If there’s a zero star, I will give zero! We bring our corgi here for grooming and hair cut. The picture shows what they did to our baby, I don’t know why I need to pay for such a horrible haircut.

The most unfriendly staff I have experienced in the service industry! My dog’s grooming services has been cancelled, moved, handled unprofessionally for the last 3 times. And when I voiced my concerns, they were absolutely unapologetic and no issues in me walking away from their service due to my disappointment with them.

This PetSmart is usually pretty clean. I took my dog for a nail clipping and they took care of him right away, and I didn’t have to wait very long. The groomer was very clear about what she was going to do and explained the steps for payment, which is not true of some other locations. I would bring my dog again.

Was a wonderful boarding place for our Sassy! The associates took great care of our baby while we went away for a few days! They didn't even mind that we called daily to check on her progress and well being!

Didn't find what I needed, lots of clutter, not sure if they were renovating but the place was difficult to shop with all the obstacles around.
