Our dog, Bluebell, has been going to Bay Paws for about 10 months now. We have been to quite a few daycares over the years and this is the only one she really gets excited to go to. She LOVES the pool. I love that there is a lot of room for the dogs to run around in. We have been to a few where there are so many dogs it’s hard for them to actually run and play and that’s not the case here. The front of house staff is always welcoming and treat Blue with love and kindness!

Wish this doggie daycare was in my hometown. They have nothing this nice. Swimming pool, fun in the sun, and large suites so my pups could hang together when they were having nap time.I love that they sent me photos and a video because I was pretty nervous given that they had never been here. I love the report card too, you can tell a little about your pups personality when playing with others. 5 star daycare , and we will definitely bring them back for day care whenever we visit which is frequent .

Poppy went here for a behavior assessment to see if she would do well at the daycare facility. She passed with flying colors and made friends. The staff texted me pictures and even sent her home wth a report card. Poppy swam, ran like crazy and climbed on all the fun equipment they have.

Chicharrón's been going to Bay Paws for a few months and it's been awesome. Chose it based on the reviews and they're spot on. Every day, Chicharrón’s excitement to get to Bay Paws says it all – it’s like Disney World for him.Dropping him off knowing he's gonna have a blast and be well looked after? Priceless. The location in Ybor and their drop-off/pickup process makes it a breeze too.Big thanks to Bay Paws for making our daily lives easier and for giving Chicharrón the best time every day. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, cared for, and have a blast, Bay Paws is the spot. He and I highly recommend.

I love Bay Paws especially the Manager for the great care and love they extend to my sweet boy Kismet!! I know my little boy is a handful but I can rest assured that he is being taken care of immensely well when I'm out of town or the country for dragon boat racing!

"I can't recommend BayPaws-Ybor enough! From the moment I walked in, I knew my Winston would be in good hands. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, and they genuinely love what they do. My dog always comes home happy and tired from a day of play, which is exactly what I want. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the dogs to run and play. I feel confident leaving my dog here knowing they're not only safe but having a blast. Thank you!

Best place to take your dog to for daycare. He comes home every time exhausted and the staff is the best. He is also super excited every time I do take him. I have not tried boarding here but they are always busy with boarding dogs as well. Highly recommend especially if your dog loves to swim!

I really want to give 5 stars as I do intend on giving baypaws ybor another chance to redeem themselves. My dog had fun at daycare, I had no issue with anything relating to my dog. However, I have a lot of issues with what I had to go through to get my first daycare visit.To start, when I submitted a request for my dogs first daycare session, I received a text message saying he failed the temperament test. You can imagine my confusion and fury receiving this message, because how can someone know how my dog acts if they don’t even know what he looks like? Well, I called, and staff tried reading a written script on why a dog fails a temperament test. Eventually, she understood that my dog never took the temperament test to begin with so the system made a mistake. We then scheduled for my dog to come in for a temperament test the next morning.This brings me to my experience at check in. Don’t get me wrong, the staff members are very nice. But the man at the desk tried to tell me that he did not have the staff available to complete a daycare temperament test but that I could do an enrichment daycare. Some might not think this is a big deal, but it was enough to pull my last straw. I was officially angry at this point, and I think it was noticeable. I said “okay, then why was I told yesterday that this could be done today? This is not a one on one kind of dog. He likes to play with other dogs. Thats why I am here!” Then I was told right away they could make it happen. Which is great, I love seeing results, but if it was suddenly possible in that moment, why was it not possible 60 seconds ago?Also a slight issue with communication, which I also saw in other reviews. In my case, on my phone call (friday), I was told that for my daycare the following day (saturday) ran until 7pm. In person, I was told 5pm. Luckily this was no issue for me, but misinformation on top of all the other emotional distress about a doggy daycare of all things, is kind of ridiculous.On the bright side, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the first day is always free. My dog absolutely loved playing with the other dogs in the pool, he seems to have had a great day, which is why I will be sending him back to baypaws for more daycare. Bay Paws did a great job taking care of my two dogs while we were away for a few days. This was the first time we had boarded our dogs while we were away and were very impressed with the level of care they received. Our dogs stayed in a suite together that included a camera so we were able to check in on them while they were there. They had the option of placing the dogs in daycare during the day to play which was a great perk. Planning on using Bay Paws Ybor for future dog care needs.

We had 3 days of daycare and boarding for our Mastiff and he loved it. He got to play with the big dogs in a monitored safe environment. His private kennel at night was plush and we could see him on the camera. We were so pleased that we bought a package of 20 days. We’ll be back soon.We bought 10 play days and he loves them. Today he ran and romped with his friends and they had an Easter egg hunt. He came home tired and happy. We love bay paws.

Everyone at Bay Paws Ybor City was very courteous and friendly. I was able to easily register my puppy and enroll her into the doggy daycare program within minutes. They were able to care for my pup the same day, helping me get things done during my visit to the area.

Today was my first grooming appointment and I’m a very happy customer!! Jodi gave my Maltese-mix the best cut she’s had since I adopted her (4 yrs ago). Jodi did exactly what I asked for and the price for her grooming service was fantastic! My pretty girl looks adorable and I will definitely be a repeat customers!

I went on a 5 day cruise and couldn’t feel more at ease knowing that my furbaby was in good hands. The best part was that I had 24 hour camera access to his luxury suite so I could check in on him at any time. Highly recommend from a dog mom who is extremely picky as to who she leaves her pup with! 😊 THANK YOU BAY PAWS!

Booked our cat in to Bay Paws for a two week stay. Staff was always very friendly and accommodating at all times. Cat was well taken care of. Water was fresh and food was available for him. Will use this facility again for when boarding is needed!!P.S. a cat of the month board is needed!Cats like recognition too! LOL!!

okay so I am super protective over my pup, Charlie - as I am sure you are if you're reading these reviews. Bay Paws was amazing! I was a little hesitant, definitely did my research, filtered the reviews Lowest then Newest - bottom line, they did not disappoint. I left Charlie with them for over 4 hours for an evaluation. Charlie does not usually do well with dogs too close/annoying her, which I made them aware of. The employees assured me that the outdoor yard was big enough that she could get her space if she needed. They sent me pics and updated me after two hours. When I picked Charlie up, she was GLOWING. She looked SO HAPPY and so comfortable that I was so so so appreciative. See happy dog pic attached sent by employee! I toured the boarding area as she as an upcoming boarding appt and I could not be more pleased. I would 100% give them a chance and check them out!!! They won't disappoint!

We picked up our dog, Benny after leaving him at Bay Paws for Thanksgiving break. He was severely neglected and left in his own urine/feces. He has a horrendous smell as he was allowed to lay in a dirty cage which dried on his previously white fur. My kids are so upset that someone would treat their dog this way. I spoke to Bay Paws management, Tre, he told me sorry we left him that way. When we brought him home after taking him immediately to the groomer he was behaving in a sad/depressed manner. He kept laying in fetal position and picking his head up staring at us with the saddest eyes. I’m not sure what else they did to him, but if dogs could talk I know my poor dog would have a lot to say. Sorry is not good enough when you charge $492 for 8 days care should be impeccable!!. Stay far away from this place!!

We’re from Canada and we found this place to have someone to watch our Ella as she couldn’t come where we were going. What a find, they’re all so nice and polite and our pup was looked after so well, we felt very comfortable leaving her where we normally are very nervous about leaving her anywhere. Called and spoke with the manager Wendy about a concern I had. She was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't want to listen to me she just hung up. when I called back to see if I could speak with the owner she would just pick up the phone and just hang it up.Your manager must not have great value the way she was acting on the phone and hangs up on someone. I wasn't rude I was asking legit questions. And she couldn't answer them respectful or at all. When you want to steal money for your employees after letting them go anyone will have a issue with that. I thank good my daughter is no longer with this company. I have a professional career, and I would never have any of my employees that speak to any one or act like Wendy did no matter the situation.

I had the opportunity to utilize this agency after a quick search of boarding facilities. I was happy to see how easy it was to build an account on line. Within a few days I was able to drop off my cat Bella for a stay. The facility was very clean and the staff was very helpful with all of my questions. I returned a few days later to pick up Bella, who was extremely happy to see me. I can truly say that I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a 5-Star Boarding Facility. Will definitely be looking forward to using them again.

We board our dog Zoey with them and she loves it. She has a good time playing with the other dogs. They are always happy to let me know how she is when I call to check up on her. We have boarded up to a week with them and it is nice to go out of town and not worry about her. They have great supervision during group play time with the other dogs and we have never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! My pooch… all 130 lbs seemed very much “at home”, in spite of his anxiety… he seemed super relaxed and well behaved when I picked him up. Unlike other places where I didn’t know who to expect. Will be coming back! #MosesApproved

Our 1 year old Petunia is such a high energy breed that we knew we had to have her in daycare to save (the remaining) furniture. Petunia loves all the staff at Bay Paws and has the fastest happy tail when she gets in the front door. Bay Paws staff go above and beyond to make your furbaby happy and have a blast while there. They are very responsive to emails or texts also. I would 10/10 recommend any parent to stop in and schedule time to visit their amazing facility. Petunia always comes home completely exhausted from playing with her friends all day. Oh! They have pools for your water baby too!!

I choose to board my golden retriever, Bohdi, here because he has several friends that come here who love it. I stopped by for a tour and knew this was the place for him. They have the best amenities available at an affordable price - the rooms are pristinely clean, they have a ton of outdoor space along with two big pools AND they have someone on site at night to make sure their overnight guests are looked after and have everything they need. They took amazing care of my boy and sent me pictures while i was away and I could tell he was having the best time. This will always be my go to place for boarding and daycare whenever I need it.

koKo and Tucker love this doggie daycare. They fall asleep on the ride home with a smile. KoKo started going there 2 years ago and Tucker started shortly after. The staff is friendly and they know how your pup did that day. I trust them completely. The doggy areas are kept spotless.
