As a dog mom that absolutely loves her little one, I knew woof gang was going to be a great groomer as soon as I came in. The groomer asked many important questions and had many safety precautions put in place, I could tell they genuinely cared about my baby girl. Her haircut looks great & Stella is so happy! New designated groomer🙂

Woof Gang made my doodles first grooming experience AMAZING! They make him and myself feel comfortable and cared for. They listened to how I wanted him cut and executed it perfectly. 10/10 experience!

One of the worst experiences for myself and my poor Golden Doodle. 50 lbs and no Matted fur and we got the exact opposite of what we asked for.Unfortunately, we decided to come here after all of the good reviews we saw online. It was as if they had a quota to meet for the day and couldn’t spend too much time on her or just said F it this is too much work. Hair on her body is still the original length especially on her feet and then they pretty much shaved her down completely on the rest of her body. Not only did we not ask for that but they said if they were going to shave her due to matting or something they would call us first. I can assure you she was not matted and doesn’t even have very curly hair for a doodle. When they did shave her - it was all different lengths. Spots on her arms are almost down to the skin and other parts look like there was some sort of guard on the buzzer. It was embarrassing to pay $100 for something that looks like I did it myself with my own shaver. Will never be returning and I would never recommend bringing your doodle here.

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting this charming pet store and grooming salon in South Tampa with my adorable Golden Doodle, beaux From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in for a treat.The check-in was incredibly smooth and reassuring. They took the time to understand beaux needs, which instantly put me at ease. It's rare to find a place that makes both the pet and the owner feel so welcomed right from the start.Beaux grooming session was nothing short of spectacular. The groomer showed exceptional skill and care, making sure beaux was comfortable throughout her pampering session. It was evident that they not only have a passion for pets but also a deep understanding of how to cater to different breeds. When beaux was done, he looked stunning, and his happiness was evident. He practically pranced around showing off his new look!The store itself was a delightful surprise. It's a quaint, beautifully arranged space filled with a variety of pet essentials and adorable holiday-themed treats. I couldn't resist picking up a few special goodies. The attention to detail in every corner of the store added to the overall wonderful experience.I wholeheartedly recommend this pet store and grooming salon to all pet owners in South Tampa. Not only because of their exceptional grooming services but also for the warm, friendly atmosphere they've created. It's a place where your pet is comfortable and treated well, and as a pet owner, that's all you can ask for.I'm already looking forward to our next visit. Beaux and I have definitely found our new favorite spot!

My first time here and after trying 2 other groomers in WC I finally found the perfect match for my princess. Elizabeth/Liz did an awesome job with my Goldendoodle. The people that work here also were so very nice. I loved the welcome board out front with her name on it also so cute. The inside looks like something out of a storybook so many goodies of treats for the dogs and well decorated. Lulu has found her new groomers.

This was Frankie’s first time at Woof Gang. We were referred by my best friend. She told us to go to Bri. Bri was super calm, patient & caring towards me & Frankie. I felt very safe leaving Frankie and knew he was in good hands. Bri did an amazing job. Frankie has never looked better. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful customer service from all the staff! My dog is treated well and always comes back happy. I love the diverse menu options for bathing the dog. Their services include all of my dog’s needs to be healthy and clean.

I had a fantastic experience with our first groom and dog groomer at Woofgang. They were incredibly attentive, thorough, and listened carefully to my request for trimming Magnus' face and eyes. The groomer displayed patience and understanding towards my dog. Magnus looked and smelled wonderful after the grooming session. Highly recommended!

Recently moved to the area and took our two pups for grooming. The groomers came out and met us to made sure of what we expected. The communication was great, the staff was loving toward our dogs and they looked great. Great experience.

This place is ran by two morons. They can't even provide their employees with proper cleaning supplies to do their job. It's rumored that they talk down to their staff, and have staff meetings to do this too. They constantly make scheduling changes with the groomers, so when I go in thinking I'm all set with one groomer, I'm then told someone else would be taking over. Again, these owners are complete morons.I have friends whose dogs were severely cut by the groomers and was then lied to about it. The audacity for them to pay full price for an injured dog is insane.*update*"My expectations?" No no no, these should be your expectations. If you're spending thousands of dollars a month on cleaning supplies, you clearly don't understand what a $5 bottle of window cleaner, $5 bottle of surface cleaner, and $5 bottle of floor cleaner can do. Thanks for only refuting that and nothing else. I was right in the first sentence of this review. Secondly, I don't need to have "my" name on the customer contact to get a pet groomed. For that, I will direct you back to the first sentence of this review again. Lastly, I would never set foot back in your business or let you touch my pet again in concern of retaliation... so read the first sentence of this review very carefully.

Our first time at Woof Gang and it was a success! From the time I called to make the appointment around a month ago the front desk person was so nice and answered all my questions. The staff today was great, they were all very friendly and went over everything in detail. The groomer Priscilla was very caring to my puppy and did a great job with him. She was right on time and he was picked up on time. Kudos to Woof Gang! Our appointment is set for the next time!

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!!After having the second worst grooming experience at another groomer, I was reluctant to try anyone else. These folks have made a LIFER out of us! This may be my favorite groomer I have been to since I became a Dog Mom six years ago.Not only were we greeted by super friendly faces upon arrival, both groomers for each of my two pups came out to chat with me. They welcomed my babies so sincerely and genuinely that the little one was licking them in no time. Neither dog seemed stressed as I waived goodbye for them to head back for their “spa day”.Upon arrival to pick them up, both pups were happy, energetic, and looked AMAZING! Both our groomers CRUSHED IT!I cannot thank Woof Gang enough for being so good to my babies and for making them look and smell their very best!

An absolutely phenomenal experience especially given that my small dog is scared of most other animals and humans. The staff magically bonded with her and became best friends. She had a terrific experience and we as a family are so happy to have found a permanent groomer!

I love coming here to grab special treats and toys for my pup, Luna. They have a great assortment of gourmet and locally made treats for birthdays and holidays. The shop also carries quality toys that my 85lb pup won't immediately destroy. I purchased a gator almost 2 years that is still intact and the only dog toy that's lasted that long! The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any questions you may have.

Normally service is great, last grooming wasn’t great but chalked it up to just the new groomer which isn’t a problem for me honestly. What is a problem is the insane pricing and then on top of that I find out they’re raising their prices again on April 2nd. It’s $60 just for a bath and paw/face trim. $75 for a full groom and that’s before the price increase next week, it’s ridiculous how much they charge and my dogs honestly don’t come back smelling amazing and every single add on is like $15 on top of that and then a tip so you’re in over $100 on a small dog, mine is only 13 pounds and his ears don’t get cleaned or hair pulled out or anything. Not sure how they’re supposed to retain clients at those prices.

I absolutely love this grooming place. They are so attentive and take good care of my puppy. I feel comfortable leaving her there and trusting anyone with her. The groomers are all so professional and sweet! Will definitely recommend this place!

This place was so bad, we scheduled for a full groom with a cut on the phone for our puppy. They asked us if we can kindly push back to 30 minutes and we accepted and agreed then, we asked to kindly to make it another 30 minutes so one hour ahead. We got to our appointment for them to tell us, that we can only do a bath that is very bad service, they did not care that we drove a while and did not care that our puppy was throwing up from the drive and they close at 6pm they could have done something. Overall this was just very bad service and just terrible. I would not recommend this place what so ever I myself was not satisfied.

They did an amazing job with my pup Thor. I loved how they had the groomer come out and meet me and my pup. We chatted about what I wanted and he was off. It was his first time getting fully groomed and the groomer was very patient with him (he wouldn’t sit still). I also felt very comfortable leaving him there and I already have his second appointment booked. Before and after photos.

We love Woof Gang. It's our Shihpoo Brody's 1st birthday! We love doing birthday snack hauls. We love the rest table. So many cute things for a puppy charcuterie. Lots of plush opts and plenty of stuff for smaller pups.Brody is 6lbs so he's tiny and takes forever to eat so the smaller bite size stuff is great

Took my dog here for the first time and had a great experience! It took a while to get him an appointment, but was well worth it. They gave him a little tie and a baggie of treats for his first visit. The bakery treats are super cute, too. Highly recommend!

I’ve taken my dog here twice and both times I’ve been very satisfied with the haircut and she always has a nice light scent. The staff is very nice. Highly recommend this place!

I took my dog here today for the first time for a full grooming - I am beyond pleased!!!!!! First, the staff was so unbelievably friendly - they were a pleasure to interact with. The grooming was out of this world!! My dog looks so handsome and they even gave him a little neck tie. I believe my dog’s groomers name was Kayla (sorry!) - she was so nice and did his grooming exactly as I asked. Not to mention the store has some great items and the cutest baked goods for dogs!! This is definitely our new go-to spot. :)
