Linda did such a wonderful job with our coton! She was very diligent in asking all the details of how we would like him trimmed and he was done beautifully. The environment was calm and she was good with helping him adjust to the new environment as we were leaving him there.

Clean establishment and very communicative and knowledgeable. Linda was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I have a four month old puppy and this was his first time at the groomers. They handled him with care and Grace did an excellent job grooming him despite his puppy antics. He would not sit still. I was very pleased and will continue using their services.

I recommend for your dog to be groom at PET CRAFTERS!. They did an awesome job and will only strive for profection. for you and your dog happy. I truly believe there prices are to cheep for the service they provide They are so many places that cost the same or lots more.My do hate for his feet to be touched but Linda had no problem with Dobi.

We have a little rescue min pin who is terrified of everything. I've taken her to a vet and 2 other groomers who weren't able to touch her feet. We tried this as one last resort before we would have to bring her to the vet to be sedated again. Linda took her time with Ruby and worked with her. Linda was able to get her nails cut and even said we could bring her back. Saturday was our second time bringing Ruby to Petcrafters and she did even better! Highly recommend taking your pup here. They are so amazing and do what it takes to make your pet feel comfortable!

Took my 3 dogs here to get their nails clipped. Took them in 1 at a time the youngest 1 first. She is only about 3 years old. Unfortunately me and my wife work a lot and we don't get a chance to take them out very often. So they don't do that well with other people and they get very nervous very quickly. She was very very scared and I guess U could say she soiled herself and my clothes twice. I believe the lady that helped us name was Linda. She went above and beyond when she absolutely did not have to. She refused to let me leave until she gave our baby girl a bath. She was very patient with all 3 of them and even though it was a lot more work than I'm sure she would normally have to do she did not charge me one penny extra. She even took the time out to trim the hair around their little paws and little toes. They just seemed to really go above and beyond what I normally have seen other groomers do and she really just seemed to care about doing a good job and making sure it was done right. Years ago that wouldn't have been a big deal, it was how most businesses operated, but I don't see a lot of that in the world anymore. It was a really nice thing to see again, I missed it. Companies just caring about the job they do. This is the perfect cute little family-owned business that I love to find and support. I would rather we all start to support small local businesses like this. Instead of giving any money to those big chains that have never cared about anything other than undercutting every small business they can. Sorry for that little rant. Anyways, she was great and they will be my family's new groomer. And I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. So in other words I recommend them to whoever is reading this now. 😁 Thank U Again. Linda

I am new to the Holiday/ New Port Richey area and was very nervous about finding a new groomer for my 7 yr old fur son Valentine. Lynda was soooo knowledgeable and sweet and kind. She was also very genuine about her love and care for the animals at her establishment. I would recommend her to anyone in the country. She has a new customer in me and I'm so thankful she was so considerate to my guy. He didn't want to leave by the end of the service. He is a Chihuahua so you know how they can be sometimes. I learned so much today from her and I am very grateful I found her! Her shop is also very clean and so beautifully decorated. Thank you again Lynda! You will see us again.

Brought both my dogs in today and they had their pedicures. What a wonderful atmosphere and loving treatment for both my anxious dogs. The owner took the time to brush out mu Bella who has and endless coat of hair without asking just because she wanted to. Would recommend this groomer to everyone. I’ll certainly be back

First Met these kind ladies today and they did a wonderful job! I have a fear of groomers not being nice to dogs. These ladies are wonderful! If the dog won't cooperate they dont force them! Very kind. My guy hates having his feet done! They were able to handle it! Will be returning! He looks great!

We have taken our dogs here to get groomed and love the new owner because they take time with the dog and do a great clean job. And the pricing is more than reasonable!She has just recently been remodeling it on the inside too and making it look super nice.10/10 recommend

Called in morning for appt and they got me in later in afternoon.My puppy was a mess a few knots and dirty feet. I picked her up and they cut her body short and face longer and even remembered all her dew claws which most groomers forget. Grace did great with Lily.

The price is low, but the old saying you get what you pay for applies here. I have been to them four times. The first was a bad haircut. I gave them another try. The second time they got the hair cut right after talking to them, but on the way home I noticed both eyes were shut. I called them and they were closed. I flushed his eyes when I got home. The next day his eyes were fine. The third time no problem. I picked him up yesterday and noticed a little bit of eye closure in one eye. Again a flushed it with water and waited to day to make sure he was fine. The eye is still having problems so I am going to buy a dog eye flush and if not better I will take him to vet. I called the groomer and they would not take responsibility for either getting shampoo in the my dogs eyes or causing the problem. I gave them chances to do good. When I brought Shadow in two dogs were on tables with a leash around their necks unattended. I asked if the dogs could hang themselves and they said yes, but these dogs have been going their for years with no problems. I should have walked out at that point. If you really lover you pet, then pay a little more and go somewhere else.

I used to go when Sue owned the business. I was one of her first customer 9 years ago. Sue retired and sold the shop. I had an appointment for my 2 dogs and new owner forgot to write it in book. She could not do my dogs but made excuses. The new owner has no idea how to run a business. I was mad I but I was able to get a new groomer.
