Photos of before and after! This was my first time having my rescue dog groomed under my care. I did a full groom and added on the Hairy Beast package for my Aussie. Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming has great communication with dog owners even from before I booked an appointment and got a quote to after the experience. I appreciate their transparency. My dog smells great and my groomer, Haley, took the time to brush him out thoroughly to remove all tangles. He is seriously so clean and tidied up, so I am impressed considering I have a difficult time brushing him at home and cutting his nails. His bottom was a mess previously and now it’s looking healthy and clean. I look forward to his next appointment with Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming.

This was my 1.5 year old long haired chihuahua Marlowe’s first time at Woof Gang and they did a great job! I was nervous because we primarily live in Chicago and I trust our normal groomer there plus Marlowe is on the timid side, but they were so sweet and put my worries at ease when dropping her off. We did a mini groom and a nail filing add on. Super affordable pricing! They also gave her a cute bandana 😃

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Dog Grooming ExperienceRating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars)Review:As regular patrons of this dog grooming business since moving to Tampa, We've always trusted them with my pet's grooming needs. However, my recent experience has left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated. My wife normally addresses these types of issues, however, I thought it necessary to get involved.My golden doodle, whom I've meticulously cared for and groomed for years, was completely shaved down without any consultation or consent from me. Despite providing detailed instructions to the new groomer regarding how my dog should be groomed, she blatantly disregarded my wishes and proceeded to shave my dog without cause.When I confronted the groomer about this unacceptable action, she shamelessly tried to pass it off as a standard "teddy bear" cut, which was clearly not what I requested. Furthermore, her attempt to blame knots in my dog's fur was unfounded, as I diligently brush my pet every 2-3 days and ensure she remains knot-free.This lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for the owner's wishes is utterly disappointing. I trusted this establishment with my beloved pet, and they failed me miserably. I strongly advise other pet owners to reconsider using their services until they address these glaring issues and prioritize the well-being and preferences of their clients' pets.

Sir Teddy Bear had the best time at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming…he loved the staff, and he was really good for them.He looks handsome with his fresh trim and the Woof Gang team has the best customer service.

Before and after of my baby Pepe !!! Love him both ways but this is perfect for his summer activities and he looks and smells so handsome!! They brushed his teeth and plucked his ears, trimmed his nails and bathed and conditioned him!! The girls are so sweet and Emma was his groomer, she did an amazing job can’t wait to be back!!

Emma is simply amazing! My pup hates going to the salon - but the moment he sees Emma, he gets excited and happy. She works miracles with his hair (he’s an Aussie) and listens so attentively to our requests. Even when he’s mildly sedated, I know he’s not the easiest to work with. I so admire her patience with him. It’s also nice to know that he’s not sitting in a kennel all day - he’s usually done within 2 hours. The business itself is very communicative and accommodating. Thank you all so much!

Woof Gang New Tampa is the best place I could ever take my dog to! My boy is a huge 130lbs Labrador! He is strong and hates to have his nails trimmed , he cries and avoids pet shops at all costs! However, at Woof Gang, with Renata and Catarina talking to him, giving him treats and having the patience and care he needs, he is able to go inside and you can see that he feels safe and loved! ❣️ Do I need to say that he loves all the treats and toys from there too? 😊❣️And he always comes home smelling soooo good!!

First time using this salon and I am very happy with their services. They did great job, much better than Petsmart. Pricing is very fair. Staff is amazing and turn around time was impressive. Bonus is they have treats to spoil your pup with after their pampering session and a bunch of other goodies too. We found our new groomer 🤩

The HORRIBLE experience I had with Woof Gang is 1000% worth me being a Karen and taking it to Google reviews to vent it out. After being an extremely loyal customer for 2 years, I will NEVER be back after a newbie groomer not only made my schnauzer look like a hyena but also managed to ignore our instructions to just lightly trim his beard and ended up CUTTING THE WHOLE BEARD OFF. A beautiful long beard that was part of his identity and had been growing out for many years. That’s irreversible. The worst part?? He left with FLEAS. Fleas that took us like 3 months to get rid of after spending like $150 on flea treatments. The fact that they didn’t appreciate our longstanding business to show any sense of apology or remedy to solve the issue is shocking. Their nonchalant offer of a flea bath (not free mind you) made it worse honestly. I had to call multiple times before anybody was willing to help and provide advice on products to buy to get rid of the fleas. While I understand it’s always a risk with groomers, it has never happened to us in my 20 years of being a pet owner. It’s unfortunate because it was our go-to and a safe bet but after changing their staff and having back-back bad experiences, I won’t be back.

The best groomer in town!! My shetlands love to come, and treats are wonderful. Everyone is nice, they hear my concerns, and when I come back my dogs are so happy ... took me long time to find a place like this.

TLDR: Great service, amazing care and attention to detail. A wonderful option especially for high maintenance breeds.For reference, I have a pekingese - small, double coat, long haired, brachycephalic dog. Honestly the actual cut is the least of my concerns when going to the groomer, but Elena did a wonderful job caring for my dog while not making my dog look as goofy as they usually do with their short summer haircut. She filed my dogs nails so nice and short which I really appreciated, but the real kicker was the fact she was able to trim my dogs fur along the nasal fold! For years this hair has grown poking her in the eyes causing discomfort and exacerbating eye issues. After many eye infections the veterinary ophthalmologist recommended trimming the hair regularly but was not able to do it in the office. I never felt comfortable doing it myself so I've asked groomers and her regular vet for years to do it and they said they could try but were never able to due to her moving and not allowing it. My dog seems so much more comfortable after this grooming appointment than previous ones at a different location.

Terrible experience. Won’t be going back unless my usual groomer returns. I’ve been a regular customer for a few months now and my usual groomer was unavailable. Decided to try someone new. Discussed with the groomer exactly how I wanted my goldendoodle groomed. When I picked her up, I was shocked to see that she was practically shaved. She wasn’t matted either! Terrible!

Emma is a fantastic groomer to my mini apricot poodle! My Bourbon is so adorable and clean. He was in very good hands. Emma listened intently to my likes on grooming and she delivered. I love how the staff texted me to say he’ll be ready in 15 minutes! Great grooming experience!

The friendliest, most understanding and helpful place for pups and their parents. They have the cutest apparel and yummy treats. Their groomers are out of this world. I have a reactive and fearful 80lb Swiss shepherd and it has never been easier to get a nail trim. So patient and kind. 5 stars well deserved

This store is Blue’s ( my petit Great Dane) favorite place. He spends half hour sniffing all the beautiful treats somehow with self control 🤔.The owner Renata is so kind and accommodating. She once brought food for Blue from their other store in WC and waited for me to pick up, even after the store was supposed to be closed .I am so glad to have them so close to my community .
