Kristen is the best!!!! She is so great with all the fur babies!!! One of the best groomers around. She treats all babies like they are hers, and she seems to love what she does. My 4 babies all smell and look amazing after. By far the best place I have taken them. Plus the babies don’t have to be in a crate the whole time, which is awesome! Need a new groomer, check this place out! 10 out of 10 recommend.

We take both of our furr babies there and the service is excellent! My lil tea cup chihuahuas are happy and in a safe environment, I leave them in good hands, and when I come back she in detail tells me what she did; and makes sure I am happy with the grooming before I pay and leave. She answers any questions and is very patient with the customers and pets. My brother takes his cockerspaniel there as well and she is excellent with her, very detailed. We recommend this groomer to everyone!

We always feel safe when bringing our Mooshu in, and I know she feels safe because this is the only Grooming establishment that she doesn't shake in fear. OVER CHARGED. Paid $120+ (no tip). Been there 3 times, but never this expensive. Owner said her friends told her she wasn't charging enough so raised prices. Truth is she only wants small dogs. We won't be back...simply can't afford that much for a retriever.

This is by far the best dog grooming salon I have ever taken my little Miss Riley too! Im from out of town & was very concerned on finding the right place to take her too bc let’s face it, there r so many around. She doesn’t like dog groomers & in the past it has been difficult. This is the very 1st time ever that she did great & I was pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff, did exactly what I wanted done on her & the best part..didn’t take all day. I truly recommend this place for every dog owner!

I’ve taken my senior dogs here twice and have been delighted both times. I have a Japenese Chin and Cavalier King Charles. Melissa does exactly what I ask for and dogs come out looking great! Would highly recommend!

I called to make an appt to get my Chow groomed and they refused to groom him because of his breed. My dog would not hurt anyone as he is a retired show dog and very well trained and he likes people. He is the calmest dog I've ever owned in my life and I'm sorry you base your clientele on breed and not the personality of the dog. I would not recommend anyone to these people .

I've been there 3 different times to get my dogs nails cut. The price was good and they got me in as a walking. Not real happy that instead of cutting nails they only used dremmel. I thought nails needed more trimming than rhey did w dremmel. Very nice staff.

They have a new owner as of about a month ago (Lynn has retired). Took my shih-tzu in for a grooming and was very pleased. She has terrible skin allergies and they did a wonderful job grooming her, clipping nails and even bathed her twice to help relieve itching! Our somewhat nervous dog seemed calm and happy when we picked her up. The new owner is very friendly and we will definitely continue to have our dogs groomed there!

I live nearby and my Cat needed some special attention. The took him in right away and he came out nicely, he's not the nicest cat to groom and they had no complaints. I would recommend for anyone in the neighborhood especially for cats since most places don't even groom cats. Friendly service with cute animals and babies around, just cuteness overload!

We took Charlie Brown in today for the 1st time and could not be more happy with the service and professional staff that is there. Charlie had a huge smile on his face when we took him home and smelt wonderful, nails looked perfect and were very pleased will be taking Charlie back there again. Thank you so much 5 ⭐️

Took my 17 years old miniature dachshund for a bath and nails trim. I was so worried since my baby is so old, but all my worries went away! Arrington took such good care of him and did an excellent job!!! I recommend them 100%!

This place is so Great! I have a Havanese and a Cavapoo. Everyone here is so kind and truly loves the animals. Cheryl is amazing! I always feel comfortable leaving my dogs here while they are groomed. They are so patient with my dogs and so accomodating for appointments.

Very dissapointed with the new owners of grooming gallery. Not only has the business seemed to go downhill in a professional manner, but a terrible incident happened where one of their customer's dogs got loose and killed off of Seminole Blvd. Please be aware of the new owners in this shop, it is NOT the same.

Had my 4yr old Shiba Inu, Marley groomed at the Grooming Gallery today. I am very pleased, they did exactly what I wanted, which was dry shampoo and blow out. They sent me pics of Marleys progress. Marley was relaxed and even laid down during the process. Marley was even given a cute Halloween bow tie. I highly recommend The Grooming Gallery!

Can't say enough good things about this place. They did a GREAT job on my little pup. Soooooo very very nice and prompt, courteous customer service. Love the atmosphere and you can definitely tell they love the animals they work with.

The Grooming GalleryIt is my opinion The Grooming Gallery; at 6572 Seminole Blvd., Seminole, Fl 33772 #5: is not a place to take your family dog for grooming! They have practices that allowed my dog, Kayden, on July 10, 2020, to get out of their business, and go into Seminole Blvd. , where he was hit by a car and killed!I am not sure we have the full story, it has changed a couple of times, and there is an outside video, but I cannot get it. I don’t think he would just run out unless scared, and the tape would show that. This was his 3rd time there so he knew them. Exactly what happened? I am 74 years old and he has been my buddy, my companion, my friend for 11 years and this is very difficult for both me and my wife. We are heartbroken!The owners were contrite, and paid the vet bill, but have not reached out to me since that day. The owner told my wife that day she didn’t think my dog was hurt too badly after being hit by the car, so rather than me stopping and getting him at their business I just followed along to the hospital where he was DOA!I suspect the layout of the business partially led to my Kayden’s demise. The entrance door is located in close proximity to the swinging gate (as I remember) which leads to the back area where some dogs are allowed to roam free. Somehow my pup was not tethered, leashed, or in a cage and the gate opened at the same time the front door opened and he ran out (according to the owners). They have called it an accident but I feel it was reckless negligence. I think it was their sloppy, careless procedures that also led to my Kayden’s death.I believe I must warn the public to be very careful before entrusting your beloved family dog to The Grooming GalleryWilliam HartLargo, Fl

My sister goes here .I came into town on a emergent with one of my older Huskys going to Bluepearl. I dropped my 4 month old husky at 8:00 am. I've never been here. But my sister said they are dog friendly, she has small dogs!! No she said also Husky friendly. After dropping Miss Dakota off. I knew right away she's safe. I have a video as I walked back in hous later , how happy ,clean and safe my baby is and was. I'm waiting to hear how my older husky at Bluepearl is doing. But I want to thank you Grooming Gallery for taking such wonderful care of my baby. Great care, great job and thank you for taking care of my baby I didn't have to worry about her while she was in your wonderful hands and my attention could be for my older Fur baby at Bluepearl. Bless you

I must say I am terribly disappointed with this grooming shop lately. There were superior when we started with them about a year ago, however the covid has disrupted many many businesses. I don't think the owners there and only one young man answer the phone and apparently does the grooming I'm disappointed.

They are equipped to handle large dogs! My dog seemed happy and not traumatized like he has been in other places. The guys are friendly and kind. I was very happy!!

Cheryl is so good. She seems to keep a card with all pertinent info. Unfortnately, it was 9 months since I took him to her. She referred to herself as Aunt Cheryl!!! And, his haircut was different, just as I wanted.
