What a wonderful experience I had with the groomers at Paws n’ Rec (on Pearl). My pup Dexter is more than a handful, but Claudia and her team handled him with tremendous expertise, patience, understanding and care. Making an appointment was really easy (despite the fact that I had to get Dex’s vaccines updated). Claudia even called me ahead of time to talk about Dexter’s challenges and was incredibly reassuring and welcoming. She was also super fast without cutting any corners (pun intended), which is a first for Dexter who usually requires extra time because he’s … well … extra. 😜 And I am really happy with his cut. I’m so grateful to have found Claudia and will absolutely be bringing Dexter back.Also, from what I saw (admittedly just the reception area) the facility was very clean and somehow smelled good - not at all like any other groomer I’ve been to. Not only that, but every dog I saw come in for day-care seemed really happy and excited to be there.I wholly recommend this facility based on my first experience and can’t say enough postive things about Claudia.

Koko had the best time!! They were so patient with him (my dog gets SUPER nervous) and he felt so calm with them. With this being his first grooming experience I was super nervous but from the moment I walked in they immediately made us feel so comfortable. I will absolutely be back, and will maybe look into doggy daycare next time! I would recommend them to everyone!

Simply amazing!We had a great experience and exceptional seri! We will definitely be back. We can say that Courtney is officially now our dog’s groomer. She is the sweetest! And Bruno never looked so handsome! He is a little on the anxious side but felt very comfortable and was super happy when my husband picked him up. Thanks Courtney and Stacey for working us in for an appointment 💗🐶

Paws n’ Rec is the absolutely best! Entire staff is immensely friendly from the moment you walk in the door and notably clean. I only use the grooming services and have a mini Goldendoodle. “Claudia” is just amazing and I won’t take my little guy anywhere else. Give her your vision of your doodle cut and she executes!!!! She truly grasps the concept of “DON’T Poodle my Doodle!” Love her!!!!!!! She even does a funny little photo session upon completion. It’s adorable and hilarious and adds that much more to the experience.-Chris

I took my dog for a trial day to see if he would like daycare at Paws n Rec, and after his first day it is easy to say that we will definitely be back. The front desk staff was so friendly and excited to have him join for the day and by the time I picked him up the entire staff knew his name and loved having him. I am so excited to enroll him in their daycare moving forward.

Wonderful place and staff! My dog gets beyond excited when we walk in and he gets to go to the back with all his friends.Also love all the fun pictures they upload on instagram which are always a joy to see during the work day

Best daycare I could send my girl too. Quinn was very shy and timid starting off and since going here , she has become a social butterfly. She loves the staff members and all her time spent at daycare. She is so excited every morning to go and see her pup friends & human friends. I love this place and Quinn loves her days spent with her friends while her mom is busy at work. 10/10 recommend

PNR is truly the best!! It is clear that everyone on the team adores the dogs that walk through the door and take the best care of them throughout the day. I have never seen my dog get so excited then when he knows he is heading to daycare for the day and he is exhausted for 2 straight days after. It has changed his energy level/discipline for the best and we are so grateful!

Claudia did a great job! My big doodle pup had his first mini groom, and I’m so happy with his look! Great staff, fair pricing, done in under 2 hrs, and they also have pet safety exits- which is so important. Overall terrific experience as a first timer. Highly recommend!

Paws N’ Rec is the best place I have ever taken my dog. They do a phenomenal job of making sure he gets plenty of play time and attention. I also really appreciate the updates through report cards and phone calls. I highly recommend taking your dog here.

It was Takoda's first time being away from me ever. She went to Paws N Rec today for her evaluation in order to be boarded. She was there most of the day and it went well. I know they are patient people because I know my dog. They introduced her to the other dogs slowly and evidently matched her to the right group of dogs for play. Super happy that she was happy....and she was exhausted when she got home. A tired pup is a good pup 😁 Thanks for being so kind to my big girl and welcoming her. We will see you again soon.

We love Paws ‘n’ Rec- Pearl. The staff is the BEST! Our dogs are always happy and well taken care of. The facility is well maintained. We never have to worry about our dogs when they are there. We couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The grooming staff is also amazing!

I don't know that I can say enough good things!! I'm from out of town and needed a one night stay for my pup. They were so incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about his breed. It was beautiful to be surrounded by people who weren't scared of how vocal my doggo can be! I took my pup in for a consultation and he had so much fun, he was dragging me to the door the next day! I really wish we had one of these where I live because it's a great investment for sure!

Paws N Rec is an incredible place! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they’re in their dream jobs. They love interacting with our pup, Zoe, and giving her tons of love and cuddles. Zoe gets to play outside, swim, bathe, and sometimes even gets her hair cut. It’s her favorite place on earth with all her furry friends. We couldn’t rate this place more highly!

Our dog Suzy absolutely loves going to Paw n Rec Pearl. I am so happy we found Paws n Rec because they are a one-of-a-kind. The staff is absolutely wonderful and take such good care of Suzy. When she was recently being boarded, she needed to go to the Vet. They went out of their way to not only take amazing care of her but took her to her regular vet and had amazing communication with us. I highly recommend PNR.

Best and only place we will leave our dog. She has stayed as a hotel guest there 3 times over the past 2 years. We never worry about her while we are away. They give her so much love, cuddles and playtime everyday. We love story time photos!!!!
