I don't usually leave retail reviews but this place was SO great I had to share! If you love thrifting and also supporting a good cause, this is it. Most importantly the store is very abundant but well maintained and organized, both retail and animal area. The items I found were perfect and the prices were too. Probably spent hours looking around here. We can't wait to come back sometime!

My boyfriend and I are frequent shoppers there. We find great deals at a reasonable price. Glenn is our favorite worker there. Great customer service and always willing to help you find what you’re looking for if in the store. Great job 👏🏽 👍🏽 Also, we’ve known him since he worked at habitat for Humanity Store.

So I arrived at Fluff thrift store about at 9:00 am not realizing that they didn’t open until 10 a.m. Glenn came to the door and said “what are you doing here so early?” Instead of turning me away and making me wait until 10 a.m, he graciously let me come in and shop early. He even offered me a water and one of his Atkins bars ! Who does that nowadays??? Glenn does! He had great music playing and has the best personality that will keep customers coming back to shop! He even helped me carry my purchases out to my car so I didn’t have to make a second trip back in! If you are in the area it’s a great store to shop in and go see Glenn, he’s the best! Love this thrift store and all that it does for animals.

We adopted our first fur baby with Fluff and Ashlei was our coordinator. She was absolutely amazing in answering questions and has been in constant touch with us as we send her updates about our puppy! We did not expect to be taking our puppy home the same day as our meet and greet because we had visited many other shelters and their process was ridiculously lengthy. Thanks to their store in their shelter, I was able to find most of what I needed to take him home. I’m glad we found our baby here and are in love, completely! Thanks Fluff! ❤️

My mother and I discovered this thrift store a while ago and let me tell you, we love coming here almost every week now! The prices are fair and the workers are always helpful, especially Glenn! He's always friendly and helpful. To the point where we don't like to come in on Thursdays because he's not there. If you stop by the store, ask for Glenn and he'll help you find plenty of bargains!

If I could give this little store 1000000 stars I would. I loved the cleanliness and selection. Glen went above and beyond to help me fit more than I planned on purchasing in my car!!! I am so so so excited to have found this place! They do amazing things for sweet fur babies and I would pay 10 times the amount to know it’s going to an organization of this type! This will be my new favorite place to thrift!

I asked a question on Facebook as to where to donate things. Several people mentioned Fluff. I took several boxes to drop off and decided to go inside and check it out. Soooo happy that I did as this is one of the best thrift stores I have been in!! Everything is displayed well. It's very clean and organized. Volunteers are very friendly. I will happily shop and donate here more often!

FLUFF is great. They have employees, volunteers and fosters who genuinely care about the animals they take it. I volunteered and fostered for a time, as well as adopted from them. They were and still are available every step of the way. Ashlei’s communication is top notch, from emailing about events, to following up on their pups. On top of that, everything I have gotten from the thrift store has been WELL below its original price and I have yet to see anything marked unreasonably.

Friendly staff, finding vintage records, jewelry etc and helping animals. I love it. We saw many beautiful cats and kittens while there. They do have dogs i could hear but they were not in the front store.

I deal with Glenn but this morning I walked in and I have a donation and the lady said go in the back and put it in a cart and I asked for Glenn and she said he’s not here. He is on the floor. That is a bad way to deal with a customer service he would’ve never done that to me, but I will still leave you five stars, she has a very rude personality

Glenn is the best! He helped me load a awkward piece and tie it down when they were closing in 5 minutes!This store always has amazing things, I go multiple times a month. Great art work and decorator pieces. Not to mention the animals.

I used to come here a lot and haven’t because pricing is just too high. I don’t even like to donate my stuff here because I feel they don’t appreciate donors. Can I suggest 1. Lowering pricing and 2. Offering a discount (20% off total purchase) to donors? That would encourage donors to come back into the store to purchase things because right now the price model just doesn’t make sense to me as a consumer.

Love this place! Always find great stuff and the $ goes into their rescue animals. We stop every week, see all the new stuff and my husband just loves Glenn! This is one of the best thrift shops I've been to since moving to Florida. The prices are fair, the selection is great; you have everything from fun knickknacks to well-crafted curio cabinets and furniture that looks brand new. To top things off, the people are always so nice! Especially Glenn! I swear, every time I see him, he's got a smile on his face and he's always willing to answer anything we ask. He's friendly and just tops off the fact this little thrift shop has some of the best people working there.

This is a great place to shop and for a worthy cause. My husband and I visit here at least 3-4 times a month. Prices are great and I never leave the store without a good bargain in my hand. The staff is great. Glenn is always there to take care of us and carrying things to the car if we need help. Top notch customer service. The guy held the door for me. Asked customers’ names. Became Insta-friends with some, clearly sees regulars, and came around the corner to hand me my bag.My friend told me about this place since she is a dog lover. She told me the tip that even she takes her good stuff there since it is for such a good cause.No tween clothes. But I got 2 amazing dresses. I have one in another color so i already know I will love it!It was pretty busy. I really wanted a pair of new heels but they were too big. I will be back!

Glen was VERY helpful when I purchased dishes.Took them from display to checkout, wrapped and packaged them , then took to my car. I appreciate him going the extra mile(s) . Very good customer service every time I shop here. Prices are good. Store is very clean. Love the animals too. I have observed Glen be helpful to so many customers.
