Went in to make a purchase and needed some help and information. As I was looking at my item a store manager, Sisco, stopped and asked if I needed any help. I did and he took the time to help me and was wonderful. He was very kind and gave me information I needed. He never rushed me and let me take my time and ask as many questions as I needed.Another young man also assisted me helping me take my purchase to the register and to my car. I failed to get his name but he too was very kind and helpful!Wanted to share because sadly good customer service is rare these days.

Tried to exchange my full /defective Rhino Propane tank and exchange for one that would dispense gas. Purchased at Lowes but did not have my receipt. Lost it or misplaced. RYAN the store manager would not honor this and so I had to incur another 21.00 exchange fee. Absolutely, ludicrous he mentioned that it was posted as such. So regardless if the valve is defective YOU WILL PAY TWICE without your receipt. Buyers beware. After purchasing thousands from this store they will not be seeing my money any longer. So sad. Now I know why Home Depot has better GAS now!!!! and better service.

Today, I went to Lowe's to get a piece of glass cut for an antique bookcase. I was returning one that was cut inaccurately. I was told by customer service to go to the glass-cutting area, and someone would assist me. It took 3 intercom calls and over 20 minutes for someone to come to the aisle. Finally,the Assistant Store Manager, Dan Miller, came by and stated he was trying to get someone who knew how to use the glass cutter. While calling for someone over the radio, he began to try and cut the glass himself. He stated he had only cut glass once or twice in the past and it was a long time ago. He was persistent, methodical, and careful as he began to recall the process. He apologized to me multiple times and stated I should not have had to wait so long. I thanked him for his concern. Dan figured it out before the staff member he was calling arrived. He again thanked me for my patience and gave me the glass to return to customer service for the exchange. To my surprise, Dan Miller showed up at customer service and assisted the cashier with my exchange. He "comped" the piece of glass and thanked me again for my patience and business. While I may not have enjoyed being in the store for 40 minutes for one piece of glass, Dan Miller's customer service was something I have not experienced in a very long time. Mr. Miller, I will be happy to continue to provide my business to Lowe's in Stuart because of YOU! Thank you again!!!

I came to Lowe’s to buy plexiglass to cover a drive through menu box for a fast food restaurant. I was greeted at the entrance which is always a plus but I had an amazing customer service experience by a gentlemen whose name was Gene. I gave him the measurements of the cuts that I needed and he took his time to make sure it was correct. He also help breaking off unwanted pieces of the plexiglass. Gene made it a great experience shopping at Lowe’s.

Used to work here and still love to shop here. Associates are always helpful and polite. I love the new online ordering get in get out. Not crazy about all the self checkouts now but hey that's the way things are going.

Loved the inventory. The only issue I had was at checkout...the sale price was NOT recorded in the system. I, personally, had to GO TO THE BACK OF THE STORE TO THE DISPLAY and TAKE A PHOTO of the item on SALE that I was buying to PROVE THE REDUCED/SALE PRICE. That was a bit disconcerting to me. It would have been much more appropriate for the manager or the department service person to make the "trip" back to the area where my item was from the checkout area to validate the sale price that I said when I was checking out...rather than "ME" having to go to the back of the store, snap the photo and return to the front of the store to PROVE I was RIGHT in the first place! (BTW: I I use a cane to assist walking.) WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???

I bought impact windows and installation at this Lowe's they use Farrow construction to install the windows. Farrow Started the installation on my windows on December 4th 2023 it is now January 13th 2024 and they are still not done!!! I have called the project coordinator 6 times last time I demanded to speak to a manager. The manager Patrick on Jan.09,2024 apologized and promised to take care of everything and was going to call me back on Jan. 12th 2024 to make sure that Farrow Construction was ready to complete the job. You guessed it Jan. 12th came and went without a call from Patrick or Farrow. WHAT A Disgrace!!! Well the owner replied to my post and gave me a phone number to correct my problem, it just got me back to the same people I have been dealing with. Anyway they are making me contact their inspection coordinator to schedule another inspection for the work that has been inspected and nothing else has been done. they are telling me that the inspection that I have is just an in progress inspection and Farrow construction will not finish the job until I have a final inspection, kind of like pass it before you see what is in it. Well anyway now I have to continue to try to coordinate the job that Lowe's was supposed to coordinate with, I think they should be paying me instead of me paying them thousands of dollars. Well after trying a few times Lowe's inspection coordinator got back to me and scheduled the final inspection. Guess what it failed because no other work was done since the last time he was here. Just what I have been telling them for a month and a half, Common sense what happened to the customer is always right! Well the job still is not finished, but I am hoping it will be this year.

Prices are never updated , and the workers act like that’s all your problem, have had very rude cashiers , when you have to go get the money refunded they are clueless at CS desk never a smile.Guys in the isle may ask if ya need help but when they don’t understand they get an attitude , one even said I don’t know what he’s doing when he came to me I didn’t ask him.

Great attention to customers! Ashley and Michael were AMAZING in their assistance in helping me get flooring down from the top shelf with a lift. I was even MORE impressed, though.. EVERY Lowe’s employee that passed by me while I waited asked if I needed assistance. I was BLOWN AWAY with the ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am a die-hard Home Depot customer, but I am truly IMPRESSED by the personnel working at this Lowe’s. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I went there yesterday with my walker, which was squeaking. My knee kept giving out and I had to repeatedly stop and slump over my walker.Couldn't find what I needed so I waited in line behind several other shoppers who had questions.Every employee walked past me for about 12 minutes until one incredible Lowe's employee stopped to ask if she could WD-40 my walker (because management thought I was being an annoyance.)I wish I had asked her name, she gets a 5+++. She helped me to check out, got me an electric scooter and had someone escort me to my car.The rest of the staff, especially the management that saw me as an annoyance, just know I am forwarding this to corporate.

Ryan was great on helping get back stock down due to the plano not having Energizer DD batteries within it. Ryan understands customer service! Great selection of items. The app makes it easy to locate items in the store. Recycle your old rechargeable batteries at the bin by customer service.

Used to be our go to hardware store but no longer. My mother was just there using her walker. The walker was squeaking and obviously annoying people. She kept collapsing as her knee was giving out. Had to wait to ask directions from an employee, she was slumped over. She got her hardware and couldn't walk out. She kept stopping as her knee kept collapsing.An employee finally arrived with a can of WD-40 and realized my mother was in distress. The employee walked with her, got her a motorized cart, got her checked out and to her car.Shame on all the shoppers who walked by her as she was slumped over her walker trying to gather the strength to take another step.If it had not been for the wonderful employee who had been sent with a can of WD-40 who realized that my mother was actually in distress, not just being a noise nuisance, you would have had an EMS occurrence on your hands.Find that employee and thank her and reward her as best you can.As for the rest of you that were only concerned about the noise she was making, insert expletive here.

Customer service was good. Problem was merchandise! Someone placed a door latch ensemble back on the shelf after a customer opened it, stole the part they needed and returned it for refund. Plus the Chinese manufacturer's printed instructions were useless. Little more than drawings and captions! Two wasted trips. I told the Return Cashier not to replace that on the shelf. No one else deserves the aggravation.

I spend a lot of time and money at Lowes, mostly the garden center and 9 out 10 times it's a fine experience.... it's been awhile since I have been there, but my God I have never seen such an incompetent group of people, not one single person knew how to ring anything up or trouble shoot . After 25 min of trying to make my purchase, starting at the garden center cashier, to moving inside to the self check out, toan actual check out. ...I left my items and went home empty handed ... sad sign of the times.
