The worst pharmacy experiences ever.. medication not ready, no notification, waste of time and drive. Instead of sending to another pharmacy that has it in stock, they simply don’t call you and when the stop in say that they will fill when in stock. The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call 24-48 hours. Walgreens answers the phone.. I now pay out of pocket out of network to avoid CVS.

Definitely not a nice place .lacking costumer service and not well stoked place . Also they don’t have a matched price . I had to checked myself out … not a good feeling in the store at all .

I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacist is miserable and seems to not enjoy filling prescribed medications to patients; Although, that is her job description. Rather than explaining anything to me in a professional manor, she was extremely rude and unprofessional, then discontinued my prescription making it so I cannot get my medication (at any location) and now I have to go back to my doctor before getting my script filled again. If you care at all about your health and getting your prescriptions filled DO NOT send them to this location. I truly hope the pharmacist finds what is making her so unhappy and burnt out…must be exhausting to be so miserable :(

Absolute WORST pharmacist ever. Screws up medication at least every couple of months and then acts like it’s the patients fault. Her name is aolani and she is the absolute nastiest person I have encountered in a very long time

Sadly, I had a very negatively-mixed experience here today. I went in for a flu shot with my wife and found that the very heavy-set lady at the pharmacy was so unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. I was quietly filling out my forms and she asked “what’s your birth date again?” I replied with my birth date and she barked “I was speaking to HER -Doesn’t anybody LISTEN to me?!?!” -WHOA lady are you serious with that attitude right now? Who do you think you are? This is how you speak to customers? CVS, you should not employ people like this in a customer-facing job if they can’t find a way to treat customers with respect! I was at no point mean, rude, demeaning, or disrespectful to her at any point. I came fully prepared with everything needed, and yet she found the need to act like a rude piece of trash for no good reason. Even after she was rude to me, I ignored it because I have class and I was not about to embarrass my wife by making a scene, but I’m pissed off she is speaking to people this way. If I EVER heard one of my employees speaking to a customer this way, they would be fired ON THE SPOT. Jerry on the other hand you were great, and clearly a wonderful Pharmacist, but whoever that lady is should absolutely be fired and not be on your staff because she is unprofessional and treating customers poorly. Kick her to the curb.

DO NOT EVER DROP OFF A UPS PACKAGE HERE IT WILL NEVER LEAVE THE STORE!!! We dropped off a package here and it sat there for over 10 days. We had to go pick it back up and was told that they were "Sorry" and their UPS driver "flies in and never looks at the UPS pick-ups". Whatever the case may be, it's best to use an actual UPS store so my experience doesn't happen to you. This is a lesson learned on my end.....

The cashiers and manager are exceptionally friendly. I love going to this CVS just because everyone is so stinking nice. Thanks for all you guys & gals do! I'm sure you don't her THANK YOU near enough! You are appreciated!

Visited this location to complete a repair job and had a very unpleasant interaction with the store manager Jessica. For no reason at all, she maintained a very hateful attitude towards me throughout the day. She snapped on me multiple times and rolled her eyes as if I was a hassle to her. She also wouldn’t respond with words when I would explain something or interact with her but rather sit there and look at me blankly as to degrade me. Even though she treated me very poorly, I continued to show her respect and addressed her as ma’am but in the future I definitely will not return to this location as a customer.

For the past 20 years that I have been a customer of this store I am constantly impressed by the excellent, professional, and friendly staff who are always eager to help find things and/or answer questions. In my opinion this store is far above the other nearby CVS store in providing exceptional customer service with is a tribute to good management.

I came into the the store simply to buy a few things and was discusted by the general manager, Jessica. Her attitude was negative and screamed at a matinence man fixing the door who accidently set off the alarm. This is not the first time I've witnessed her in a negative attitude. I think ill be choosing another cvs from now on. Though she didn't have attitude towards me I don't enjoy shopping under bad energy

Jerry the pharmacist sucks, he called me to say that he had tried several times to get hold of Walgreens to get an important medication transferred and I needed to call them. I called Walgreens and they told me they were very busy but have CVS call them back and they would give them the information. I called CVS and Jerry refused to help me and told me he was to busy to help me. I asked for the store manager Keith to call me and he never did.

The Right Choice on St Pete Beach, Kind, Friendly very Professional. The pharmacist and his staff are wonderful even under pressure of a busy spring break or holiday period.My Family has always had good experiences knowkedgeable and friendly advice over past 25 years . The staff has been wonderful very helpful and courteous to us always even when busy, hometown values.

Came in here to buy a Rhinocort nasal allergy spray. As soon as I got to my hotel I looked at it closely and it was expired on 04/17. People stocking should be more aware of expiration dates. I could have died.

Clean pharmacy that realizes that it's visited by tourists a lot. That's why you can find many souvenirs of different shapes, sizes and purpose here. It's really great. Prices are reasonable.
