Love this store. So many specials going on, love the rewards card too. Rack up the points n use towards ur purchase. What an incentive...store is clean all employees friendly n willing to help if you get lost. Love the bakery n deli n food ready to go... Very pleased n highly recommend for best savings on groceies n specials galore.

They have good staff especially Donna and Jayson and Jay. The store is pretty much always stocked with what you need. Just wish people would use the cart returns.

Always a wonderful shopping experience. I do my shopping in the morning on Saturdays and all the staff are always kind. I don't know this lady's name, But she is always smiling. She works the self checkout. She makes my shopping that much better! Thank you for all that you do!

My husband just went to get us groceries and needed to use our WIC card. Our card does work, but one of the card machines doesn’t & it seemed like the cashier attending to him seemed new and didn’t know how to select WIC on her cashier computer & we had to pay out of pocket when we have limited funds since we have a newborn.I tried looking on the receipt she gave him & she also only gave him the portion of the receipt with the coupons. So now we don’t have a receipt or her name.

What’s wrong with the customer service in this store? I’ve been there twice and always employers treat me very rude with any respect at all! This gentleman who was stocking chips and cookies , I asked him if he can please move his car so I can grab something that was right behind it and he just look at me very disrespectful and move the car like he hates his job. That’s not the way you treat people period! People here seems doesn’t want to work at all. Everybody deserve RESPECT!

My favorite place to grocery shop in Riverview when it comes to price and variety! Updated, self checkout, clean, and mostly good service. Saw a worker accuse someone of not scanning their drinks. She did not see their receipt. She just accused them of it and then convinced her co worker that they had stolen without confirming. That is the one and only bad experience. But I believe it was only that worker, not the store as a whole that is the issue.

They may as well close these stores down. I just left this store (830am), and there are no regular check out lanes open, only self-checkout ….simply ridiculous.

Not impressed with the fact that they have only self-checkouts it makes it very difficult when disabled would be nice to have at least one lane where there's a real person the person you have working so check out today was more interested in socializing with other employees other than that the store was great

This is still one of the best stores around..Still hve sales and bogo's.Store doesn't smell like some places when u walk in u wanna walk out.THEY DONT SELL MUCH SNOW CRABS BECAUSE THEY DONT COOK THEM ANYMORE.OVEN WAS NEVER WORKING.BUT THEY NEED TO GET NICE BIGGER ONES.BAGGS FULL OF ICE AND SMALL.Other then that great store.

The reason I go to this store is for the great selection and the AMAZING staff in the front cashier... the ladies up there are amazing .. however there is one or two front end managers that need to be talked to... they treat their cashiers lower than a dog.. the way those two throw 4 letter words around at the cashiers and in front of customers is down right disgusting.... however ...if not for those two front managers ... your store Is AMAZING

It's Winn Dixie sometimes there are good prices. Oftentimes the produce is very limited, and don't expect any help from any of the employees. This store in summerfield is not great but not the worst grocery store. Management needs work but this location always needs better management

Winn Dixie is where I purchase my meats. They are reasonable. The prices at Wal Mart are cheaper on commodities. Wal Mart meat prices are rediculous!

First off... There is absolutely no one at the deli counter but myself and two children who need to get in and out. And the deli counter. Was being "cleaned" at 130 in the afternoon. Clearly noticing I'm in a hurry bc my children are screaming so I want to get out. The girl at the counter continued to clean and move even slower and ignore me. This will be my very last time shopping at this shop.

I get most of my groceries here. I may have to load my own vehicle, but the items are typically cheaper and just as good. However, my husband said their tobacco prices are almost double from a convenience store! He also enjoys having a liquor store attached, too.

Not bad. I go in and get what I need and that's about it. For the most part, the employees are pretty friendly. The store itself it pretty clean and it's usually easy to find what I want. Not too much that you can really complain about here. I like this one because of the number of deals that they tend to have. It's affordable for the most part and the waits in the lines aren't usually that long for checking out. He may be the manager, but there's a guy that usually wears a gray shirt I think. He's pretty friendly so that's a plus. Several of the employees wear masks here, so that's another big plus for me. Overall, a pretty good place for shopping for groceries and whatnot.

I recently just did the order online pick up at this store. They notified me 2 hours before scheduled pick up time, my order was ready. We headed to the store to check in, the application kept spinning for about 30 mins. There were some people we pulled up and their order was delivered their vehicle. We waited 45 mins to recieve ours. There were only 3 nice young ladies who were doing the orders. Brea helped us and was on top of ours. This will be the last time i use the pick up at Winn Dixie. Did not leave a good taste in my mouth.
