They called me one hour before my dog’s grooming appointment to let me know that the won’t be doing his grooming . They said they were lighter staff & because my dog is a furrier breed that they’re bumping him out of his appointment for dogs that would be less hairy and easier work for them.The GM then got on the phone with a take it or leave it attitude. I can’t believe this kind of service is taking place here in south Tampa! If you have a fluffier dog don’t book here. They will mess up your whole schedule because they pick and choose which dogs to groom or not.

Nobody can take care of my pups like Jackson. Plain and simple.I found him at this location (having moved from Largo store) and drove the 40 minutes to get my Layla taken care of by the one person i trust implicitly to take care of her properly :)

We came here to get two dogs started at the vet and groomers. The vets struggled with one of our boys who gets a bit anxious in these situations and they told us to give him a calming treat next time we bring him in. So we did that when we brought him in for his grooming appointment and then they turned us away because we gave him a calming treat. Personally I was first shocked that the vets didn’t provide us with something for the next timeto calm him. Then after following the instructions of giving him a calming treat we’re told that that’s too risky and they won’t groom him.Also the vets sent us away without setting up any flea medications for them.

We've got a golden doodle, so she needs to be groomed 2-3 times/year.We have gone to Petco about half of the time (depends on where we happen to be at the same). The Westshore Petco did a great job grooming her. They kept her hair a decent length so that she didn't look 'skinned'. The staff is always friendly. We really like this location and certainly recommend them.

Kayla gave June the best haircut that she has had so far! She looks adorable and Kayla followed the instructions I gave her on leaving the tail so that it can grow out to be a floof ball. I'm so happy with how cute my baby girl looks because I prefer a teddy bear like face on my mini poodle but with a low cut all around.

After the humane society tampa cancelled my appointment on Saturday 04/24 for the second time, I called Petco Grooming up to see if they could fit me in for Saturday, no problem! I explained the cut that I liked on my Poodle and Jennifer did a beautiful job, just prefect! I will recommend Petco Grooming to all my friends. Thanks Jennifer and Petco

The best length of nails he's ever gotten,(ever)!! I forgot to ask for a nail buff, but easily did at home. Also, we are traveling from MN and am able to go to any Petco and you have all my records. Super easy!

Dog looks wonderful. I was not able to take my dog so my dad dropped her off. I gave him a paper with instructions. Everything was done as per the note. She has allergies and she they did not use a lot of spray. She looks like a princess!

Sway is always so greatly taken care of by Jennifer. She listens to what our needs are for Sway and delivers them excellently. He is such a happy boy after his grooming experiences and I feel so comfortable knowing that he is taken good care of there.
