The groomers are adept at handling any requests and are particularly good at soothing my sometimes anxious Churchill while sprucing him up to look his best. Eddie, who can be a bit picky, always ends up looking great and feeling comfortable. Their expertise and gentle handling are why we have entrusted them with our dogs' grooming for years, and we always look forward to our next visit.

The absolute BEST. They always take care of my boy Zeus, and I'm sure he's probably a little more difficult than they admit. He's a pretty big boy. But he enjoys going there. I highly recommend them. (Guess which one is Zeus) 😆

On Aug 12 2021, upon dropping off my 6yr old neutered husky I told the groomer that I found blood stain on my car seat after the previous grooming. She brushed it off by saying she never trimmed the paw hair and that my dog might have stepped on some sharp objects in the parking lot. I said of course I wanted the paw hair to be trimmed and that she should be more careful. When I picked my dog up later that day the groomer told me there's some bleeding in the paws, callus related. when I got home I found way more blood stain on my car seat. I quickly checked my dog and saw the dew claw on his right almost totally chopped off, hanging only by some skin. Anyone who knows anything about dogs knows how serious this is. I had to stop the profuse bleeding and rush the dog to the vet.What kind of groomer will cut off a dew claw? What kind of human being will try to cover up instead of getting the dog treated as soon as possible?

Cami and her staff are by far the best dog grooming business we have been to! My husband and I have had our current dog Bean for almost her entire life - she's 6. Bean gets unbelievably excited when she hears she's getting a bath. We appreciate everything the staff does for Bean!

Highly recommend! I’ve been taking my goldendoodle for the last year, and Cami and her team have been so informative, professional, and kind. They walked me through the puppy coat stage, and will kindly educate me on how to best care for my pup’s coat, ears, etc. Cheyenne loves going for her spa day, and I know that she is in caring and loving hands. They do a magnificent job with her grooming. We receive so many compliments on her hair cuts. Very satisfied!

Cami was the only one who listened to me about not shaving my dog's foo Foo area. 4 other groomers didn't and it cost me an extra $100 in vet bills each time they were groomed. She and all her groomers are very knowledgeable regarding nutrition, grooming, etc.

They called within an hr after dropping my dogs off and my heart sank. I knew something was wrong. She right off before even telling us what happened blamed our 8lb maltipoo for moving and he “got a little nick” that “wasn’t bleeding or anything….but we should get it looked at” We picked them up right away and as I suspected it started to gush blood as soon as we got into the car. This wasn’t a nick it was a gash that (I’m a hairdresser myself) you can tell they kept going well after it was a “nick.” We bright him straight to to emergency vet and long story short he had staples and a cone for almost a month. Needless to say we never went back.

The Sarasota Dog Salon no longer answers the store telephone with a request to leave a message and expect a call back ASAP. Despite the fact that I am an established customer who regularly tips the groomer 20%, I received no return call. I had left 4 unanswered voice mails. The message to me is clear: Go away.I am happy to oblige.

I always like to support small businesses so, I was excited when someone had referred me to this place for grooming my sweet little pup. However, after filling out the online information and leaving 3 voicemails, all with no response, it's hard to support this particular one!

Amazing service, incredible people, and they truely know dogs and how to treat them. We have a 7 yr old German Shepherd who can be very nervous in new places, and had never been to a groomer before in her life. Amber was the one who gave her a bath, made her feel comfortable, and using the dryer did an entire de-sheding. They text me pictures to assure me she was doing great. She was allowed to lay out in the open space while other dogs were dried. The place is so clean and is a great stress free environment. Our pup came home looking better then she’s ever looked. We will definitely use them for the rest of time! You don’t find service and patience like this very often!

A new business here in Sarasota and already Camie is booking a week to ten days out and it's not even Season! What I (and Sandie) like is that she allows the dogs to run loose in her large space as opposed to caging them, which makes everybody, two-legged and four-legged, much more laid back.
