Service is ok. Awesome variety of birds, but a little messy and obviously loud. Many small birds are kept in one cage, so it looks somewhat crowded. They have leghorn baby chicks, which I bought two of and they are doing pretty well (had them for 2 weeks). They also have newborn bunnies, which are SO CUTE (cost $20). They have a whole lot of chickens in the front (along with ducks, pigeons, and silkies). I'd say it's good, so far.

Went to the store first bad part is there's sometimes barely any parking also when you walk in they keep chickens in the front so the store stinks also when you go into the store looking for exotic birds all of their birds are kept in small cages even the big ones like macaws are kept in little cages with little to no room to play or be active. some their birds look like their sick I feel like they treat their exotic birds like their chickens in very small barely any room cages. The old lady that works their is nice but all the other people who work their are no help and rude, would not recommend this place at all if you're trying to buy an exotic bird. I hope someone from the state that oversees conditions for animals specifially exotic birds to do something about it. Overall if your looking for an exotic bird I recommend checking out BirdStore which is only about a 6 minute drive down the road from this store. The owner who runs that store cares deeply for his birds and lets them out to interact with other birds I recommend checking their store out if your in the area. My advice to this store is they need better care and management for their exotic birds and also need to work on their customer service which is lacking.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! i went 5 days ago and bought 2 bunnies and they BOTH DIED. after i purchased them i was given one which is perfectly fine and was very active but when i purchased those two bunnies they were not active AT ALL! the owners keep them in small cages they’re all stacked up on each other due to space! in the hot weather, i don’t recommend buying any animals from this place!

Best prices in the bay area, with a friendly staff. Considerably better selection of birds than big box pet shops - finches and canaries to larger hookbills. We've purchased several parakeets and a beautiful pied cockatiel. All were healthy and well adjusted. A good selection of bird pharmaceuticals/vitamins, nesting supplies, bulk feeds and millet. We drive from south Pinellas County - well worth the trip.Editing to add that the shop isn't as clean and well cared for as it used to be. Seems like too many birds to be caged humanely and the number of animals is overwhelming the staff. Changing the rating based on those parameters.

The lady was very helpful showing how to feed the baby birds, friendly and the price were great, one of the rare place where the owner actually work and care for her own business. I ended up buying cage and food from her, I could have get a better price if I had negotiated but I was happy to give her the business instead of Walmart.

Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable employees, great prices and all birds are hand fed, raised there and healthy. They aren't limited to birds, on my several trips there I have seen fish, hamsters, chickens (chicks), bunnies,and turtles. The store has EVERYTHING a small pet owner needs.

Got my baby Ringneck from here along with his baby food and adult food plus snacks , I also got the cage here . The prices are the best I have ever seen , great deals and taught me how to hand feed, super nice people. Definitely recommend.

We purchased a baby bird from them, and it died two days later. We went back deciding to give them another chance, and bought another. It, too, died. We went through their reviews to find that it's a common theme with them. They seem to be selling sick birds, and I think they know this is happening. In their shop, they have a sign telling you that you are not allowed to take photos or film. Honestly, some kind of inspector should pay a visit to them to check the conditions of these animals.

Great prices. Been to other places and there prices are double. This place has many birds to choose from and the birds are well kept and taken care of. I recommend coming here before any other bird store.

Didn't get greeted by the 3 co-workers. I assume it's because they don't speak very much English. They have quite a few birds, but there were a lot confined in small cages. Birds were panicky. They should not have been caged in large groups. I felt sorry for the birds. We left being there only for a few minutes.

Yes they do have alot of varieties but crowded and poor customers service , phone number don't work and when you call who ever answer can only tells you what they have but no idea what kind or what type of bird or chicken!constructive Advice is good please need more attention.

I love this place. It's always clean and they accept debit and credit cards. They even set aside whatever birds you need and take a payment over the phone. Whenever I can't go down to the farm they are the first place I go to.

Had a few parrot selections (macaws, rosellas, one eclectus) and a lot of finches, canaries, parakeets, lovebirds and and a few cockatiels. The cockatiels were far too young to be sold, but we’re still for sale. Very small enclosures for that amount of birds, so many of them were panicky. Had a small selection of chickens and quails outside. Very little caging, perching, and toys.

The place to go for pet birds at a very reasonable cost. Language barrier exists,American English is a second language making it a bit difficult to communicate. Be patient and work through the lack of American English being spoken and there are many good deals to be had.

The cages were overcrowded, MANY of the birds were showing signs of having mites, birds were skittish and not very friendly. Didn’t get greeted by any of the workers there.
