We recently took our dog, Nala, to Pups N Cuts Spa Grooming & Day Care for grooming, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent customer service and were able to communicate in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, which was a big plus for us.Nala came out looking and feeling amazing after her grooming session. It was evident that she had been well taken care of and given the royal treatment. The grooming was done exactly as we requested, and the price was very reasonable for the excellent service provided.The atmosphere at Pups N Cuts is welcoming and pet-friendly. The staff clearly love animals and create a comfortable environment for both pets and their owners. Nala left the spa happy and content, which is all we could ask for.The pricing at Pups N Cuts is very competitive, especially considering the quality of service they provide. We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable the grooming session was, especially given the excellent care Nala received.We were thoroughly impressed with Pups N Cuts Spa Grooming & Day Care. The level of service, the friendly staff, multilingual support, and affordable prices make this place stand out. Nala was delighted with her grooming experience, and we will definitely be returning customers. Highly recommended!

I treat my fur baby like my child. So I’m really particular on where I take him for any thing. After reading all the good reviews, I decided to give Pups n Cuts a try. And I was not disappointed. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. They even squeezed us in same day. Had my pup nice and clean, he smelled so fresh, just in time for his vet appt. Fair and reasonable prices too. Definitely recommend and will be taking my Toro baby back. The lady groomer even came out holding my baby in her arms, rocking him and loving on him. Making sure he was nice and calm before giving him back. Thank you!

This was my first time taking my little fella to Pups N Cuts. The staff is so extremely friendly and caring. I’m so happy with how cute he looks. They take their time and do a wonderful job. Normally, he has separation anxiety but when I picked him up he seemed very calm which was relieving. I will definitely be taking him back to this spa. I’m very impressed!

We used this local groomer for the first time and were completely dissatisfied. My wife scheduled the appointment and was told it would be “a couple of hours”. 6 HOURS LATER the grooming was still in progress. I showed up to pick our Persian Cat up and had to watch and guide them to try and touch up the poor job. The photos attached are what was the best that could be done. When I called back the next day, there was little care of customer satisfaction, to go with defensive tone and excuses of why they didn’t do a better job. My wife also called back and was given the same rude and inconsiderate response. We did not ask for a refund of the $82 grooming, but it was probably the least that should have been offered.

We been taking our 3 dogs here for the past year and I can fully trust leaving them with Pups N Cuts. The staff is so friendly and they love their little furry clients. So glad we found a great groomer and they have such fair prices! My favorite part is how our dogs always come home with cute little bows on their head after a grooming

UPDATE: he has sooo much razor burn on his stomach and below. He also has a cut on his lip that he itched and is bleeding all over and won’t heal.I was concerned at first, it took MUCH longer than expected but my pup came out super happy and PERFECT. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with the cut past groomers have given my dog, but I was this time. I feel like I am a tough cookie to please, but this place did it.When I picked up my dog he said he treats all the pups like his own sons. That made me happy.Reply: I cannot reply back so here it is. I chose to wait 9 days because I kept forgetting to update. I did the review in the car on the way home. Once he was home and was rolling over for belly rubs I saw the bad burn. He was irritated by it and kicked himself raw over those past 9 days. That is when I remembered to update my review.

This has to be the best grooming in all of Florida. The staff alone deserve their own recognition. My sweet Nuki and I have never felt so welcomed and respected in a grooming establishment. These are the sweetest people I have ever met, I know my pup couldn’t be in better care than that of Pup N Cuts. They’re my new family and I wish I would have known of them sooner. It’s always a pleasant experience. I will never go anywhere else, there’s no need to. I highly recommend 100 out of 10.

I really recommend this place. The people that work here are wonderful and friendly. They are kind and patient with my dog.When we went there the first time they gave us a whole tour of the place. It was really clean and safe for my dog. They do a really god job. My dog is always clean and smells so good after coming here. They always put this cute tie on my dog and give us free treats to take home.

If you’re thinking of taking your cute puppy here DONT! They made my beautiful shih tzu puppy look like a RAT!!!! I’m so upset because she was so cute and they chopped her hair any kind of way. Horrible experience and horrible grooming place. They got mad at me because I was upset and are racist and called me the N word. below is a picture of my cute puppy before they butchered her! Then look at her after they messed her up in the red!!! She was beautiful now chopped and looks a mess. Rude people and they didn’t even say sorry! Disgusting! I really will never go back please do not go to this business!!!!

My puppy had never been to a groomer before, and this was the first place to give me a reasonable price. Everywhere else I went they wanted to charge extra for her “first time” which is ridiculous. Pups n cuts charged me half of what the other places were saying!The people that work here were absolutely wonderful! Very respectful and friendly people. I loved that they have a monitor where you can see into the back, and take a look at how your pup is doing. I could see that they were treating my little pup with patience and kindness, and it made me very happy.Not only was she clean, smelled really good, and got trimmed, but she was so happy and had such a good time with the groomer that she didn’t want to go home! I have added a picture of the face she made when I told her we were going home now, and a picture of when we got home. As you can see, she wanted to stay and play with her new friends haha!The building in itself was also very clean, and they even gave us some free treats to take home, which she appreciated! This place was so wonderful to both me and my puppy, I will absolutely be coming back!!

Worst place ever!! Don’t take your pets to this place! They are not professional and don’t know how to deal with pets. I feel bad taking my pet to them.Google didn’t let me to reply on your responds but I have to edit it here and add pic of her grooming today the last one was before the service you did on her. if you guys don’t know how to deal with cats you should tell me from the beginning instead of doing that to her!! And charged me $80 for this services. My cat has long hair and I know she have three spots with knotted hair in her body but her skin is good and doesn’t have anything from what you mentioned .I brought her early morning at 8:30am as I told so she doesn’t be interacted with dogs and you guys kept her almost 7 hours and I been calling checking on her and requesting to not groom her short!! I didn’t request lion cut at all ! The cut it self so ugly and uneven and don’t tell me you didn’t finish you had her whole day!!!!!!!!!! I’m very upset and the guy in front desk doesn’t even know how to manage the business when he saw me upset he start raising his voice on me!!!! Like this is the worst place ever here in Tampa! I won’t bring her back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Just looking to my cat face I could tell how sad she is I don’t know what you guys did to her she refuse to eat even.

Today was my first time bringing my puppy Tucker to Pups N Cuts. I was very impressed by the thoroughness of the cut as well as the cut itself. He’s very clean, soft and smells good.a Additionally everything was trimmed very evenly. They were reasonable priced as well. We will be back when he’s do again for another cut.

Run far away from this place! The pictures speak for themselves before and after we picked him up from this place. We brought him in for a blowout and this is what we get with a husky that after researching it says their hair never grows back to the way it originally was. We called and spoke with one of the owners to demand a full refund because we are completely horrified at how different our dog looks not even the same anymore and the only thing he could say was I’m sorry you are not happy!

Told them exactly how I wanted my Pomeranian cut n they did a great job!! Nails n all!!3/5/24 Had both my Pomeranian n Golden Doodle done this time n as always they did a great job. Dogs weren't stressed at all either. Was a little worried about my Pom bc he's 15 yrs old but he did great!!

Hello, I am very grateful to the store staff, they were very kind and they were very patient with my dog, it was her first time and she was very scared, before I tried to take her to other places but they rejected her saying that she was aggressive, but here they were patient and she They made her feel comfortable when I returned home she was super happy and she smelled very good and I loved how pretty she looked thank you very much!!! we will be back soon
