Purchased 8 bales of TA second cut; opened my first bale this morning, it definitely did not seem like TA second cut and was very poor quality, my horses are refusing to eat it. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was treated as no big deal, disinterested. I spend a LOT of money there monthly. I will no longer purchase my equine needs there. Unhappy client.

There is a very nice young man who works here unfortunately we did not get his name and I feel terrible about that. He is ALWAYS very helpful, and last night he went out of his way for us. Our van broke down in their parking lot just as he was trying to close and go home. He was kind enough to try and jump our van and then stayed so we could get the van towed. He deserves kudos for his public relations as well as just his humanity. This store us always helpful in trying to get you anything you need every if they don't normally carry it. Very good customer service.

We had to get some bedding for some baby ducks. The staff was extremely helpful as the packaging had changed because the manufacturer ran out so it was plain white. They helped us to find what we needed. They even carried it out to the car even though it wasn't that heavy.👏

Don't shop here very rude and feed bags has rips in the bags half the time you have to load the feed your selfOwner is very rude along with the staff since sweet cypress has taken over it feed is moldy and try to sell ripped bags of feed

They have a little bit of everything here and if they don't have it, there is a good chance they can get their hands on it somewhere. Good hometown place with a great amount of knowledge...heck of a lot better then the last feedstore that was in there.
