Disgusting, full of neglected birds. Many birds in this store were in cages far too small, they had several adult chickens crammed into each small dog crate filling up an entire closet. Bottoms of cage were caked with long term built up feces and urine. Many sick birds and birds with feather issues. Do not support this business

Came by to look at some of the animals and noticed very quickly that none of the animals had much, if any water. Too many animals crammed into the same cages. They didnt look like they were cleaned in a while or taken care of well. 0 star

Walked in and saw “cages” upon “cages” that were overcrowded with every kind of bird imaginable. All water bottles were bone dry, not a drop of water in sight. Fully developed roosters were stuffed into cages together in groups of 3 to 5. Bird feces caked the grates at the bottom of the cheap cages to the point that it spilled out onto the floors. This place is hell for any poor bird unlucky enough to fall into the hands of this disgusting excuse for a shop owner. Shut it down.

As a Hispanic I think Hispanic owned bird stores always have sick birds I recommend going to a better bird store with better views I purchased a bird here like a year ago and it was sick and died a few days later I did see some dead birds that were slowly decaying in the cages ⚠️ at this point don’t even sell birds that you can’t even take care of them they usually die from dirty living conditions that’s how they developed DiseasesI bet you would say “ oh no my birds are well taking care of so have a nice day” 😐

We bought a cockatiel couple weeks ago for my daughter's birthday, the guy that help us was very nice, patience and help my daughter choose her bird. My daughter love her cockatiel and he is very healthy. We have a great experience with J&M Petshop! Thank you!!

We purchased a bird one week ago from this place. Three days later, it had a seizure if some kind. It survived the 1st one, but three days later. It had another one and died. We brought it back after our phone calls were ignored, and he 1st tried to say that we didn't buy it from him, and after we provided the information to confirm that we did in fact purchase it three, then he changed his story and tried to say that we didn't feed it properly. I have raised several birds from egg stages. This bird was fed properly. And ate very well in between seizures. We paid 500 dollars for one week with a sick bird and this guy wouldn't even work with us on refund, or replacement. I will not recommend that anyone buy a bird here..

The owner is very nice the birds are very healthy. Like me last gentleman said it could be a tiny bit cleaner but it is very difficult to do that when you have so many great things to offer your customers. I have already told 15 people about the quality of birds that are available the knowledge of the owner what ain't nice caring animal person he was which to me is so much more important then someone being overpriced not taking care of their animals but their floors clean if you understand where I'm going. It is worth it I came from New Port Richey down there and I was not disappointed. Beautiful healthy Birds nice owner. You will not be disappointed at all

The owner is very nice and knowledgeable of his birds. Prices are great. I purchased a cockatoo at a great price and he’s a very healthy bird! I would recommend anyone to shop at this store!

not a bad little bird shop but it's a little dirty and the food I bought was infested with bugs! the people were nice but they need to clean the place for it to be a respectful business. bird prices were decent that's the only reason I gave it 3 stars

I gave it 3 stars because I had to give them something to post.We went there today at about noon, and it appears to be permanently closed. There were a lot of moving boxes outside, the doors were locked, and no one answered when we knocked.
