My husband and I have a second home in Santa Rosa Beach that we do not get to spend enough time in yet! When we are there, we have gone in to the new store numerous times for various items. The store is just beautiful! As a newly “former” business owner, (I am now almost retired! Lol!) customer service was of the utmost importance to me and the success of my business. I am very impressed and delighted with the store and the excellent customer service that is given! Virtually every time I’ve come in to the store, someone is there at the entrance to help me and show me where things are. They have all been wonderfully polite and kind, and truly seem to care about giving great customer service! They have a great team!Thanks for being a store that I look forward to visiting!

Came in to return an item purchased from another ace hardware and they refused to return it and told me I had to return my screen door hardware to the store I purchased it at. Stuff like that is what forces customers to the big box store. It doesn’t matter what Home Depot I buy something from. I’ll literally never shop at ace again. It’s inconvenient and they go out of their way to be not helpful. That’s the complete opposite of the customer service I want. I read another one star review for this same store stating they couldn’t use a coupon because of a technicality. I’m sorry, don’t you have manager codes to manually put in a discount to take care of a coupon a customer would like to use? Don’t you have a manager code to take care of a $25 returned item? Instead, of making a customer for life, you lost a customer for life. The women cashiers were in disbelief that their own store wouldn’t accept my return. They kept apologizing and telling me they’d be so frustrated in my shoes and they didn’t understand why they couldn’t take it back. When I replied that Home Depot would take anything back purchased from another store and I’d need to shop there going forward, she told me she definitely wouldn’t blame me. She was honestly very sweet and the best part of my shopping experience. When their own employees share how frustrating something like that is, you’d think management would come up with a solution to solve it. Instead they lost a customer for life.****cue the manager or owner response. Not to rectify the situation, but to save face online for a negative review. lol

I bought some plants and the lady in the plant department was FABULOUS. Any question I had, she answered, and if she did not know, she would look it up. She helped me with everything I needed, she took my plants to my car, loaded my car, she was absolutely phenomenal. The best experience I have ever had at Ace or any hardware store.

Incredible customer service: 5 stars-as soon as we entered store greeted with a wonderful smile and love for furbaby too!Supplies Needed Available: 5 stars-chicken feed is not easy to find in SRB. It’s always a road trip. We decided to take a chance on Ace bc Belinda B. has hens and works there. SCORE!!Definitely do not need to take trek to Tractor Supply anymore. Just a quick pop over to ACE SRB.

Terrible experience. They do not honor returns on tools if they are defective and within the return window because they are a “franchise.” Byron (the manager) was no help and very rude and I wish I knew the cashiers name starts with a G, She refused to tell me. She was extremely rude! I will not be coming back even though I live 5 minutes away, I’ll go to Home Depot where they would have returned my broken orbital sander I bought less than a week ago with ease.

This store has no clue! Untrained employees, all standing around up front w their hands in there pockets having social hour. My wife went 4 pick up order was told the order wasn't paid 4, she showed email from online Ace, also had 2 carry her order out herself" large product" 65 yrs old, Had 2 go back a few days later & app drops out when u say ur there 4 a pickup! Went inside 2 get my order & also had 2 carry my order out, being disabled this came as a HUGE BONUS 🤔 I addressed my 1st concerns w Micah McCormick & was told issued fixed! Typical corporate copy & paste, insert name here email response! Responded again after 2nd snafu & zero response?? With svc like this u will not be around long as soon as you get competition in the area 🤑

I love the convenience of this ace but the customer service is terrible! The manager Byron needs to go elsewhere. I will continue to shop at franks and southbay lumber where they tray you like humans.

We recently moved from the east end of30A to the west end of 30A which puts my favorite ACE in PCB 25 miles or so away- it’s been a bummer as I shop there quite frequently. So much so that when I walk in they usually ask if I am gardening, diy-ing around the house, or in the middle of an art project 🤣. Anyhow, I just discovered that there’s a new ACE in Santa Rosa only about 5 miles away!! It’s beautiful store; they have a great selection of all the typical power & regular tools, gardening, lighting, & what not that most Ace Hardware stores have. There is a diverse section of Yetis products with unique pretty colors. Loads of options for patio furniture, grills, & accessories. They don’t carry cat or dog food; but there is a Publix next door.The staff is courteous and helpful and gave some good advice about how to use the products I needed for an art project this particular day. It’s a clean, very spacious, and organized store. I love that they are our new neighbor!!
