This pharmacy is always under staffed! Then they're slow to get to you. I went to the bathroom and all the stalls were full of toilet paper, all the toilets were clogged! Disgusting, and then to top it all up there was no toilet paper in any stall, I guess they used up all the paper on the floor! Disgusting

I work at a local urgent care. We try to call to get in touch with the pharmacy staff and we can hear them hanging up on us. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this behavior. Our mutual patients deserve better.

We use CVS Pharmacy since it works out better with insurance, however, I would avoid this location if you can. The staff always seems to be inconvenienced by your requests and are rude/unfriendly.

No wonder they have a 2 star average, This Pharmacy is absolute trash. We just called to check on a script and the extremely RUDE woman who answered the phone yelled about it just being 2 people working and her needing more time. Not our fault they are understaffed and the attitude I received was completely unnecessary. I will be giving them plenty of time as I will be transferring our scripts elsewhere. There are way too many pharmacies full of people who enjoy their job to be dealing with someone like that while already under stress, you won’t get another dollar from me while being treated this poorly.

The WORST! The store is great but the Pharmacy is horrible all around. Rude, and slow service. I’m amazed at how CVS management and higher ups haven’t by now investigated into the matter. The reviews speak truth.

I got a text that my prescriptions are ready. I dropped everything, postponed another commitment and drove all the way over there only to find out the pharmacy is closed for lunch - come back in an hour. Wth! I've never heard of a pharmacy closing for lunch. Wasted trip and now I won't have my meds today.

Organized store but the staff wasn't the friendliest. The young lady at the register didnt say a single word to me the entire time she rang up my items. She didn't even respond when I said "thank you ma'am have a nice day"I'd shop here again because they had exactly what I needed but I wont expect to be greeted.

Just gonna add to the one stars cuz why are two pairs of regular latex gloves over 6$. CVS added self checkout nice. But why is everything else expensive now that overhead costs are lower. I predict cvs going out of business in the next few years

Went to this CVS to pick up some prescriptions and I literally sat for 15 minutes and no one still acknowledged that I was there.. once I pressed the yellow service button the African American Lady with the dreads was very rude.. and the other African American lady just stood by the window eating and I wasn’t even spoken once.. don’t waste your time coming to this CVS on McMullen R

I love this CVS the pharmacist is very nice and sweet and so is the young man that helps her I've lived here for 32 years and have seen this crazy influx of people especially in this area and for at least 13 years. I have seen the same pharmacists and she's always had the same beautiful smile and amazing attitude. Even though she's always busy and swamped with so many things now especially, she always has a bubbly attitude and that young man that works with her does such an amazing job helping her out. They're such a great team together. Thank you so much for being an awesome pharmacist! 💖💖

This has got to be the most GHETTO CVS in the world. Fire the entire pharmacy staff, it is an absolute joke. It’s embarrassing actually to have such a disgrace in this area.

If I could give a negative score I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in my 50 years. They are unprofessional and very rude! I have reported them several times but nothing ever happens so they continue to treat customers any kind of way. Very sad and pathetic. Instead of finishing filling my son’s prescription the pharmacist threw a sign up closed and i was there at 8:40pm. The signed said they close at 9:00pm. Are we this desperate for workers?

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever spoken to. I called from my job to place a prescription order and we are required to speak with a human and not leave over voicemail. They absolutely refused to allow me to speak to anyone so I was forced to leave a voicemail and then they proceeded to tell the client they never got the order. So i called next morning and still refusing me to speak to a human and when i finally was able to catch someones ear, they were incredibly rude. I explained what happened and she kept cutting me off saying "OKAY THATS FINE" "OKAY THATS FINE" so I hung up and called customer relations to resolve the issue. SMH. The client switched pharmacies because this behavior is vile for customer service.

This store has been perfectly fine for me for prescriptions and a few vaccinations. It's chronically understaffed and overworked, but they do their best to keep up and probably deal w/ a lot of difficult customers.

Went to pick up a prescription for a family member and sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes. I finally get to the window, and sit for another 15 minutes. There are at least 3 employees working the pharmacy, and not a single one even acknowledges me. No one came over to let me know that they would be with me shortly, they just ignored me. After trying to get some ones attention for a few more minutes, I just left. There would never be this kind of issue with Publix. I will not be returning to this pharmacy, and highly discourage others from using it, unless you have hours to spare to wait for someone to get you your prescription at the window.

This is a horrible place to shop. I was doing an instacart order here that was only nine items but they were out of seven of them. I worked retail for 10 years and the one thing that they emphasized was being in stock. They can't even manage to do that. On top of that, they lock the restrooms so you can't go in without a key and with Verizon I do not get any signal in the whole building or the surrounding premises. This makes doing any online fulfillment very difficult for customers. An order that should have taken me 15 minutes took me almost an hour. The only person working there didn't appear to care about much of anything. I will never accept a shop from here again and will never do any personal shopping here.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for a couple of years and I would not change at all Donna the pharmacist is the best patient, and super nice and respectful. She's also quick and I see she works very hard. She's the first one I see everytime and acknowledges you as soon as you walk towards the pharmacy.

I was absolutely disgusted by my experience at this CVS today. My son had an urgent psychiatric prescription that needed to be filled and was ordered STAT. I stood in line for 25 minutes waiting to even drop it off, and when I asked someone to please help me after being ignored, the pharmacist yelled at me from 15 feet away that she was the only one there today and the other staff members were off the clock and helping her. I told her that my prescription was STAT and I really just wanted to drop it off and she yelled back “they’re all STAT! If you don’t like it, go somewhere else! You better thank God I’m even here.”I cannot believe that this is anywhere near the realm of an acceptable way to treat a patient/customer. I hope she’s fired immediately, but based on the extremely poor reviews, I suspect CVS will do nothing.

If I could rate it with no stars, I would. Starting with Donna and the tech that runs people off. There is no degree in this world that gives anybody the right to be cruel to a patient. There was no understanding nor compassion from the two. You don't tell a patient that you up to your neck with people. Should have chosen a different career honey! You also don't tell patients to come at a time that you are scheduled to close, that's a different kind a rude. I don't recommend this location for your pharmacy needs.

I get prescriptions here because insurance dictates I use them. We loved Express Scripts. I go to get 3 prescriptions called in the end of last week but only 2 are ready and told to come back after 3pm for 3rd. With gas prices this isn't acceptable you had since Friday and today is Tuesday. Why so disorganized?

Pharmacy “Manager” was a female I spoke with who lacked professionalism. The wait to the window was over a hour and only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally arrived to the window everything was done to send me to another location. First was told that the medication was not available check somewhere else. Then I asked can you call the location so I do not waste time driving there and it’s not there. They said no. I asked can you also let me know the price. They said come back in 30 min and I will let you know. They were very rude. I would imagine with the service I received the requirements/standards to work there are minimal if any. I ultimately declined and chose Publix and they were super helpful and had my prescription filled same day!! They did not have a wait but most importantly they were super kind and considerate!!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I read the reviews but gave them a chance anyway. The process of getting prescriptions filled on auto fill was a nightmare! All the scripts had the same fill date and it took 5 trips to CVS on different days to get them filled. I normally pick them up all at once. Staff is extremely rude with exception of one lady in the pharmacy but I don’t know her name. Was told some prescriptions had no more refills which was not correct. Also had to wait for almost an hour to get a Covid booster even when we had an appointment. This store is a total disappointment.

I was early for my COVID booster shot. Even though there was no one else there, I was made to stand and wait 20 min. because there was nowhere to sit. When I wanted to record my shot the pharmacist said I could not. When I asked the pharmacist if she was vaccinated she was very nasty and said she did not have to say. When I said I took that as no, she did not dispute it. She did not require me to wait 15 min. after. I snapped her picture as I was leavingShe screamed for her staff to call 911. Just because a senior wanted to record her booster. This store used to be good but in the last few years the service has been poor and the pharmacy made too many mistakes. I will never shop there again. I would have given zero stars if the application had allowed.

This CVS is absolutely terrible. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I have tried this location for six months. There is never enough pharmacy staff to help. One time I was told they could not locate my information after waiting for 45 minutes for a refill. They claimed I was never in their system. This was after 6 months of getting my prescriptions filled there for monthly.My wife was going to move her prescriptions there and was told they didn’t have time to do it. To either go to another CVS or come back the next day.I moved to the Publix across the street. I will never go back there again.

Scheduled an appointment for a COVID test in the drive through. Arrived 5 mins early. Waited 35 mins to get to the window, told to wait more, said why I was there, told to wait more, then told system was down and they couldn't do the COVID test. I was sitting in the drive through for an hour and since I have COVID, I can't go in the store. Completely miserable experience. Then the person tells me to come back later but dictates they don't do COVID testing over the lunch hour. Incompetent.

Won’t be coming back.I had an appointment to get my Booster and wasn’t seen for another 25minutes. Keep in mind that there were no cars in the drive thru and no other customers!The pharmacy employees are decent but the female pharmacy manager is so unprofessional. She’s unprofessional on how she talks and how she dresses.

Staff in the Pharmacy are good ppl but they are ALWAYS understaffed. Long waits in the drive thru or in person. This was the case before COVID and I can't help but think that the inordinate pressure the pharmacy staff is put under by having to deal with frustrated customers tired of waiting will lead to mistakes. A few weeks ago I saw pharmacist tech get talked down to by a customer frustrated over the long wait time. I didn't get her name but she showed amazing restraint and professionalism.CVS needs to FIX this ASAP...else I will just move my Rx to Publix
