Sunny Skies!!!!

My dentist office sent in the script Monday, twiceNever filled or even acknowledged by WalgreensThursday rolls around and I’m feeling rough so I call the office back and they inform me that Walgreens has not been filling what they send, so they would call them and also electronically send it again right away.I drive an hour with 4 kids and wait in line, to be told again that it was not in the system…. THEN… The same pharmacist says “oh I actually talked to them on the phone earlier so I have it. I didn’t have my insurance card in my wallet, so he then says, if you don’t have the card then it’ll be about 20min for me to fill it!!!!SoYou didn’t have itTalked to them personally and have itThen don’t have it for 20minWhat a joke! Awful service !

Dropped off a prescription at the drive-up window, they checked on the computer for insurance and stated ok one to one and half hours for pickup. Came to pick up the order and said they had no record of an order. Then checked with another employee and He stated we had no insurance and put the prescription in a trash pile. We had orders filled there just three days before. Got orders out of the trash and took them to Publix and were filled in 30 minutes. Never again and they had NO C/S or help.

My go-to Walgreens is a hop-skip-and-jump away from where I live. Over the many years I have lived in the senior park nearby, I have gotten many Rx and flu shots there. Even the pneumonia shot. Plus, there are often in store sales on items that previously I wouldn't even think of buying at a Walgreens!! The pharmacist at this particular location has been very helpful.

I would like to thank the manager that was working the evening of Sept 21, 2021 for his help. I needed to have some pictures blown up to 8×10's from my cell phone for my husband's up coming funeral. He was amazing the way he helped me edit the photos and then he didn't charge me for a replacement photo. Awesome customer service. He went above and beyond for me. THANK YOU!

I have been going here for 5 years and there has been a few times where I have been unhappy about the service. Now, I absolutely would not go to a different Store/Pharmacy. The cashiers are mostly knowledgeable. Although I would say that some of the staff should greet a customer. The one manager, Timothy, has listened to any concerns I did have and is courteous asking “How am I”? Everytime I see him. This is Caring! and what a place should offer.

Dealing with young adults with attitude that are in charge and employees who are not too sure on what they are doing is never easy. Just went for a simple return/refund with receipt and original form of payment. They did not want to honor there store policy. They tried a handful of excuses. The manager is here but don't know where. The scanner is not reading receipt. If you don't know phone number used on account we can not give a refund. Good Lord. I had the receipt and card. They tried to convince me that they can only give store credit. Ah No. That's not sure policy. After 25 minutes of back and forth I was finally given the full refund. It did not have to be this complicated. SMH I will never use this location ever again.

The pharmacist is extremely rude. I will be switching pharmacies to elsewhere due to him. He has no care for the patient whatsoever. The last time I was in he acted like it was inconvenient for him to switch some of my RX to good RX so I could save $15 and now I’m going without medication because of their carelessness.I’ve been filling my medication there for almost a year and they failed to fully communicate a company wide back order with their distributor for my medicine. I initially got a text stating my RX would be delayed a few days because of back order but after 4-5 days with no further answers I called the pharmacy only to be told it would be ordered again for me and would arrive Monday or Tuesday. I call Tuesday morning to find out it was never going to come in and just because they order it doesn’t mean it’s coming and probably won’t even if they try to order it again.They should have clarified this to begin with instead of letting someone run out of their medication because they were told it would be there!

Always a nice atmosphere when you walk into a Walgreens and I like the high tech drink screens that show you the price and if a particular drink is out before you open the door. Really neat and great customer service all the time

The pharmacist is arrogant and thinks his words are more important than your family doctor. He forces you to take generic, even when your physician specifies brand name. I was going a week without medicine every month because he would not order my brand name and keep it in stock. Multiple times today, we got called to tell us the medication was ready, and then when we got to the window, they said it wasn't ready or they lost it. I drove there multiple times today to pick up meds after getting texts and calls saying it was ready. Then, when I got mad, he called my house to tell me not to come to the store anymore. We will be reporting this to the board of pharmacy. I've had enough.

Love the employees at the store. Always helpful and courteous. Pharmacy not so much. Rude pharmacist and she needs lessons in customer relations. You don’t make a customer who is the only one in line wait while you do restocking. Left and won’t use this pharmacy in the future. Just rude.

Pharmacist REFUSED to give instructions to us how to use the the medicine only repeated IT'S ON THE BOTTLE. I thought they had to give instructions if asked. In fact, at Walmart they don't give you medicine without a consult with a pharmacist. Also they said they did not have the prescription that was phone in a day earlier and they DID. I don't think I will use them again, There are way too many choices! They should know that and treat customers properly

( I'm only leaving 1 star because google makes you leave at least 1 star to leave a review) Very disappointed with the way the staff treated me while picking my prescription. When I went to drive thru to pick up I was told to go inside only to be told that they were unable to fill the prescription. BTW I walk with a cane and I'm also 80% disable. I was told that I would receive an apology and I did not.

If i could give this zero stars i would. The old hag at the beauty department tested out name brand perfumes so i can smell them and i specifically chose one in particular and she knew exactly which one i wanted she grabs the box behind it. And when i get home to smell and check it i come to find a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BOTTLE i look it up and she gave me the womens version of the mens perfume i wanted and this was out of the MENS section. She needs to get replaced with someone younger.

Had an appointment for a NAAT covid test that was to produce results in two hours. Not so. Received no results 18 hours later and no answer as to why. Since clearance to sail is contingent to results this is unacceptable.

Dropped a prescription off at 10 am, was told it would be ready at noon. Showed up at 1pm to pick it up and the pharmacist (a different one than the first) couldnt find any information on my prescription and that I wasn't even in the system. He then told me that they dont even have the medication that I need available at that location. He had to go digging through piles of paper to even find the original prescription to give back to me so I could go somewhere else.

I always find what I'm looking for and everybody is always friendly. It's conveniently located on the corner of US 441 and Haines Creek Road. The diversity of what they have can be summed up by saying: I even got my Passport Photo taken there.

This is my favorite Walgreens. All of the staff are top notch and friendly. I wouldn’t go to any other Walgreens. I come in at least once a week.
