Our bernedoodle loves going here because the staff are incredibly loving, kind, friendly (to dogs and humans alike), and are great at what they do. As helicopter dog owners, we are comfortable dropping her off for all of her grooming needs because we know she’s properly being taken care of, showered with love, her cuts always turn out great, and she smells amazing! We wouldn’t take her anywhere else. As a bonus, their products are also priced well. Thanks, Pawtolody for always taking great care of Maya!

I've been coming here since they opened and I can't say enough great things about Pawtology. They have a genuine love for animals and really treat my dogs like family. One of my dogs is a senior and is a little spicy when getting her nails trimmed. They are so calm and patient with her! They go slow and give her treats and she just relaxes.The shop is hands down the best place to find unique, fun, dog toys and leashes. All of their treats and food are very high quality and I know I can trust the brand if I find it in their store.Thank you for keeping our pups happy, Pawtology!

I have gone to Pawtology numerous times.Recently, I was very disappointed in the services provided by Pawtology as they were clearly overbooked and seemed to rush through my dog’s haircut hacking her beautiful eyelashes off.I specifically made a request to the owner for, “my pet’s eyelashes to not be groomed.” This has never been a problem before, and they agreed they would not be touched as that’s the grooming standard. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was shocked when I realized they in fact cut her eyelashes off, which took the entirety of her life to grow.I brought this to the owner’s attention and they explained that, “your dog moves a lot when being groomed and due to that there was an accidental trimming of her lashes completely.” It was my pet’s fault…I have never had this issue with communication and a business owner understanding the customer’s wants. I was appalled with how my dog was blamed, and simply wanted an apology. Instead I was charged the full price $120 + $10 matting fee and sent on my way.

I have been taking my baby girl, Heidi, to Pawtology grooming for a few years now. They are simply the best. She comes from them absolutely adorable and she loves everyone in there. Pawtology team knows all their dogs and their parents. Them being so personal makes it a great experience. I can’t say enough good things about them. We highly recommend them.

LOVE THEM. I've taken my cats here for nail trims before, but when a stray suddenly came into our lives and needed some TLC, the Pawtology team came through. I almost cried when they brought out our handsome boy -- even though he was a spicy chicken nugget during the nail trims. LOL He looks (and feels) like a new pup!

We have had the most wonderful experience at Pawtology during our 12 months living in Tampa. The manager and staff are all awesome and nothing was ever difficult or an issue. They come highly recommended and sadly we have moved to Texas so still looking for that perfect groomer. Cheers to Pawtology!

I came here immediately after adopting a dog from the humane society down the street. His fur was matted with fleas and in terrible condition. I called Pawtology and they told me to bring him in right away so they could fix him up. They worked their magic on him, and he walked out looking like a completely new dog! This place is full of the most compassionate and caring staff I’ve ever met. The owner was so sweet and made sure to offer her support and reminded me that they’re here for anything I need. I’m so grateful I found this place :)

The best of the best!! This is the only grooming salon I trust bringing my cavalier to. All of the staff here is so kind and loving towards each animal that comes in, especially the Owner AJ who treats each animal as if they were her baby. Every time my dog comes in she is treated like a princess and leaves looking beautiful and extremely happy. We love it here!!! This is without a doubt the best grooming salon you’ll find.

THIS establishment should advertise that it’s PRIMARILY for dogs and not cats. The person who handles cats is rarely there. They come in only on Wednesdays and Thursdays and rarely has availability. Ive called numerous times throughout the past month and every single time, the cat groomer is either not there or unavailable. Having ONLY one person that can accept cats when theres multiple dog groomers is irritating. Also, it’s DEFINITELY NOT cat friendly AT All when considering toys, products, groomers, noise, everything. If you have a cat, dont go here!

Highly recommend this place for grooming! After my dog had a botched haircut from another groomer, I spoke with the owner here and voiced my concerns. She reassured me that my dog would be in good hands and that she would do her best to fix his haircut and make him feel welcomed and comfortable here… When I picked up my boy, he was happy as can be! He didn’t look overly stressed out and I could genuinely tell how happy he was, not only with the haircut but with the owner as well. And before we left she made sure to give him a big kiss on the forehead, which definitely shows how much they care about all the dogs that come in here. I’m so happy I found this grooming salon for my boy, and I will definitely be coming back for his next groom.

Ozzie came home looking so cute and clean and ready for Xmas after his visit to Pawtology. The owner is always attentive to our special needs and she remembers us every time we walk through the door. The service is impeccable and the pet store is great too! Get some cookies or some yack milk! We also finally found Ozzie his Lightning jersey that had been out of stock everywhere. 5/5 ⭐️

They were incredibly nice and patient with my shy Aussie. We got a mini groom, and they made him look like a handsome boy again:) 100% recommend. My dog hates the groomers normally… howeverI picked him up and he was relaxed, happy, and not nervous in the slightest. Thanks AJ and team. Red and I will be back

Even though we moved to Riverview, it’s always worth the trip for a groom. My dog gets excited every time we arrive. No matter who does the grooming, he always comes out looking like a puppy (and he’s 11 years old!). Excellent service!

Today was my puppy Enna’s first time getting groomed with me since her breeder! I was of course I worried mom! I can’t say enough how amazing they are here!!! Not only does Enna look incredible but they really love the babies that go in. They made Enna feel so comfortable and welcome. I will ALWAYS be coming here for her groomings and shopping!

I Took Gizmo to Pawtology grooming on Harbour Island yesterdayHe was very nervous meeting them for the first time but by the end of it all she gained two new friends. 😍 Very happy to be so close in Channelside Tampa and even happier to have such nice people taking care of my fur baby the way they did!Highly recommend them and we'll be back soon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I have a dog who’s absolutely terrified to be groomed. But let me tell you, when I picked my dog up he was bouncing all over the place with joy. Never have I ever felt so relieved. I was promised by the staff he would be in good hands and they fulfilled that promise. He was in the best hands. The groom looked AMAZING and I was charged a fair price for the service my sweet boy got. Highly recommend this place!! We’ll be back soon!

Just moved to Tampa and brought my doodle in for a much needed cut. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the market and welcoming staff. The groomer did a great job and my little guy was actually happy when I picked him up. He's usually is a little shaken after a cut but not here. Pickup and drop off parking is very easy too. Highly recommend Pawtology.
